This company is fake. They did not pick us up after a wedding in which they were already paid for. I know some people are thinking “this is a good price to rent a bus”. It’s not. Save your money. Don’t fall into their trap.

DON’T BOOK! Because they will never show. Probably a scam company! We were stranded at our wedding venue with no ride and when we called to check on it they cussed us out.

Service Last would be a better name for this organization. The bus never showed up and, since it was a Saturday, there was no one to answer our calls. A major event for over 50 young musicians had to be canceled. It has been almost a year since then, and Ive faced a complete run-around regarding a refund, which should have been issued immediately. It seems legal proceedings are our only option.

This company is very economical, but you get what you pay for. My organization spent around $15000 this year on busses with this company. There have been two times where our busses have not shown with no explanation. Our planned events had to be cancelled with huge losses. This company is not reliable. The refund process was a nightmare too. We will not be using them again.

To refute information supplied regarding incident with student almost getting hit by bus. Totally untrue. Student exited daily at Wayfield Grocery store. Mom was out of car on occasion, mostly in car. Student started towards entrance of store, then evidently mom called or texted her, causing her to run in front of bus. The incident was just as traumatic to driver who was in process of retiring already. Students are informed To NEVER STEP IN FRONT OF A BUS WITHOUT GETTING DRIVERS ATTENTION. Student nor parent complied. Mom should have been standing out so that student and Driver could see her. Its a joint effort by drivers, parents and schools to keep kids safe. This parent, understandably upset, is not taking responsibility for her part in this unfortunate incident.

This bus company so unprofessional from the dispatcher down to the drivers! It makes no sense the miscommunication is the biggest problem, it’s always everyone else’s fault besides their own and the dispatcher will back up a lie quicker than a defense attorney.

Absolute worst company ever to deal with. We waited for 45 minutes before deciding to drive ourselves to a wedding 2 hours away. There were over 40 guests waiting for this bus to take us and we all ended up driving. They will not pick up their phone and the the other numbers were disconnected.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I wish that Kipp contracts with another transportation facility. Constantly having mechanical issues, employs drivers who can not maintain order on buses. One bus driver particular Ms.Tina is very rude and I have witness her drive fast, fail to signal for stops in a timely manner and drop off students unsafely in the middle of the street

I HAVE MY CDL CLASS B END. P . All you were helping with was school bus endorsement so please stop thinking you know it all because you been dedicated to driving school buses for 13 years . I have air breaks and can drive manual .I was in training to be a bus driver here . I wasted $320 in daycare and $80 for transportation . Worst mistake i could choose for a job . I put in 5 weeks with this place and they better run me money for those days they said they would or eles i am getting the police involved . I wanted to stay at this job but Asia the cdl instructor rubbed me the wrong way one day , especially when she called me on presidents day saying i had to be in , know got damn well daycare closed and her side kick told me not to come in . I wouldnt dare waste anymore time and money just to be in this crazy as hell environment . REVIEWS ARE REVIEWS FOR A REASON . PAY ATTENTION AND LISTEN TO YOUR HEART . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DAYCARE TO BE AT THIS LOCATION LIKE I DID . If you want to further your career , this is not the place . Please do not join this location . They are bullies , judge mental and try to be professional . But i see through all of it . please do not waste your time with these people at this location . There are a few good ones . But some are too fixated on the wrong thing . This IS NOT A TRANSITIONAL JOB COMING OUT OF SCHOOL . Fulton county need a change for the better .

Bus comes to Hapeville Charter from Union City. Shool is dismissed at 3:15 pm. The bus arrives in Hapeville, anywhere from 3:20 to 4:15. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

OMG the worst bus transportation system in Georgia if you ask me you can call all you want those kids be always late for school daily that bus goes to Kipp OMG no no youll be late for your own job every morning and evening so I tell you to if you can take your child to and from school, and also you call the hotline they dont answer the school Kipp wont even answer the phone in the morning about the bus so unprofessional but if you keep calling someone named Patrick for the Transportation system he will like to you, says the bus is arriving or hell say yes its a bus this morning next thing you know you still at that stop bus wont show up at all so its not good they just collecting money for not showing up, and the school system they needs to change that Kipp back to an Atlanta public school.

THEY ALMOST RAN OVER MY CHILD! Their bus driver that was in my daughters route was so focused on the road to her left about a 200ft.... that she never looked to her RIGHT, where my daughter exited her bus and walked in front of the bus. I watched the entire time as she pulled up waving at her twice and I was on her right in the first parking space. She didnt see me because she was so focused on something on Roosevelt hwy. She then LIED in her statement saying she saw my daughter going into the wayfield. If she was going in wayfield how did she end up in front of your bus? Did she run in front to try and get ran over? My daughter knew I was there because we texted before they got there and while they were there as well as I was the FIRST car RIGHT BESIDE the bus. The driver was so focused on the road to her left she didnt hear me blowing my horn yelling stop.. she didnt see my daughter pushing against the hood of the bus while trying to jump out of the way, nor did she see me jumping up and down waving and yelling for her to stop... while I was on her RIGHT SIDE. She didnt stop until I ran to the front to get hit and thats when she stopped like I was crazy. I pointed to my daughter THEN SHE looked to her right. She was not remorseful at all... She told me she thought my daughter was going in the store like she usually does which is a lie. Majority of the time me or my son is there to pick her up... usually in the same parking space I was in. You wouldnt WALK straight while looking to your left so why would you drive that way. The regional manager Richard Daye is an unsafe JOKE! He took up for her immediately, he focused on how stressed she was as how she was praying on it. How stressed SHE was like I didnt see the entire thing happening! She however immediately turned In her resignation, and Richard begged her to reconsider. What a complete slap in my face. I have been traumatized from this, Im having nightmares and just cant stop replaying it in my head. He seems to think im just a dumb truck driver. I have had years of management experience in corporate America, and he is NOT a safety conscience manager. He told me he would mention this in their safety meeting but to give him a couple of weeks to do so. How appalling....if we ever had an incident or a near miss to this magnitude we would have an meeting immediately.... within 24hrs. This joke said to give him a couple of weeks to mention it. These are the people responsible for our childrens transportation. The very next week... my daughter was being transported to a schools game as she is the caption of the cheerleading team. The bus that transported the team said Kipp.... this bus committed a hit and run while the kids were on the bus. I look into who bus was it... guess who FIRST STUDENTS smh. These drivers are not trained to be safe. Their manager doesnt even care about safety and they are transporting our babies. I will take this as far as I need to until I see a more safety conscience environment. These drivers and Richard need a series of safety bootcamps and training. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Oh let me not forget how convenient of them to not have installed cameras on the new bus she was in according to Richard. Even though they are contracted to have cameras on the buses. I told Richard I knew they would say that. Even though he told me initially he would have the mechanics to pull the footage. Hes immoral, and unsafe.

One of the bus drivers shot me a bird with children on the bus. What inappropriate behavior to display in front of children. Shame on you First Student for not hiring professional people with values.

Worst bus company there is these folks is so rude when you call and check to see where the bus is located they hangs the phone up then theyll lie and says he pulling up the man never showed up first day of school horrible service for KIPP bus #141 its just no good then you call Ebony Wilson she acts like she cant do nothing says that she is over them well whos gonna get this right she tells me I call you back in a minute she is unprofessional never calls anyone back
