My partner and I had such a wonderful date night! We attended Viva Mexico and I loved hearing the story of how those recipes were the owners mothers. It made the evening that much more special! The entire staff was extremely accommodating and kind, I cant wait for our next cooking night!

Went as a group of 6 (on a week night) for a friends birthday. Chef Ras taught us how to make the best pad thai that I have ever had. The food, service, and lesson were excellent. Will definitely be returning.FYI: We were asked to keep masks on while cooking, and pulled them down to taste as we cooked so we could see how the flavors changed. Whole group felt safe with the precautions that were taken.

I wasnt so sure about going to cooking classes, I mean, I cook all the time! My son loves to cook, so I took him and we both ended up having so much fun. We learned to make bagels, biscuits, scones, and breakfast pizza. It was absolutely delightful and we cant wait to do it again! Thank you so much for a fun time!

Got a class as a birthday gift and it was amazing! The atmosphere and the chefs are so great! It truly is a very fun and welcoming environment. We did a pasta class and it’s so cool how they make daunting recipes so easy! You will feel comfortable enough to make these recipes at home! On top of the amazing food you make, you also learn a lot of cooking tips. We had a wonderful time and will be back for more events.

Love this place! Went for lunch cooking class. You can get everything done in an hour for lunch. The dinner one is 3 hrs. Our friends had so much fun and it was so delicious. Professional chefs guiding you along the way. We made fresh pasta and everything. The red sangria was out of this world. Dinner 3 hour session include making appetizer, dinner and dessert along with a drink or two. Totally going back!!

We did a private event with our charge nurses and had such a great time! It was the perfect activity for a diverse group to hang out, learn new skills, and do some team building! It was the morale boost we all needed. We will be back soon as we have already had multiple requests to do our holiday party with the Create Cooking Team. We just had an amazing night at Create Cooking School. They are starting a Chefs Table Experience. Observe and Enjoy should be the tag line.We started with Tostones and Prawns with Papaya salad. Our second course was smashed potatoes with a sous vide Pork Belly that was then seared and served with a smoked paprika Buerre Blanc. Finally a crispy skin red snapper filet with zucchini that had been grilled with most amazing broth.All of this was paired with a curated cocktail and a healthy glass of Albarino.We left pleasantly full and immensely happy.

Absolutely incredible experience! I took my mom for a mothers day brunch class. We made scones, French and American style omelets, and a homemade hollandaise sauce. AJ was our instructor and he was so personable, funny, and very patient with all levels of experienced cooks.

We went to A Night In Thailand last night and had a blast. Chef AJ is a hoot. As well as the rest of the bunch Rass, Diego and Michelle. The food was truly amazing. I highly recommend doing a cooking class. We cant wait to do it again.

My daughter (12) took two amazing summer camp weeks at Create and absolutely loved it! Ras and his team show a true passion for teaching as well as cooking. They made it fun and entertaining while teaching lifelong skills. Not to mention the delicious meals my daughter felt confident enough to make for us at home! I didn’t know what to expect; so I was expecting a sterile boring enviro lean a few new cooking techniques.Wow was I wrong! This was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. The food was incredible, the drinks were incredible, the chefs were fun and super knowledgeable, I learned a lot, and had the best time.Great for dates, couples double dates, any time you want to have fun with someone else.Highly recommend!!!

I’ve wanted to attend a live class at Create Cooking School since I saw it while visiting Denver. My schedule however did not permit time for it during that trip so it was out on the “to-do while in Denver next time” list.Fast forward to 2020 and the shift to lots of online experiences. I was finally able to learn from Chef Diego in the form of a zoom 50th birthday party for a friend. It was a brilliant, fun, engaging and educational pivot to allow friends and family from all over North America to gather together to cook, dine and toast the guest of honor.Despite the virtual chatty party goers and lots of laughter, with the help of zoom host, Michelle, Chef eloquently commanded our attention and engaged us in every step of the process. He answered any of our questions and guided us smoothly to a culinary delight!What a treat!

I booked a pasta making class for my boyfriends birthday and it was the perfect way to celebrate! The atmosphere is charming, the wine selection was fantastic, and the instructor knowledgable and fun. The class was simple to follow along to but I definitely walked away with new skills to take my cooking to the next level. Will be returning soon for sure!

We love the staff. We stumbled in to such an amazing experience just randomly getting drinks at Stanley Market. They even offered to practice my Spanish with me.

