They are very flexible. Some instructors better than others but they are all good from what i seen with my 30 month old this summer...i see him getting better finally.

Staff is very knowledgeable. They do an amazing job on explaining and comforting me about my child’s progress. We’ve been here for a little over a month and her progress is night and day. It’s truly great to watch her excel and pick up this essential skill.

Coaches are great, they do well sticking to the schedule; they are extremely flexible with makeup lessons. Our 4 year old has learned so much!

It was the only school where I was able to get in for both of my kids, and it is conveniently located. I did have to wait a while to get into a class on the weekend, but I like that it is ongoing and I have my same spots every week until I decide to discontinue (as opposed to other swim classes I have taken my son to where we had to sign up every couple of months and maybe got the same class day/time).

POSITIVE COVID TEST- Not surprised by a positive test from a coach, but I am deeply disappointed by managements response. I was notified by email this week,Someone in the pool tested positive. This should have went out to all parents. No closure for decontamination, no call from management. This has been a week of hell for my family, and still no call from management. I only found out it was a coach after staff let it slip by mistake. Unacceptable A.T. Parents, dont be fooled by temp checks and masks/shields. The staff is NOT vaccinated, and as a private business, they CAN require, or at the least let the parents know, so that we have an option. Please protect your children. Lives are at risk for money!!

I’m giving it a 2 because my daughter hasn’t had the best experience. We cancelled after 6 months. Classes were cancelled numerous times for pool and plumbing issues. Sometimes we would have already arrived and they said the pool was closed and we were never notified. When you try to schedule a make up there is very limited availability, nearly impossible. If you try calling them they never pick up the phone or return your text messages. It’s extremely frustrating when you are paying $99 + dollars a month. If you try to schedule a makeup in person expect to wait in line at least 20 + minutes because they’re extremely short staffed. I honestly thought it would get better and never did. Additionally, there are 4 kids to a class which is only 30 min long so essentially your child maybe gets 5 min of undivided attention so no chance of advancing to the next level because they get no instructor time. Let’s add that most instructors end their class 5 min early so you are actually only getting a 25 min class. Anyways my daughter has learned more just going in the pool with us. Please check out another swim school and save your money. We are now looking into swimmerman school or goldfish as I’ve heard good things.

The policy around make-ups after you end your regular lessons is a JOKE. The teachers were nice and patient, but the school canceled a number of times, had holidays a number of times, and we also canceled several times so I have 14 make-ups that I need to reschedule. You can only reschedule 7 days out after you get off the regular schedule. I just tried to book and there are absolutely no lessons available for the next week. I guess the school thinks I have nothing better to do than to call every day and try to get my child scheduled for makeups. When you do the math, the cost for the lessons is just not worth it. I would recommend looking to other schools. What a disappointment.Update as of 5/4/2021: I reduced my rating to 1 star. The school reached out, but the policy for makeups remains untenable. Here is what Ive been told We can only schedule makeups a week out so we wouldnt be able to in advance. Whether it would be Trinity also depends on her availability in the fall, so that is hard to say. She doesnt have her fall school schedule. I am adding Saturday evening shifts but they are group, not private. I have a rotating shift of MUs I will be doing but they are most likely on Wednesdays. Busy season we depend heavily on people to cancel in advance for Makeup availability.

Alourdes 1st day back from a several week hiatus was awesome! I love that her private instructor Lilli cared enough to learn BSL so that she can make a genuine connection with my daughter, Alourdes!! My son was give a gift card here for his 1st birthday. Ive called and left voicemails multiple times in the past two months trying to get him signed up. I never once received a call back. Ive sent an email only to get a one sentence reply with two class options for that week but no information on signing up. I tried to enroll online but because none of the dates worked for me, I didnt select any and now the online system wont let me do it again as it says I already created an account. At this point I just feel bad for my sister who spent $100 that we are never going to be able to use. Im no longer interested in trying a service if it is this poorly managed.

Horrible management. Class never lasted beyond 20 mon despite being paid for 30+ min. If you have kids under 3 its OK. But any older kids they simply cannot teach.

I started going here with my 6 month old son during COVID. I am impressed with the COVID measures taken and it is a great bonding experience with my baby. The classes are fun yet informational. Davina is the best swim coach ever! All staff is professional and eager to assist. The changing rooms are great for when I am taking my son alone. They have a place for me to change him and keep him safe while I change.

Great swim teachers, my son was fearful to get in the water and now jumps in like a dolphin. Christina of course make the sw3im experience the best and is great with all ages, weve been with her for the last 2 years.

