Amazing, loving, kind, nurturing, these are just a few words to describe International Preschools. From the co-directors to the teachers and staff, my kids were taken care of and loved every single day. As soon as you walk in you are met with warmth and feel safe and secure leaving your children in their care. The directors are always available to talk! The teachers are experienced and loving. My children were always engaged, having fun, and learning. We especially loved the foreign language curriculum! We moved out of town and this is the one thing we miss the most! No other preschool compares, from their innovative curriculum to community outreach and nurturing personalities, we loved it all!

I can’t imagine a better place for our 3 yr old daughter than International Preschool. The teachers, admins and staff treat her like their own. The small classroom size means she gets a lot of individual attention. It’s educational, creative and fun...she loves it as much as I do :)

International Preschool is a little gem! We are having a wonderful experience with this school. Everyone from the principals to the teachers and other parents- everyone is supported and really cares about the children. When I walked into this school I had a good feeling and then I talk to Ms Megan and felt even better. We are so happy we chose this school.

International Preschools is the best! I am continuously blown away with how the directors, teachers, and staff know every single student and how they go the extra mile to make each one of them feel special, safe, cared for, and engaged. I love the ride home from school when I get to ask my 3 year old all about his day and watch it magically playback through his excited eyes. Naturally pretty introverted, he is socially blossoming and making friends, trying new (and vegetarian!) food, and learning more than I ever anticipated for his age. I cherish the community IPS fosters and I am thrilled at my kids academic and social development. When I walk through the school doors, it feels like spending time with one big family. 5 stars all the way.

We love love love this school! The principal, leaders and teachers of this school are caring, supportive and create and amazing environment for our children. I recommend it 100%, whether you choose to do one day or all five.

We loved our time at IPS! Our daughter went there for three years. I worked from home so I really just needed a place where she could go for 2 days a week, and then eventually 3 days. Her teachers each year were so warm, caring, and kind. The class size was kept small so the kids all grew to be a little family. It was an incredible foundation for her early years. We still keep in contact with some teachers and fellow parents, and our daughter still talks about how much she loved it there, even two years after graduating!

My 2 and 3 year old boys currently attend International Preschool on Amsterdam Way and absolutely love it. My husband and I are equally impressed by the program. Their unwavering focus on the individual student and the emphasis on unstructured play to foster creativity and confidence is exceptional. We also appreciate the daily exposure to a variety of languages and cultures, thus broadening our children’s appreciation and respect for others. IPS has exceptional leadership and the teachers are truly incredible. They personalize their teaching for the individual and constantly demonstrate love & kindness while also teaching age appropriate skills. We love IPS for our boys!

This place doesn’t care about your kid. There’s a little girl named Leah that goes here and she likes to hit other kids. The teachers don’t care and they don’t listen when kids tell them that they’re being hurt by Leah. Hopefully Leah gets the help she needs. She’s a bully, but they think a little time out will help that.

We have been part of the International Preschools family for five years (and counting). IPS is an amazing in town preschool with the most caring teachers, staff and parents. You cant beat the small classroom environment, the daily language lessons and playtime in the indoor and outdoor playground and garden. We are so thankful for such a special community for our two young children to learn and grow.

We are so happy with IPS. Best choice for my two boys. The staff and teachers are great. They are so personable and love each and every child. They know them by name and they love to see your kids succeed. Teachers are awesome. My boys have learned so much academically and socially. I am so thankful for IPS and would recommend to anyone.

I couldnt have asked for a better preschool for my daughters. Every teacher is wonderful and they have a very caring and fun approach to education while still ensuring they are learning and ready for kindergarten.

