South college is a SCAM!! Basically this school is a for-profit institution. They do not care about your success as a student or your success as a healthcare professional. Also, they have an extremely high failure rate yet they cost $50,000 for tuition and books arent included!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Worst BSN program ever. Please save your coins and seek your education elsewhere. Coming here is a waste of people’s hard earn money and time. This school is embarrassingly disorganized and they are not aiming towards their student’s success. If you’re not passing a class and seek help from your teachers they are far from helpful and it is like they can already see you failing. When i attended this school i came with a open mind, thinking that no school is perfect but this school is a disgrace. The school is a scam, don’t let them trick you.

I gave this school 4 stars because there was often mislead information. Getting back into the education world I would of Done some more research before attending here. I was told that prerequisites were to be completed first and then come January that’s when I will start my core classes. All this was true, except they forgot to mention the part where only a certain amount of students were allowed into the program based on academic standing. Basically meaning you were competing to get into the program. If you didn’t get in you would have to wait an entire year to reapply. Another issue I have with the school itself was the office staff. Apart from the admissions staff and instructors no one gets back with you In a timely manner. You have to call multiple times, get transferred where 99% of the time that transfer got forwarded right to voice mail. Then leave a message only to be called back days later. Most often the receptionist would recommend emailing whomever it is your trying to get in touch with. So, I would recommend emailing before you attempt to get in touch with an actual person on the line because they won’t answer, mainly I’m referring to the registrar and financial aid office. As far as in the classrooms goes, from my experience most instructors were pretty helpful and wanted to see you succeed.

You can never ever get in contact with anyone on time! I’ve been calling and emailing over a week and due to them I have to sit out a semester. I’ll be so glad when I’m done with them!

Michelle is great, but the fact that the director of nursing wouldn’t let me join their nursing program due to me having a financial and stability issues three years ago is ridiculous especially during a national pandemic when nurses are needed the most. Wasted my time writing all these essays and letter just for them to tell me only a “death” in a family will only be accepted but me being homeless isnt. Make it make sense

This is the worst college I have ever attended. If you are interested in the lpn program dont waste your time. This school is unorganized and they can care less if you graduate. All they want is your money. Professor Rothschild is the head coordinator of the lpn program she is extremely rude and controls all of your exams. She creates the test to make you fail and she doesnt even teach you the le turns. This school failed me in my second semester after all of the hard work I put in. They do not care if you fail by one point waste of time!!! Worst college ever!!!!
