Our toddler son has been attending Auburn Kindercare for a little under a year now. He is thrilled to arrive in the morning and at the end of the day he is always talking about the fun things he did that day. The teachers and staff genuinely care, and the amount of time and effort they spend preparing activities and tasks is very much appreciated. I am happy we found this place when we did, and I would definitely recommend meeting the staff if you are considering a daycare.

My son has been apart of the Kindercare family for several years. We recently have stopped attending as I’m now a stay at home mother. Our experience with the director Jennifer and ALL of the staff has been above and beyond. To find a place you can trust your children with is not always easy. Upon my visit meet and greet I knew we found the right place and so did my son! He loves going to daycare and it was hard news for him that he was no longer attending and that spoke volumes to me. He made friends and built great relationships with the staff. I highly recommend this daycare. Communication was outstanding. They care for your kids as if they were their own. Thank you Auburn KinderCare for all the attention, support and love you showed to our children and to our family. You have all made such a beautiful impact on our lives and we appreciate everything you have done for us!

Kind, loving, great at communicating! Love this place. My youngest is painfully shy and they loved up on him and now it’s his home away from home!!

Auburn KinderCare management and staff were mostly incompetent when our children went there. I say mostly because there was one staff person that was exceptional.Heres the synopsis: the place is dirty, it stinks, its small, its political, staff are highly underpaid, snacks were consistently crackers and other unhealthy choices, and theres a lot of other things I could say that Ill just keep quiet about.I can give you one example though: the manager and infant care worker were both in the infant room. At the time, they had a child that was a known biter. While the facility manager and infant care worker were both in the room, our child was bit on the face. The room is small so how two grown childcare workers both missed this, I can only guess. Sure, accidents happen, but clearly they werent paying attention. We left KinderCare to go to Bright Horizons... it was one of the BEST decisions wed ever made. Everything was clean. Competent, trained teachers, friendly management, rooms were larger, staff was well-paid, I could go on and on.

5 stars for teacher Lori! She is a huge reason I felt comfortable leaving my son in day care. She always took time to care for him when he needed a little extra cuddle while transitioning from home care to day care. She is such a loving teacher, mom and person.

Our daughter has been enrolled there since she was only a few months old. She has grown and learned so much there! The staff are awesome and we wouldn’t place our child any other place.

All three of my children are in the center and they are THRIVING from being here. When my daughter started in the 1 year old room, she was barely talking. 6 months later, she turned 2 and was already almost speaking in sentences. Now she’s 3 and is telling stories and is always coming home knowing new words, letters, and numbers. When my oldest started, she was in the preschool room. When she started kindergarten, her teacher could tell she had been in a preschool class because she was ahead of her peers. All thanks to this center. All of my kids love their teachers and I’ve developed relationships with all of the teachers here. I absolutely love these group of people and couldn’t ask for a better fit for my kids. Thanks Kindercare!!!

Very impressed with the leadership at Auburn Kindercare. They’re very good about communicating with us and take a real interest in the care of our son. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past at a previous daycare and are understandably on guard, but they never hesitate to answer our questions or chat when we need to. We really enjoy the educational aspect of the center and prefer that to just a place that just watches your children.

We have had a great experience with both of our kids attending this KinderCare facility (our 3-yr-old daughter still goes here). The level of care and teaching is top-notch and the entire staff is wonderful. Our son left KinderCare and started kindergarten last fall and is doing well in his first year as a school-ager (a lot of the credit goes to KinderCare for providing the foundation for his future learning). Thank you for providing wonderful care for our kids while we are at work!

First off let my start by saying the felicity is always clean and they greet parents and children by names. My family and I recently moved here from Indiana in July. We were in search for a daycare that had that welcoming feel when you walked into the doors. That had staff that was knowledgeable of common questions asked by parents that wanted to feel trusted leaving our 3 year old with. Sierra and Jen answered all of our questions and gave great insight of daily routines there and protocols. The staff is amazing. I feel great dropping my kid off knowing she will be taken care of properly. We searched about 8 different daycares and chose this one for many reasons. We plan to keep our daughter here until she starts school.

I love this kindercare. They are very welcoming and great with my son. As a mom, I was 100% nervous on having a stranger watch my child with all the stories about daycares online but this place is amazing. My son loves his teachers and has a bunch of friends. It’s definitely a place I would recommend.

I currently have a 5 year old son and 8 month old daughter enrolled at kindercare. My son has been here since the infant room, and I love it. The amount of learning both my children experience every day is amazing. I know every teacher loves and cares for my children, not just their classroom teachers. I absolutely love that I get weekly emails with stories and pictures of my children and for my daughter I receive a daily paper about her diapers, sleep, bottles and food (and how much she ate), and what cool learning activity the babies did that day. My son has formed friendships that have lasted years, and I am beyond confident he is more than ready for kindergarten in the fall. I have formed great relationships with the parents in my daughters infant class as well which I love. I love kindercare, and cannot imagine a better partner in raising my children.

I have been taking my granddaughter to the Auburn WA center for almost two years now. She adores her teachers, and has thrived in every way! The staff is wonderful, caring and nurturing. Feeling confident and comfortable with leaving her in someone else’s care has never been easy, but Kindercare has made it less painful no doubt! Thank you Kindercare!

My 2 year old has been at the Auburn, WA location for about 8 or so months now and we LOVE it there. Everyone is so friendly and patient with the kids and the teacher in her class emails us pictures of her at least once a week and the admin ladies send curriculum emails too. Her teachers name is Ms Roxanne and shes awesome. Franny is really great too, actually they all are! We love it. Theyre super clean and put a notice out any time a highly contagious bug gets diagnosed in one of the kids. A little pricey but to me its worth it to know whos caring for my kid.

Love this place! Our toddler goes here full time and she couldnt be more excited to run into class every day. Everyone knows who she is (and who me and my husband are) and are always letting me know how her day was (even teachers who arent always in her class.)Whenever something happens (she falls and injures herself or something) we are immediately called and sent home with a note letting us know what happened and what was done to remedy the situation. Also, this place is secure! Its tucked back from the busy main road, the playground area is completely fenced (with a plastic covering so no one walking by could easily see any child) and you have to have a code to even access the building!I love knowing Im dropping off my daughter somewhere she is safe and is excited to go to every day!

Good place as far as learning and safety. The only problems I have had is just recently. My two year old started acting out fighting with other kids and escaping to the playground. They would call me to pick him up in th middle of the day. Im a single mom and I need to work. Plus my boss is not ok with people being gone. I was threatened to find alternate care by Jenner the director if I couldnt get him in to be evaluated by a therapist with a 2 week dead line. I work business hrs and with beings that I missed work already for having to pick him up I was in tears explaining I couldnt afford it and to please give more time. I had an appointment already set up in october but they said no. I really feel discriminated against and that they were trying to push him out. Maybe they could charge more for someone not getting partial help from the state. I now have to drive 40 mins out of my way to drop off my son with my aunt because there is no place in my area that has room at this time for him. If you choose this place good luck.
