I am very happy with the help and the skills I received from this school. My skills in medical coding really helped me get right into my job as a coder. I work in HIM and my boss is really happy with my credentials. I feel you learn alot from the courses you get from MMI. Prices are not bad either. I will be continuing my education with MMI. Thank you also to Whitney who always answers all my questions in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with MMI. I had a few different people that I had to go back and forth on emails with and there responce was always quick and friendly. The person I have been dealing with lately is Whitney and she has been awesome. I always get my questions answered right away. I feel she takes me through every step to the end. Very cordial and very sweet. I actually feel very pampered. Please keep her and give her a raise. I work in a hospital and I will be referring people all because of her. This organization is not professional at all. They have switched staff over and over. You cannot get a call back when you leave a message. I was transferred to a woman named Katie Srikor- rude, she cuts you off when you express your concerns, she welcomed me to speak to her executive director as if she had no care in the world regarding her behavior. I will never recommend anyone to deal with such lack of professionalism and lack of responsiveness. Today is -5-3-2018 and I requested a call from her Director Jamela. I will follow-up and update when I get a call from her. This is an unstable group of individuals to deal with. Dont spend your $$ here.

The MMI has been an incredibly positive experience for me. I highly recommend their training and certification programs to anyone looking to broaden their education and expand their credentials. The MMI also has the best support staff! They are truly there for anything you need, and to assist you in any way possible. What an amazing network. :)

The exam for the RMC is very user friendly, challenging and convenient. I love being able to do the exam online, you are given ample time to complete the exam. You are given great reference guides for doing the exam. I recommend this for anyone trying to get there certification. I am 5 years certified with MMI!

MMI has been an excellent resource for learning and certification in the medical field. The interactive coding classes that are offered online are as if you were actually in a classroom with your instructor and classmates. I am happy to hold the RMC certification as opposed to other certifications available because I have the advantage of re-certifying yearly on any new or updated material. The RMC is proof that you are up to date with coding guidelines.All staff at MMI have been extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

I work very closely with a central billing office and wanted to become more familiar with each facet of the revenue cycle. MMI has proven to be an excellent and very user friendly resource for people new or unfamiliar to the medical coding field.In the beginning of my search I was disappointed to find out that many of the courses out there merely provide you with a some study material and send you on your way - call or email during business hours and hopefully theyll get back to you and answer your question fully. I can not say enough wonderful things about MMIs class structure and the great resource which is Dari Bonner. She holds weekly webinars to go over the chapters and answer everything we have to throw at her.This has been a surprisingly enjoyable experience and I encourage anyone seeking a coding, auditing, or compliance certificate to look into MMI.Thank you for providing me with more knowledge and respect for the people within the revenue cycle.

MMI is great to do business with! I run a medical billing company that requires our billers to be certified within a year of employment, so I deal a lot with the staff of MMI. They are great!
