This is the WORST dance place I have EVER been to in 30 years of taking dance lessons. Tonight I went to an intermediate belly dance class and the instructor talked. She only showed us how to shimmy. This is more like a history lesson than a dance lesson.Pera advertises hip-hop and Burlesque on its website, so I bought two Living Social special discount cards back in March. Yet, it has never offered either of those classes. They only offer one or two classes five days a week. I do not think this is a true setup for dance lessons. I think the owners use it as a shell for other business dealings. There were only 3 people in the class tonight. I have come to the beginning Saturday belly dance class and there were just a few people there. The Saturday instructor is great, but I can no longer come on Saturdays because I have another class that day. So I tried the Tuesday belly dance class. I have called and left messages for the owners twice and no one has returned my calls. Also, I was told there would be classes during the Labor Day weekend, so I drove out there from Sandy Springs only to find out it was closed.
