Wonderful teachers and staff. Love this school

This is about the virtual portion. They are mismanaged and rude and give you the run around. Ive been trying for days to find out why my son was unenrolled and nobody can give a clear answer. I was told a call back would happen for the last 2 days and none has happened yet. Of course now it is a Friday. Do not expect your child to be a priority unless you are face to face with these people. K12 provides a great curriculum but this schools staff is worse than McDonalds on a busy weekend with a drunken crew. They either get frustrated by answering your questions or pass you off to another person who cannot help or do not answer the phone after they hang up on you when they transfer your call. Ridiculous.
