Captain Ken took us out on his beautiful sailboat, Summer Breeze, from the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City for my girlfriend’s birthday surprise. It was the perfect night and we were able to cruise out in the ocean for a while as the wind was just right. Afterwards, we slipped into a cove behind Brigantine and hooked up to a mooring where we enjoyed wine and snacks to watch the sunset and I asked her to be mine forever and marry me!Captain Ken did a phenomenal job of allowing us to sail the boat a bit and help out with the sails as well as keeping some casual conversation going and just adding to the overall laid back and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this charter if you have birthday or engagement plans and would love a really special way and place to do it! This was my first sailing trip with my boyfriend and our captain Ken went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. He let us steer the boat and take part in rigging the sails...we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and watched the dolphins play in the bay. Definitely a memorable experience. Five stars!

I booked this sail boat as a birthday celebration with a couple girl friends. Captain Ken was very responsive professional and friendly! He actually taught us to sail to our surprise! It was so fun and relaxing I highly recommend... I’m ready to buy my own boat now!!

We booked a sunset tour with Captain Ken in connection with a family reunion--largely because my mother-in-law loves sailing. The Captain was very thoughtful in offering guidance as to the parts of the tour that might be challenging for an 89-year-old woman, and she had no real difficulties. The tour itself was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to help with the helm and the sails. (Though it was clear that had we wanted to just be passive passengers that would have been fine as well.) Captain Ken is hugely knowledgeable about sailing and about the Atlantic City area, and is wonderful company. Highly recommended.

Captain Ken is a wonderful host and is happy to share his intimate knowledge of sailing and the waterways of the back bay. His boat the Summer Breeze has been meticulously cared for, and the pride of ownership shows through and through. It would be a mistake not to spend a couple hours with him and his lady! My wife and our friends get together every year on Labor Day weekend and have tried booking a sailing trip with Captain Ken for the last 4 years only to have it rain every stinking year. However on August 31st 2019 the weather was absolutely gorgeous and all I can say is that it was well worth the wait! Captain Ken is a true professional, a fantastic guy that knows sailing and how to give you a memorable experience! We loved every minute and had a wonderful time! We will be booking again soon! We have been sailing on the Summer Breeze with Captain Ken for over 5 years. It is truly one of the best things to do at the Jersey Shore. We bring all of the couples that visit us for the weekend or just go ourselves. We always bring a few bottles of wine and some snacks for the 2-hour journey. Captain Ken will sail us through the calm waters off of Atlantic City, or one of us can take the helm. It’s fun for the experienced sailor, the person that wants to try it out, or the person that just wants to sit back and enjoy.

Great day...great experience! I received a 3 hour sailing lesson with Captain Ken on Summer Breeze as a retirement gift. Captain Ken was professional, knowledgeable, patient and fun. He had me sailing hands on from from start to finish. The Summer Breeze is a quality vessel, very stable and comfortable. I would strongly recommend the experience to anyone.

Captain Ken provides an exhilarating experience on a Catalina sailboat where you can learn the ropes of sailing. The dolphins are attracted to the Summer Breeze, we saw dozens swimming along side the boat!
