Master Ko and his family are awesome! They are so good with the younger kids but also also engaging with older students. Our whole family takes lessons here. Everyone is so nice and there are many different activities, like kid’s night out and holiday parties. Students are taught life skills like honesty and integrity, not just fighting skills.

I have been training with Sr. Master Ko for almost 18 years. I started training under him when his school was located in Millington, TN in 2002.I walked into his school one November day. I used to pass by the school to and from work. I walked in and checked it out. That evening I signed up for a trial contract and put on my white belt. Today I am a 5th degree black belt instructor.Kos martial arts has been a godsend for me personally. Not only has it allowed me to learn self defense and the physical martial art of Taekwondo, it has allowed me to grow as a person as well as maintain physical fitness as I grow into an older adultStrongly recommend this school. The great thing about martial arts training both young and old is that TKD is always in season year round.

My oldest son has been with Ko’s ATA for a year now and I can honestly say that it’s been an incredible experience! He truly enjoys studying with Master Ko and all instructors. My oldest and my wife love going to Kos. Top-notch teaching and training with exceptional people. I dont just mean they know their stuff (they do: Senior Master Ko is about to get his 8th degree black belt); I mean the staff care about their students. Its one big taekwondo family. We had the annual Halloween party last night, and the mood was happy and light. Everyone had a great time...which is par for course, even when theyre just training. If youre looking for a taekwondo school that will not only prepare you for black belt and beyond, but will also build you up and affirm you, emotionally, choose Kos.
