Instructors were inconsistent and contradicted each other often. Were not receptive to feedback and did not treat all students equally and fairly. Even during the testing portions of the certification they paid more attention to some people over others when students forgot important details they still passed without correction. Some misinformation was provided verified by a medical professional, leaving me to wonder what else was incorrect. Overall I feel like a confident lifeguard after this training however I am glad to have supplemental and previous experience with lifeguarding.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They will support the process of registration through certification! Great follow-through and quick replies when asking questions.
