This establishment is terrible and such a disappointment. I enrolled my almost 3 year old son in the School Skills program with much excitement. We’re preparing him for preschool and this opportunity seemed like a great idea to get him used to school structure being that he’s never been in daycare. To my dismay, after 2 classes I was told by the instructor that my son was a “distraction” and needed to be placed in the younger level class. This instructor showed very little care and tact. The class is allegedly geared towards children who have not yet been to school so one would assume that they indeed would not have the skill set yet. After speaking with the owner, Tiffany Williams, about my poor experience, her response left much to be desired. She informed me that the instructor, Jewel Freeman was a seasoned teacher and was unwilling to address her lack of professionalism and unwarranted label of my child. Instead of offering a solution, Ms. Williams opted to refund my money and cancel my membership. This Gymboree has no business dealing with young and impressionable children. My son was so excited to go to “school” only to be labeled a distraction because he has not yet learned how to conduct himself in a structured setting. My advice to anyone considering this Gymboree is to save your money. It’s a joke and you shouldn’t waste your time.

A fun place for toddlers to run around and play. I just wish it was a little bigger.

My 14 month old had fun with the hands on, learning activites. The equipment is the perfect size for small children. It seems like the teachers rearrange the equipment for different classes to allow diversity in activities. Everything taught in the class was fun for my child and age appropriate. The teacher, Ms. Armour, was very nice and attentive to each individual child. The children responded well to her happy, well spoken demeanor.Definitely would recommend to anyone with a small child. My daughter is an only child and I could tell she really enjoyed the class.

My son totally love this place. The staff is friendly and amazing. The equipment is always clean for the kids. As a preemie Proud Mom, these classes has taught my son developmental skills to help him catch up with his age group. I’m so happy!

We have been happy Gymboree Play and Music customers for 3 years. We have a 1 year old and a 2 year old, and attending a Gymboree class is one of the happiest moments of their week. Great music, fantastic activities, and 1:1 parent / baby time are all fantastic. Also, Ms. Sarafina is the absolute best!!!

Awesome place for your little ones! The instructors are very nice and lively. The place is always spotless. The curriculum is always appropriate for the age group. Great place for your child to play and socialize.

Horrible! The website never works! I’ve called multiple times trying to book a class for my baby, never heard back from them. I tried so many times to book the classes online and I always get logout. Worse website ever. I’ve had the membership for over 3 months and my baby only went 2 times because I can’t book her any classes! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Please contact me so I can finally cancel my membership***UPDATE*** they called me the day after I posted this message, I’ve tried to call them back a few times with no success. They still billing me for classes that I can’t even book for my daughter, no matter how many different apps I download.

Best place to experience art, music and science with your kids . My daughter loves Gymboree and she had ton of fun here. Teachers care about each kids and staffs are responsible and friendly.