We are lucky to have found IPS. Our previous preschool moved and we ended up switching to IPS; it turned out to be a blessing for our family. IPS is a safe and nurturing environment with teachers and administrators who are delighted to be there and truly love their profession.My son is exposed to foreign language, math, science, and reading in addition to participating in many field trips around the city. He has an enthusiasm for learning and school because of IPS.I’m a mom of two children with another one on the way; l have an extremely busy schedule. IPS is flexible with early morning drop offs, pick ups, and offers many options for after school enrichment activities. We recently moved to another neighborhood and I continue to drive across town for IPS because it is so beneficial for my son.It is such a special school, I can’t say enough good things about IPS!

My 4 and 2 year old sons have attended IPS for the past two years, and they love it! My husband and I love it too. This school is - above all else - nurturing, flexible, and willing to do what is needed to give your kids and you as the parent the best possible experience.The school is centrally located to the Midtown, Ansley Park, Morningside, and Virginia Highland neighborhoods. It is clear from the moment you walk in that the school is a happy place focused on finding what is special about kids this age and letting them shine.The administrators are truly special and unique. They care about every single kid who walks through their doors and, in my experience, are willing to take creative approaches to problem solving so that each kid can work through whatever difficulty he or she is experiences and continue to grow and thrive. This approach has helped my kids to learn while gaining confidence in their individuality.The teachers too are caring - and maybe more importantly - consistent. Coming from a school where teacher turnover was a major problem, its been so nice for my kids to see the same smiling faces day in and day out at IPS.Finally, the diversity of the student population makes the educational experience all the more rich, and when you add in the language emphasis at IPS, kids are able to gain a global perspective that is otherwise hard to achieve.We love this school and would recommend it to anyone!

Choosing to place all three of our boys in Kindergarten at IPS was the absolute best choice we have made for them regarding schooling thus far! They all three have late birthdays, and we knew they werent quite socially or academically ready to go off to Elementary school. With a smaller class size, the IPS Kindergarten class gave them the confidence they needed to succeed in Elementary school. They received 1:1 focused attention from their teachers in a hands-on learning environment. Our youngest son is in Elementary School Kindergarten this year and breezes through his school work! Even if your child goes straight from IPS Kindergarten into 1st grade, I know they will be prepared! The teachers are wonderful and they are truly doing all the work that is done in a traditional Kindergarten class. My husband and I have said so many times how glad we are that all of our boys attended K at IPS. They all have a solid academic foundation, and it was a perfect preschool home.

We chose IPS based on its great mixture of languages, a relaxed environment and lots play-based learning. We were also keen on having our kids slowly prepare for the GSE or ‘kindergarten preparedness’ with a solidly thought out curriculum.Our oldest son is now in kindergarten and we are very happy that he was prepared for the classroom type setting and the amount of work. Whilst the transition was not easy, without IPS giving him such a strong foundation it would have been much more difficult.Our two younger sons and currently enrolled and we look forward to hopefully another 4 years at IPS.

This place is the BEST when it comes to Child Care for the working parent. The Staff and their knowledge level are Impressive!!!

A very bad experience! Very unprofessional from administration down to teachers. I regret all the money that I feel was wasted on a below average situation. There are multiple options in the same neighborhood that seem to be much better, including Haygood, the childrens school, or Atlanta International School. Do yourselves a favor and find a situation that will provide a positive experience for your children, not one that pretends to be something it is not.

We love everything about International Preschools! The teachers and staff are compassionate and caring. It is a very calm and welcoming environment. Each day the co-directors greet the children and parents with a bright smile. There is a wonderful community of parents. Our 2 year old’s teacher is incredibly creative. The kids learn through a variety of songs, books and hands on activities. We love hearing our daughter sing new songs (sometimes in other languages). There is also plenty of time for free play and socialization with friends. The kids are offered healthy snacks and lunches. Our daughter has been more willing to try new foods since starting at IPS. Also, her vocabulary exploded, she learned independence in toileting, and she LOVES going to school. The communication between teacher and parent is incredible. We receive a daily email with pictures and a description of what the class focused on that day. We look forward to returning for another year at IPS!

Weve had two of our boys there, the teachers and principals are amazing people. We couldnt be happier! :)
