No sign posted no refunds or exchanges. Anywhere. Was told ,oh, someone could play a guitar and return it. Guitar Center will. If it doesnt fit. Just returning strings. Man was guy rude,walking away saying mean things. Just returning unopened strings dude. Recomed you shop at guitar center. Guy, you just dont realize who I know in music biz. Ok Post signs please,so people know your sales are FINAL. ON DOOR,OR BY REGISTER. Bought $18+ strings,found exact ones at Guitar center for $6 I DID NOT come in upset at all. Was in a great mood. I dont care what he buys and if he spends $$$ at all. I had no idea what he wanted to trade for. Just was doing what he asked. We were happy to be repeat customers. Glad to, but after your employee has no idea, you came out with the attitude and then grumbled hateful insults. Wht would we shop there anymore? Honest and do not make up lies. Just post signs is all.UPDATE. THEY HAVE SIGN ON DOOR AS YOU WALK IN!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!🙂

Its a small store, so of course the selection is limited. But the people are great, and my sons are enjoying the heck out of their music lessons. Will and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and some minor repairs done on my Squire II Strat were done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Wonderful people! Our 7 year old daughter has been taking piano lessons here for several months. She loves it, and has an exceptional instructor. I highly recommend music lessons here! The owner and staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly.

Im a professional musician and have been in lots of music shops all over the country through the years. This place stands out. The owner Todd is a super genuine and great dude with lots of good information, in addition to an excellent stock of guitars.I purchased a new PA system here, and various other non-guitar pieces, and am fully satisfied by the integrity in their prices, opinions, and customer service. Ive found both Todd and Ross to be super approachable with any questions I might have.Clearly, the one star reviewer below was having a bad day and was projecting. From my experiences there (4 and counting), if you have an issue with something, just ask.This is a top notch shop, with a great selection. Theres not a lot of local music stores of this scale left in the world... And its no wonder they are still around.

Bought some items there. Needed to return an unopened item a few days later with the receipt and they would not give me a refund only a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Well, as they hope, I lost the gift certificate but they lost many many dollars in sales of guitar strings, instruments, ect...buyer beware. No refunds.

The staff has always been very helpful to our family as our son has taken lessons there for more than a year. They have repaired instruments for our family and helped us find the right books, cases, etc. Highly recommend them.

Not here to bash these guys, they are nice and all but I recently had Will do some fret work on my Fender strat and not only did he not do what he said he would do he did a terrible job. I had to take the guitar to a luthier to have it all corrected. He told me he was going to file, crown and polish the frets. I get it back and my heart sunk when I saw what he had done, not only did he not crown or polish the frets he ran a file across each individual fret and scarred them up and flattened them. I cannot believe he would think this would be ok. I took the guitar to a luthier an hour away and they took the neck off right in front of me and showed me step by step what they were doing. They showed me how uneven he filed my frets and how he didnt even crown or polish them. They do this stuff all day every day and they were shocked how bad it was. So in the end I wasted a lot of money but I learned my lesson. Im not trying to bash Will, hes been nothing but nice to me but if you dont know what youre doing dont take a file to someones instrument.

Im am taking lessons at guitars ect and it is really fun.i have learned alot even though i have only gone 5 times.i really recomend this place to people wanting to learn how to play the guitar,drums,violins,ETC.
