If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst. Every time I have to go here, its a reminder of what a money greedy corporate machine this school is. Rude. Unprofessional. Uninformed. Lack of any and all caring or compassion for its students. They will drop your classes if you have a $0.04 balance due. They should have a class that teaches students how to deal with the financial aid office. I swear I submit more paperwork to them then some of my classes...

I called the financial aid office and the person there was extremely helpful and walked me through everything what I needed to do. Not sure why all the negative feedback. Perhaps I got the right person at the right time. lol

Terrible! Awful service with lazy workers. Waited longer than was told and had to repeat several times before they understood. Change the staff!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Awful people, it feels they go out of their way to make things more difficult for students. Every person I have dealt with in that office is horribly incompetent and non helpful

Staff needs to get on the same page about what the requirements for students are. Slow service and failed to inform me about the correct documents I needed to submit to start the semester.