We were very disappointed with our experience at AquaTots. We had a different instructor for 3 out of 4 of our classes. No one told us why or let us know until we say a different face each time. This didn’t make my child comfortable bc he saw someone new each lesson. The cancellation policy is unacceptable- you basically have to give 30 days notice to cancel. We signed up for our first session not knowing if we would like it and in ordered to avoid another session fee, we would have had to cancel that first day. The COVID policies are a joke- they don’t enforce mask wearing by people in the lobby and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I do not recommend this swim school.EDIT, UPDATE- after going back and forth for about a month with the owner, Christina; there was no resolution of the concerns I brought forward and no refund of our money. More importantly, she did not take responsibility but instead provided repeated excuses.Some of the reviews here maybe be good or positive, but my advice is that if you value your time and money, then look into other swim lessons for your children bc AquaTots isn’t worth the headache.

Today was our first visit with this swim school. I was very impressed. My 3 year old is not familiar with swimming pools. So knowing him, I imagined that the class wouldnt go well. However, The instructors did absolutely phenomenal with assuring he was enjoying himself and he was comfortable. My husband enjoyed observing the class as well! Kudos to you all!

Quick update after a year of enrollment. The teachers are great, some are excellent, but of course since it is not possible to choose or stick with one, it becomes a lottery at some point.What is really disappointing though is the fact that the process is extremely unreliable. Make up classes are available if its necessary to cancel, reschedule or if the pool has technical problems (once every 1-2 months, sometimes twice in the same month...) but with the new policy (cant schedule more than 7 days in advance) it has become almost impossible to catch up. Unless you have the patience and time to stalk them by phone, test or at the counter (because we all know that mothers have nothing better to do these days) a make up class is a myth!I have not been impressed by management so far, all the stuff is extremely nice, but useless. My daughter graduated from two levels. For the first she never received a certificate. For the second, I had to take a picture with my own phone. How do you explain to a little girls that looks at the walls and stops to notice all these nice boards with monthly updates and other kids being celebrated, yet she had been missed twice (after months of regular weekly attendance)!!After the last phone call and the lack of support shown, I just had to lower the number of stars given. And its just because some of the instructors just dont deserve bad reviews that I gave 2 but really it should be one!My daughter (5 yrs old) started with a fast track course and in less than 3 days she was able to float and was comfortable breathing underwater. In one week she was swimming and had begun mastering breathing. Trey, her instructor, was simply amazing! He gave her the confidence she needed and was patient enough to keep her motivated and focused while remaining playful and professional. She loved him and keeps on asking to go back to the pool to continue the learning. I just enrolled her again ..and she was very disappointed her first class was canceled!

The facility is clean and the coaches and staff are friendly and helpful.

My nephew loves coming to swimming lessons. He’s always eager to learn something new and can’t wait for his next lesson. All the instructors are awesome!!

Amelia is my son’s coach and thanks to her, he is almost swimming by himself.

Has been a great way for my daughter to enjoy activities during the pandemic. Most of the teachers are very patient and really try to bond with the students.

If you want to find a place to teach your child to swim, this is it. My wife trusts them, which is huge as she works in pool chemistry. If she could trust them their pool is good. The coaches are top notch.

I’m very thorough with their instructions they are extremely patient with the toddlers I have a two-year-old that’s been attending since he was 13 minutes and I thoroughly enjoy it with him!

We love swimming at Aquatots. The pool is warm and their make-up policy is flexible for my rotating schedule. The instructors we have had work will with the parents so we can teach our toddlers and gain confidence in their abilities as they grow.

So far so good! I feel like the lessons are well thought out, and I appreciate the emphasis on safety and how the instructor typically gives the parent the reasoning and goal behind each exercise. I love the details! I feel that my daughter is gaining skills and confidence with each lesson. She is only 1 though, so Im not expecting her to swim laps just yet, lol! I have already recommended Aqua Tots for my little niece, who will be starting next week! The only thing I dont like is that we have yet to have the same instructor teach a lesson, even after 4 weeks. And they dont seem to be checking her card, or knowledgeable about my daughters progress. Most of the instructors have been very good, though!

I have both my girls here , one in level 3 and the oldest in level 4. They’ve had a total of four classes but their confidence in swimming has boosted !They love it and can’t wait to be back.It’s best if you do two to three classes a week that way they get use to it and remember more things.I would definitely recommend aqua tots and specially this location at Briarcliff !