Went tonight for a Valentines dinner and when we got there realized we had booked the wrong date! Raz (sp?) the owner totally took care of us and made space for us at the bar. He brought us a charcuterie plate and cocktails and we had an amazing evening. Can’t wait to go back when it is actually the right night for our reservation! Amazing staff. Amazing food. Bar atmosphere is fun.

We recently participated in the Create Virtual cooking class where my wife and I learned to make an authentic Ramen dish, it was amazing! Not only did we learn to cook a yummy dish, but we also picked up a number of great tips we can apply to other recipes. Diego was fantastic and we are signed up for an in-person class next month, cant wait!

Chef Diego was a fantastic host for our Puerto Rico night! Food was delicious, drinks were great and unique! Making the dishes at Create helped build my confidence to bring new ingredients into my own kitchen. Couldnt have asked for a better evening or experience!

I hosted a private dinner party with Create Cooking School to celebrate a special birthday. It was five courses of amazing food, paired with cocktails, wine and beer. This virtual cooking class was not only well done in regards to the technology but the experience was exceptional.Chef Diego was very funny and it was as if a friend was hanging out in your kitchen, drinking wine and making one of their favorite dishes for you.Michelle did a great job as our host, setting the stage for the evening, making sure our questions got answered and keeping the overall flow, perfect.The Paella turned out great and even though I consider myself a pretty good cook, I learned so many “chef tidbits” of information from knife techniques to stove pan/heat techniques. It was amazing!!I definitely would do this again and Chef Diego made all the difference in the world. He has a way about him that made it so interesting and fun. Plus it’s always extra neat when the chef has a cool accent 😉This is an experience not to be missed!! I can’t wait until COVID is nothing but a faint memory so I can book a live, in-person cooking class with Chef Diego.

I went here for a cocktail after visiting the Farmers market on a blazing hot Friday. The owner and chef, Ras, was behind the bar and I told him I’d like something refreshing and delicious. Their cocktail menu was great. He made me a wonderful Italian Spritz that really hit the spot. Excellent service, engaging conversation and great cocktails! I love it!

Ramen date night cooking class with chef AJ was a blast. AJ was engaging, upbeat, and incredibly knowledgeable. The food was amazing and the entire create team treated us like family!

The Create Cooking School Crew is truly top notch! After their long closure, they jumped right back in with Junior Chef Camps that have surpassed our expectations for our young chef. The Chefs are patient and knowledgeable and the food our daughter brings home is absolutely delicious. The space is very clean and organized and everyone is mindful of safety and new procedures. We have truly enjoyed the joyful times and tasty food and love supporting this amazing small business!

I made the pasta bolognese with Chef Ras and I absolutely loved it!! He was so knowledgeable and took the class at an appropriate pace, which was especially important for me since I have struggled to keep up with cooking classes in the past. I will be back for more, and I highly recommend this class in particular - probably the best food Ive tasted in months, and I got to make it myself!

Create Cooking School is wonderful. I’ve attended a couple of cooking classes here and once hosted one for a group of 14 people, and that was amazing — the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends. Create also has a cocktail bar that’s open even when cooking classes are in session, and it’s one of the best places to get a great drink in the neighborhood.

We live in the neighborhood and are at Stanley all the time walking past this cooking school. When my husband gifted me a pasta making class, I was excited but not too excited just because we’ve done cooking classes before but never just had fun. THIS was sooooo much fun! Diego is so personal an knowledgeable. Our minds were blown by amazing simple techniques he taught us, but also his ability to make you feel like you’re in the kitchen with your best friend. We will be doing a class once a quarter now. The food was phenomenal!!!!

Love this place! The cocktails and service are top notch. Highly recommend the barrel aged Negroni. It is delicious! The best part is that you can stop by anytime and enjoy a cocktail at their bar.Also both the in-person and virtual cooking classes are so much fun! Ras and Diego are so friendly and knowledgeable and not to mention, the food is always amazing! They go out their way to accommodate any food allergy in their classes and you always leave with new skills and recipes to try in your own kitchen.

Our two girls attended Creates summer camp last week and had the best time! This program is worlds better than the kids classes they have done in the past through school. Each kid gets their own cooking station and makes a complete meal, just like on the cooking shows on TV. They loved how everything tasted, too!

