We have been attending Kindercare for almost 4 years, and we are beyond happy. Excellent leadership from Ms Justine and Chelsea. The teachers are amazing, they really care about your child and to create a good relationship with them. Very structured schedules, and I love that you can get pictures and general communication through their app.

The Center that cares about my kids! We’ve been attending here for 3 years and the kids LIKE going! They learn a ton✏️, play, make crafts and activities, spend lots of time outside and have fun within a structured schedule. The teachers truly care for the kids and build strong, positive relationships. The leadership is great, Justine and Chelsea, do a superb job of communication and flexibility while keeping priority on the kids. 📚💕

We’ve been here for 2 years and the team is excellent at communication with the app and email. We get pictures during the day on the app. There are many fun activities for the kids throughout the day, they rarely repeat. The team is flexible with doctor appointments and odd drop off times. The staff genuinely seems to care about the kids and their development. Despite the pandemic, they’ve updated and communicated their new policies and procedures in a timely manner.

Squirrel Road Kindercare is everything we hoped for and more. During our search for a place for our little one, the staff and facility gave us a feeling of peace knowing our daughter would be here daily.The staff are a bunch of rockstars that have helped her grow. There isnt a doubt in our mind that she is truly loved and cared for by everyone there. She looks forward to her time seeing her friends and teachers, playing outside, doing art, sing alongs, book time, etc... The best part is seeing her growth as a little human as she learns more and more every day. The age appropriate curriculum, activities that challenge them, and group and individual experiences are all fantastic.The staff is responsive to questions and builds relationships with the parents in a open manner that is greatly appreciated. As far as Covid concerns, they have handled everything safely and smoothly with a system that has kept everyone safe.The only downside, and this might be a big one for some, is that your child will eventually be exposed to baby shark. This will inevitably ruin your life for a couple years. However, it is a small price to pay knowing that your child is going somewhere that they will be loved, cherished, and will grow daily.Give them a call and compare like we did and you wont be disappointed.

Our family has been with the center for almost 6 years. My kids have grown so much emotionally and academically. The team truly cares about their families and is amazing with communication via-app, Facebook, phone calls and in-person. They have always been open to feedback both negative and positive and truly listen. My son also has a peanut allergy and has never had any issues with outbreaks.During the COVID-19 crisis, they have updated our family with communication and provided a safe place for our kids to return. They have been very diligent with following all CDC guidelines. My kids love school and all the teachers very much.

Hi!My daughter is newly 1 and my parents had taken care of her since she was born! With her getting older, they just couldn’t take care of her and keep up, so I had to find a childcare center near my work and a place that I could get to quickly if I needed to come and get her. I enrolled my daughter on July 13th right before her birthday and she has had such an amazing time. I was afraid just because she hasn’t been in a childcare setting, but, actually, she’s having an amazing time and her teachers Ms. Alex and Ms. Kayla are amazing. They’re so responsive in giving me updates on the apps and sending LOTS of pictures and if I need any help whether it be with food or With just knowing if your kid is having a good day after a rough drop off. They’re awesome and I am so glad that I decided to enroll her at this center!For any parent whose afraid to enroll right away, this place definitely makes you feel taken care of and that your child is cared for as well!

We love Rainbow! The directors and staff are wonderful. My daughter is thriving there and loves going to school. I am a teacher and have very high standards of care for my kids. Rainbow has exceeded them.

My child has been there for almost a year now and I love the staff and this center! They update you hourly with the progress of your child through their app. As a working mother this takes away the stress from being away from your child. Amy, the director, had been phenomenal in regards to acting quickly if there is a problem and making sure your childs needs are met. They are constantly learning fun and exciting things which my child continues to thrive cognitively and socially. Love this place!

Our family has loved our experience at Rainbow in Auburn Hills. Staff is wonderful! The teachers are great. We appreciate the care and communication we receive. Would definitely recommend!

We have had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Child Care in Auburn Hills! Our baby girl has so much fun and she does so well there! Shes learned so much, too!! Its so fun that a daycare teaches her counting, colors and even sign language! It was the cutest thing to see her sign for help, all done and please!! Such a great feeling as a working parent to know shes happy and learning! They have also been super awesome with phone calls from me when Im worried about my baby (if she had a rough morning at home) or if I just miss her and want to hear that shes good. Were so happy! :D (My daughter has been there from about 10-11 months to 2 years (when I wrote this review))Edited to Add: since my review 2 years ago, were still very happy with this location! Its now become Squirrel Road Kindercare and Ive had a second child to take to daycare. Both of my girls love going to daycare and I feel very involved with their day-to-day! They are really good at updates on their app and the ladies that are in charge are super responsive to messages and calls! The teachers in each classroom love their students and I love their focus on teaching, even with the younger crowd. This is definitely the best place to take your children, especially during such uncertain times as a global pandemic!

Love this center and the amazing teachers who work here! Our little man has grown leaps and bounds here and we are so grateful for the love and care he receives each day.

The director Amy is very rude! Before we started attending there when I would ask questions she made it seem like I was always inconveniencing her. Once we started to attend her whole attitude has changed. My daughter attended the Preschool program their. After the year ended we were suppose to do a home visit. We were not able to schedule the home visit unfortunately due to a death in our family. Once we got back into town the teachers said they were no longer scheduling home visits. (Understandable) now that we don’t attend there I have had to reach out to Amy to get some paper work that we didn’t get due to missing the home visit at the end of the year and she’s back to her crappy attitude and making it seem like I’m inconveniencing her again. I emailed her requesting what I needed and her reply was “There is not. I will look through her file that I have here but that is why a home visit/end of year meeting isnt optional. I will let you know before I leave tonight.”She made it seem like I purposely missed the home visit. She is just pure rude. Don’t work the job t working if your going to be rude.

My child(ren) have been at this center for the last 3.5 years and I can not say enough great things about Rainbow-Auburn Hills. The staff are awesome, caring, and creative individuals who always make my kids feel like they are at their home away from home. The staff take the time to communicate the high and low points of the day with your child, and really work as a team with the parents to determine the best learning/behavior/activity strategies for each child. My children adore their teachers and have so much fun that many days they want to stay later. They have learned so much, and I am so happy to have had these caring people in the early years of my childrens life.