My 4 year old was very nervous his first day but Derrick his instructor did an amazing job making him feel comfortable!! My son is on the spectrum so I knew he would be very nervous but I feel like Derrick actually cares and went out of his way to make my son feel confident in the water. I can’t wait to see how far my son goes with Derrick as his instructor ❤️ Amazing place

This is my daughter’s second summer coming here and she absolutely loves it! All the instructors are so sweet to the kids and the managers and front desk people are always so welcoming. Rescheduling is so easy which is so important to me as i have a weird work schedule. I drive an hour to get here and i don’t mind at all since i know my daughter is having a great time and learning so much.

Horrible! We received better results at our local YMCA and it was cheaper. The manager Mike should not be allowed to speak to children the way he does, luckily it wasn’t my child. They cancel classes with impossible makeup days and time....but won’t refund you. I think he even had the nerve to leave a review his self giving them 5 stars. Concentrate on great customer service and support, then you may receive positive feedback.

If you’re looking for swim lessons go somewhere else. 3 of the 4 lessons we paid for we canceled due to lack of instructors, I have called 3-4 times a week for the last 4 weeks trying to get in touch with Ben, the manager, to get a refund for the canceled classes and he will not return my calls. They stressed the importance of showing up every week so my son would get comfortable in the water and then they cancel 3 weeks in a row.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I love the atmosphere they create here. Definitely will be referring them to everyone I know. Jonathan and Ashlyn was awesome along with the rest of his crew .

This is a fantastic facility! Best kept secret in Atlanta. The Instructors are patient and caring. I feel confident that all three of our children are much safer around water. Be sure to ask for Coach Derekk, Ashlyn, or Leslie! Top notch experience!

Aquatots is the cutest, kid friendly swimming class. Their staff is super friendly and accommodating. It has been a great experience! This is a must-visit for your family!

The staff is so welcoming and the facility is outstanding. My son has gone from not wanting to have anything to do with the pool to fully embracing it and asking all week when swim lessons are! Such an amazing experience to teach something so important!

I have been incredibly disappointed in Aqua-tots. We have been going to them since late March but have so far had two classes cancelled on us, which they will not reimburse us for, instead insisting we must do a make-up class. However, it is next to impossible to schedule a make-up. Additionally, we have had a new instructor each week who does not know what our child has/has not done. There is supposedly a form that the instructors use to keep track, but nothing has been checked on our form (and my husband and I looked at some of the other forms, which all seem to be blank regardless of the age/level). Not worth it!

Best swim program for kids, infant through older toddler ages. The instructors are very clam and patient with kids meeting their individual needs. But, at the same time helping to move child forward without feeling force or not meeting a set expectations. The Briacliff facility group treat kids as growing plus learning kids and not as adults. I will high recommend Aqua Tots for teaching kids healthy respect for learning hoy swim.

I’m one happy mother. We went to Aqua-Tots Swim Schools for 3.5 months - 3 days a week and spent a lot of $$$ for swim lessons. My daughter didn’t learn basic life saving skills. The frustration was real!!! I talked to the GM many times, asked them to push her and all I got was excuses!! I hate excuses and like seeing results.I made the decision to switch swim lessons and it was the best decision ever! We are 5 days in (2 more to go) and my daughter can swim! I wouldn’t recommend Aqua-Tots to anyone. Save your money and find a real swim instructor.

4.9 STARSThis is a great place. They have incredible teachers and are very accommodating. The kids are learning to swim one day at a time. The set up is very nice, there is very comfortable seating for the parents.My one issue is that they have snacks and lollipops at KID LEVEL open for the taking... We usually are done around dinner time and damage control has become a nuisance. If they could just move the junk food...

This week was my daughter’s first time attending swimming classes at Aqua -Tots. The swimming instructors have exceeded my expectations. They are friendly and personable and don’t mind taking their time with her. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is interested in learning how to swim.

The instructors are professional and warm and despite the chaos of wet kids and parents everywhere, they run a tight ship. My 8-month old has had a great time splashing, floating, learning water safety, etc. Highly recommend for any age.

The GM here is a mean individual. The teachers have all been super nice and our daughter truly enjoy the swim classes. The GM however goes out of his way to scold the children when he feels like they are misbehaving. My daughter is only 2 and he decided to scold her for turning around. In doing so he made her cry. Even the teacher did not understand why he came over to talk with my daughter. He told us afterwards that it was a safety issue. We are not sure why he didnt just come to us since we were only about 5 feet away behind the glass.
