Very welcoming and approachable staff and team. Classes are well thought out and techniques are explained expertly. This facility has catapulted the Genesee Mall to possibly the best mall in all of Auburn. You can learn BJJ, drink the best beer in the world, and take chicks out for ice cream all in one convenient location!

There is family values that come with the martial art lesson. Theres also a great sense of desire, to teach the little ones self achievement. They are also shown how to defend themselves and fight off a enemy.

This school has helped me in immeasurable ways: I am in better physical shape, I feel I am in better mental shape and I have accomplished things I never thought I was capable of, all thanks to this school and the great coach and students. This school provides everything you need to gain the most benefits from jiu jitsu. The coach and students alike are welcoming, friendly and eager to help new students. You will learn from higher and lower belts alike so do something nice for yourself and stop down for a class.

Ive visited been been a part of many gyms over the years but flow has been by far the one ive been most comfortable. Immediately i knew that this gym was a good fit for me. If youre looking for exercise, competition, or the ring theres a spot for you. The coaches and people at flow became family. You will not be disappointed by joining this gym. And did i mention that were gracie affiliated?