Who knew so many fun things could be made in the kitchen. Great time to learn how to cook, as I’m always home. And it can be enjoyable! 🙂

Diego was an excellent host along with the whole staff. We had our holiday party with 21 guests and we all had an outstanding evening. The menu was week planned. It was great fun creating the 3 course meal plus desert. Thank you CREATE for making our night memorable!

My partner and I attended a night of cooking with chef Nicole and Ras. The weather was abysmal but they committed to hosting the class and taught us AMAZING dishes. The food was stellar and the staff was incredible. As novices in the kitchen, we were hesitant to make a 3 course Mexican meal. However, Chef Nicole was on top of her game, helping us with simple knife skills while also providing more advanced guidance to those with more kitchen experience. We will definitely be back!

AWESOME Corporate Team Event Here!I planned and hosted a team building event at Create last week for 17 people and it was SO fun! They made it super easy to plan, accommodated some diet restrictions for us and went above and beyond to welcome us. The Chefs were funny and made our Chopped style competition very engaging and inclusive (although there was only 1 overall team that won!) We enjoyed it so much that many folks stayed after to just enjoy the atmosphere and then wander around Stanley Market. I highly recommend Create and am looking forward to finding more ways to engage with this business. This was one of the best team events weve had!

Absolutely amazing food! Chefs Ras and Connor came to a private residence and prepared a 4 course meal for us and our guests (9 total) to celebrate a special birthday. The food was some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten. It was like eating in a 5 star restaurant in your own home! If you want to learn to cook or have catering needs, Create Cooking School is the way to go!

There are so many factors that go into this 5-Star rating from the the people to the vision to the food but I want to focus specifically on their bar program. While most people may view this wonderful place as a cooking school which happens to have bar, I want to tell everyone that Ras, Diego, and team have curated a high-end and approachable bar menu replete with iconic favorites to ever-evolving experimental options. We did a lunchtime class today and it was awesome! Chef was very helpful and both gentlemen working were friendly and attentive. I would absolutely return here for a different lesson.

Our work team had a fantastic team building afternoon at Create. We chose a Thai menu which aligned perfectly with my current tastes. Not only was it collaborative and informative, it stoked my desire to cook more frequently. I hope to try out the recipes at home

Healthy/Delicious! A girl friend and I had a great night learning to cook three healthy, delicious dishes. Due to weather, it was just us and another couple, so it was a pretty relaxed experience. Our chef instructor was friendly and interesting. One thing that sets this place apart is that we each got to learn all the dishes (some cooking schools divide the class into group and you only learn one or two). Ill be back in a few weeks to take one of the Cook with Your Kids classes!

My wife and I have made a resolution to not eat out again unless it’s at Create. If I could give our experience 10 stars I would. My husband and I attended a brunch cooking class for our anniversary. The experience was incredible from start to finish. We learned so much more than we ever though was possible and have incredible tricks for the kitchen and awesome recipes to take home! Everything was well paced and the drinks were delicious. My girlfriend and I came here for an Italian cooking class for our anniversary, and we had a blast! Nicole was a great teacher and chef, happy to explain anything, and very energetic. The setting in the Stanley Market place was very nice with great music playing. We were able to cook three courses, some pasta carbonara with pancetta, veal with sage and prosciutto, and a tart with raspberries and blueberries. Each kitchen station was excellent as it had great kitchen appliances, weighted knives, and everything else one needed to make a meal. It was so much fun to make food together, learn some new tricks, have some wine, and meet new friends. I hope to be back some day!

Our planner Michele was exceptional in modifying the event as the group grew and the event evolved into a private party. The staff was fun and friendly, they made every effort to ensure we all had a great time. The food was quality, fresh and the recipes we cooked came out extremely tasty. Our Chef, Nicole, kept us busy and on track. Diego, another Chef, wanted the event to be special so he offered up special drinks for us. The value of the experience was very good. All of the reviews about the quality of the food are spot on. I’ve been to a few cooking class like Create but what was unique about this place is the quantity of food. Often these cooking classes and fun but you leave needing more food. Here, we left with lunch for a few days. This place is totally worth it!!!

Ill start by saying Chef Nicole is great. Shes a very engaging and approachable instructor who created a fun environment for Viva Brunch - a class centered around Mexican breakfast favorites.However, the menu for class ended up being three egg dishes. By the end of class, each person was served FIVE eggs. The egg dishes themselves were not varied, each dish was eggs, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and tortilla. A little variety would have been nice - maybe chorizo or potato tacos, churros, black bean tamales, breakfast toast with cajeta sauce...there are so many options other than just eggs.We didnt end up finishing all of our dishes and we still left feeling weighed down and uncomfortable from all the eggs.

