I DO NOT recommend this facility. They left my child in the classroom by himself and said he wasnt there long. I was able to review the camera and saw where my child was left in the classroom by himself and the teachers were not aware that they left him by himself. I notified Bright From the Start for investigations and a new process was supposedly put in place. The management staff is horrible as well. I do not recommend at ALL! If I could give 0 stars I would have did 0 because they do not deserve 1 star.

Great place, great environment. Could not be more pleased with curriculum and passion for teaching my children. Have been other places since and realize how much I took for granted.

Response time in regard to wait list and current openings is unsatisfactory. Another child care center on this side of town would be a welcomed addition and is much needed. Finding quality childcare for our infant is an absolute challenge. After hearing complaints about the program directors lack of concern or professionalism I still decided to give the center a try. After leaving numerous messages and dropping by twice, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

The Management and Customer Service is HORRIBLE at this daycare and continues to get worse!!! My son has been hurt repeatedly at this school and still has scars on his face and chest. There is one incident where I saw on camera where a kid was scratching and hitting my child repeatedly in front of the teachers and no one stopped it. Another incident, he was scratched in the face really bad and when I viewed the camera, the video blanked out and skipped, so coincidentally I couldnt see what happened. Now they have established a new rule where you can no longer see the videos for scratches, which is very concerning! There was also an incident where my daughter was left in the classroom by herself by accident when she was 2 years old and my mom found her in there when she picked her up from school. In my opinion, the Director Ms. Colemean, is very emotional, argumentative, stubborn, unapologetic, and unorganized. She is always trying to defend herself and the school even when they are at fault. In addition, they recently changed a field trip date at the school and did not notify the parents. They left the school before my daughter arrived and refused to keep her at school that day, plus refused to compensate us for that day and refund us our money for the field trip. They claimed they sent an email regarding the date change, but never did. Even when I told the director they never sent an email and the parents were not notified, she still refused to give a sincere apology and did not want to admit fault. She was very sarcastic and never offered to accommodate us for the inconvenience, even though it was due to their negligence and lack of organization/communication. The director is very unreasonable and unfair and always try to find ways to no lose money even when its their fault. She puts her feelings first instead of being professional and putting customer service first! There is a very high turn over rate with the teachers and staff, and parents are consistently pulling their kids from the school. My kids are starting new schools this year and I highly encourage you to not enroll your kids at this daycare.

Great location, great school and great environment. Like all things and places there are your good and bad and trust me the good outweigh the bad. My family has been able to create life long bonds with other parents and my children will forever have her/his first friends. My children both attended Angels since they were infants and have matriculated through to Pre-K. The school has an active PVA, engaged parents, and diverse group of parents. Administration listens to concerns and suggestions and tries its best to address them. When looking for other daycares Angles was our choice because of cleanliness, first impression, responsiveness, and professionalism. My children have learned so much , they continue to thrive daily, and are in a safe and thriving environment. Teacher to student radio is good, teachers are certified, and provide an excellent preschool education.

Our son attended Angels Academy for a year and a half. We were quite pleased at the educational content, teaching, and the levels they we teaching. This is a safe environment with cameras, locked doors, and kept quite clean. My only concern were the type of meals, which were not healthy enough. This was a great a school for our needs.

My grand daughter attends here and she loves her teacher (ms. Shay). She is learning so many things and has really learned to interact well with the other kids as she is an only child. The environment is very pleasant and safe. And to top it off they teach Christian values!

The Academy came highly recommended for my then 3 year old and I can truly say I began very happy with the classroom environment, the teaching style and the overall structure of the school. My son has learned so much while attending Angel’s Academy, so much so that I enrolled my 8 month old in the school, however only for a short time. Through my observation I noticed all the babies in the class were crawling and pulling up on things and I suggested TWICE more padding/rugs be placed on now tile floors to support them if/when they fall. The director said she had to consult with the other managers and the issue was not addressed. The issue I had with my infant was easily rectifiable, however was meet with resistance from the program director.Moving to my 3 year old... In an adult work environment we are given notice when our performance isn’t meeting standards and it usually is in the form of a Warning, Final Warning, then Termination. We were advised same day that our 3 year old son was being terminated from the child care facility because he had 2 incidents in less than a week. We felt this was very unfair, unreasonable and the actions did not warrant the decision.I said all this to say, if you choose to send your child to this school make sure you have written documentation all incidents that happen to your child and vice versa. I’m extremely disappointed in the manner the administration handled this, however we never want my child anywhere he is not wanted.

This school is phenomenal. We could not be happier with the education and early childhood development support that our little boy has received at this A++ school! Thank you all for making his pre-school experience so exciting, fun and educational.Shroyer Fam

They have been consistent in the months/years Ive supported their service by providing an extracurricular. All ECE centers will have relatively high staff turn over. Some reasons are due to the teachers inability to effectively manage classroom behaviors or the classroom in general. Some reasons are likely because of compensation. Unfortunately, compensation isnt the best in ECE GENERALLY SPEAKING. But this center seems to constantly try a variety of different strategies to support the overall betterment of services provided, which is a plus. They are still standing regardless of ups and downs. Kudos.
