Im an administrator at a large hospital system and latn is a company we are contracted with. Its not always easy working with other B2B vendors, but latn is definitely at the top of the list in terms of quality of service provided (nurses and doctors never complain about the interpreters they send over) and how flexible they are. If you have special requests or anything that needs special handling, Ive never had them turn it down.We had a patient who wanted a particular interpreter (she was one of those that you always have a hard time appeasing) and latn went out of there way to provide the requested interpreter everytime. They realy make your job much easier. If only I can say the same about some of the other translation companies around here... They are a diamond in the rough.