I took my boyfriend here for his Christmas gift for the Mondo Pasta class and we loved it! Im awful at cooking and I still felt more than welcome. The atmosphere is perfect, the food is amazing, Chef Nicole is talented and engaging, and I definitely plan on going back for another treat sometime in the future!!

Chef Ras and Chef Diego make learning how to cook fun! They are both patient, and they both have a great sense of humor. Between the two of them, you can learn how to make just about anything you would want to learn how to make. They pay attention to detail and aim to please when teaching classes, catering, or holding events.

There is no place in East denver to get a better drink. You don’t have to be in a class to come here - pull up a chair at the bar and let the guys make a delicious cocktail!

Went to Zero Market for my regulars (laundry and dishwash detergent) and was wandering around Stanley Marketplace when I saw Create. An employee came over to chat. Being new to Colorado, I wanted to take a baking class (high altitude baking is no joke). They had one coming up and they gave me a promo code! I convinced two other friends to come and yesterday we made some DELICIOUS bread. Chef Nicole was super chill and helpful. Learned a few things about baking at high altitude, enjoyed some sangria/empanadas, and had a really fun time with friends. I will definitely come back for more classes at Create! Thank you, Diego!

My wife and I just attended the sushi making class and it was a wonderful experience. Chef Diego guided us through the intricacies of making spicy tuna rolls, crab rolls, and salmon, not to mention an excellent miso soup to wet the appetite. He walked us through various cutting techniques, how to protect yourself while cutting/cooking, and gave insights into the different techniques to make good sushi rolls at home. At the end of the night I could make a roll that looked halfway decent and diddnt fall apart at first touch!I would highly recommend this for a fun date night for two. From the excellent services of Michelle and Chef Diego, to the fine sake + bumping music that kept the energy and creative juices flowing, it was a heck of a time.

I had the BEST time at Create Cooking School last night.I typically find cooking to be tedious and intimidating, but I learned a lot last night that made me so much more comfortable in the kitchen.The tacos we made were AMAZING, but bet of all, they were things I can make at home.The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Our group of friends had the pleasure of visiting create cooking school on opening night. This is a hands on cooking class, not just some demo where you take notes and leave with a recipe. Come prepared to get your hands dirty because you’ll be in charge of your own chopping, dicing, mincing, sautéing, and everything else required make a meal. But don’t worry, chefs Ras and Diego are all about safety, and you’ll be shown proper safety and techniques for all of the utensils you use. And if you’re worried about food allergies or restrictions, don’t: our group included one vegetarian and someone who is gluten free, and the chefs adjusted the meals to meet their needs.The space is beautifuly laid out with warm wood tones and bright colors. There is ample room at each of the cooktops for about 6 people to freely move around and work. Meals are enjoyed at large community style tables with comfy chairs, making it perfect for socializing with your fellow aspiring chefs. And even if you’re not signed up for a class, they have a full service bar and plenty of seating so you can relax and enjoy the free smells.Overall, our experience at create exceed our expectations. Chefs Ras and Diego have created something special, and it will be a welcome addition to the Stanley family for years to come.

We had Ras and Ben over for a night of Italian cooking and they exceeded all of our expectations. We learned some new tips and skills, learned how to make homemade pasta and had a blast. All of the food was delicious and best of all was that they cleaned the kitchen afterwards! It was an unforgettable night and I cant wait to see them in action at the Stanley Marketplace this fall!

I had planned a best man gift for my best friend to be a dinner on the night he was to propose to his now fiancé. (She said yes BTW) Since he was proposing at their new home I figured to keep it just as intimate and have it staged at their house. We invited who they wanted to be there for this event so it was definitely a special evening where we could have zero hiccups. Chef Erasmo Casiano, his business partner Chef Diego Coconati and their apprentice Ben Olson made sure of that and then some! These guys as a team were spectacular! We all got to see them prepare, flow and cook something that will always be remembered. Everything in that kitchen was like a fantastical television show that made you love food more than you would have thought. If this is an example of what it’s going to be like at their Stanley Marketplace location then look forward to the entire experience because they are going to blissfully walk you through something beautiful, only something unique, something only you can create!
