Julian Mejia did a fabulous job explaining each step of the way. His enthusiasm and encouragement is definitely a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my first class!

The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Great place for a date or an outing with friends. Ill definitely be back!

Best place to learn Casino/Cuban Style salsa in the city. Learning from Julian and his crew is like joining a new family that just like to learn and have a good time. Casino is that high energy salsa where you may switch partners and dance in a circle. Its a lot of fun. No partner required.Classes are offered on Sundays and they hold parties at Taverna Plaka on Friday nights which includes a free class. There are also several big events throughout the year to bring together salsa lovers from all over.

Been going here for under two years. People are great and classes are broken up into various levels. Ive been to other salsa classes where there were only two groups. I always have fun at the socials even when im taking a break from dancing. Private classes are available as well for those looking to ramp up faster.

Sean was very sweet and a good teacher, but he frequently cancelled and showed up late. I paid for 6 lessons and only got 4. Havent heard from him since.

I first met Julian during Memorial weekend last year in New Orleans at the Bookoo Rueda Cuban Dance Festival. I then had the pleasure of taking his workshop in Atlanta during their festival and again in New Orleans in May 2016. He is a great instructor who helped to breakdown the most complicated moves. He simply enjoys dancing and promoting the Casino style.

SalsAtlanta organized one of the best dance festivals that Ive ever attended and they brought my favorite band Havana d Primera! I cant wait to their 2016 event Bailatlanta! Definitely recommend Julian and his crew for casino lessons. 👍🏼

I first remember meeting Julian probably 10 years ago in Vancouver at a Cuban dance festival. After we danced, he humbly suggested something that I could modify about my dancing to make it more fun for me. I embraced it and am still having fun dancing and learning from Julian Mejia.
