My friend scheduled three of us to celebrate my birthday with facials. One of the women drove all the way from Athens for the occasion and they wouldnt let her in because she was 3 minutes past their 15 minute late deadline. I left a book there they said no one bothered to turn in and it took me 5 phone calls to get through to anyone who would answer the phone. The manager made a lot of justifying excuses and was totally indifferent to their rude behavior. Their cosmetic are outrageously. expensive. The work is done by students who are paid little or nothing and I would not go back again nor would I recommend them.

Be careful! I made an appointment for a back facial and a 90 minute massage. I specifically asked about precautions they were taking for Covid-19. They seemed to be following safe guidelines with pre-screening, masks and 6 foot social distancing. That was not the case. I was lead to a medium sized room with one foot to two foot distancing between tables with about 20 tables. It was full of people and students. I expressed shock that there was no social distancing or privacy. Two supervisors came within one foot of my face to tell me that if I wanted a private room, I would have to get a doctors letter. It was so cramped for space that as I backed up to get at least another foot of space, they had me backed up against a wall. They misrepresented their precautions and are cramming people into a room about as big as a living room.

Love this place! Ive been here a dozen times for multiple services and Ive never been disappointed. All of the students and staff are so professional and helpful. I always feel taken care of and leave feeling so relaxed. If youre uncomfortable be sure to speak up! Communication with your esthetician is key. Glad I live close to this great spa.

I came in for a facial today ($25 on Fridays), and while it wasn’t the best facial I’ve ever had, it was a good experience and definitely worth the money. For a facial, you’ll be in a room with multiple other people, but you wear a robe and there’s a private changing area. My only criticisms are that the table I was on was a bit uncomfortable, and there were no extractions, which are my favorite part of a facial. Other than that, the setting was nice, the student who worked on me was very sweet, and I really liked the products they used. This would be a good place to go to in between “real” facials with extractions. I’ll definitely come back to try their other services!

They offer very good services. I got a facial done recently it was great, though my skin needs more work, but I got a mini facial consultation which was unexpected and pleasant. I would definitely go back and follow what was advised to me. My first was very nice.

This place is good only for waxing only, that too if you ensure that job is done. Massage is a big no. When you say that you are not happy about the massage, there is no ‘sorry’ nor they say ‘will try to improve’ they just ignore your point on the phone.Customer service is good at the front desk and when they take you inside for the actual service.

Wonderful caring people where one has opportunity to support students and feel nurtured. Waxing and facials are my favorites 🌞💚🌊

I went in for the signature facial with Camryn and I really enjoyed my experience,very relaxing and she made sure i was comfortable every step of the way.

I am using the Spa quite a bit and find really good results and very good value for money.

Sensability offers the best treatments! My personal favorites are Nirvana an Ayurvedic treatment from head to toe, Full Body Massage, Treat Your Feet Reflexology, Lash Tinting! I am also participating as a client in the Personal Training Clinic. I have received what I though was good solid training, I know now what amazing, fantastic results oriented Personal Training should be. The students do a great job!

I had a facial with Akshia, she was wonderful, even tho there was a mix up because we both made a appt at the same time and we also were scheduled for the same special facial and scrub for $60. They quickly corrected the error and set up my body scrub after my facial. When I finished my scrub and walked to my car I noticed my legs were really flaky. Ive had a body scrubs before at another company but never had this issue. I actually went back in to speak with a manager who looked at my legs and said Im trying to understand what couldve happened. Then she asked do I exfoliate my legs on a regular basis?. I said no but Ive never had this happen before. I informed her that the purpose of a scrub was to remove dead skin and I shouldnt have had so much flaking or dead skin on my legs. She offered to walk me back to have the same person service me againI thought really!!! Ahhh no thank you Im done. Please dont use Neolle for a body scrub. Maybe someone else would do better.

One of the best massages Ive ever had. Plenty of communication before, during, and after the massage.

So this is a Massage therapy service that only offers massages on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Wth....
