I had the instructor Chris. I’m usually a nervous driver and he made the experience really fun. He took me to all sorts of places in town and told me so many interesting things. I learned so many new things from him. He showed me beautiful views, gave me advice in many things, and kept conversation with me the whole time. I really enjoyed the drive and it made my day.

This was my first drive. My instructor was very nice and gave me clear instructions. I learned a lot of great tips to improve my driving. I had an overall great experience.

I rode with Julia yesterday morning and she was fantastic. I have really bad anxiety when driving and I was able to hold an hour and 30 minute conversation with her. She is really professional and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to get drive safe as you will not regret it. I feel more confident about myself and driving in general.

So far, so good! Registration was a breeze and they even offer payment plans! My daughter is learning a ton. She says theres a ton of information presented rapidly so be prepared to take notes. Extremely short lunch (25 mins) and like 2 additional 5 minute breaks for the whole day.Homework is given too.Shes excited to return today.

Debo was conscientious, courteous and positive in his assessment of my sons driving skills. He picked up where my son was, and introduced many of the situations I had been avoiding. He has given me the confidence to continue pushing my son to develop new skills.

I ended up having Julia and she was super super nice and helpful I also have heard from other friends that she is nice and kind teacher to drive with!

Zach W. was really nice during the Practice Test and the actual Driving Test. His personality and professionalism made my daughter relaxed and comfortable during the Practice Test which is a huge factor in helping her confidence during the test. I have to mention the staff are great too.. Thanks.

Me and all my friends have had lessons here and two of them had their tests here. They both failed and Im not questioning the reason they failed because I wasnt in the car however my friend Adrianne Green just had her test today 4/23/2021. She didnt remember the instructors name but she told us that he made her make an illegal left turn because he forgot to tell her to turn at the right time and was on his phone a lot of the time. In my opinion someone who is testing someone should keep their eye on the driver and the road and definitely not have them make illegal left turns because the instructor messed up. I havent had a test here yet but the people I have had with my lessons were great!

Last week, I had a 2 hour drive with Zach and he really made me feel comfortable. He has a really engaging teaching style that I strongly believe anyone would love. I felt my anxiety almost completely disappear when behind the wheel with him as I was able to hold a consistent conversation with him the whole time. He also has a very interesting backstory as an experienced EMT, I strongly suggest everyone to ask for Zach for at least one drive, you will not regret it. Drivesafe really has the best teachers.Also yesterday I had the pleasure of having Kelly as my 4th instructor. He is very professional as he has experience as army special forces and around 24 years as a police officer. me being army myself I really enjoyed being in his company. I felt EXTREMELY comfortable as I further honed my skills to prepare me for my driving test today. yet again I was able to talk throughout the entire drive and follow his instructions. most interesting conversation I have had in a really long time. Me being active duty army as well made the lesson well worth the time. I would make it mandatory for people to have Kelly at least once due to his background and law experience.I left another review for Julia on another account under the name Mel, she was really exceptional as well especially introducing me to skills during my first drive.the third instructor I cannot remember the name at the moment and it saddens me because he introduced me to freeways and he was very interesting. I felt very comfortable during what I thought would be the most intense part of my training.I have my driving test today and I finally feel much more confident about driving, to anyone looking into this school, it is a 100 percent a must if you have any type of anxiety. you will not regret this investment.

There is a lot of opportunities to learn more on how to drive safely and I was able to get more experience with a educated and experienced driver.

Called to make an appointment never got a call back went back in September to take a driving test and instructor was on his phone the whole time I was driving then told me I failed but couldnt give me a reason why they are money hungry and dont want to help! There is no reason to screen phone calls why wont anyone answer the phone? Cause they dont want to do their jobs

Driving instructors were great however their information could be updated better. When I called them and said that I wanted to see if I could get my son a drivers test done through them rather than waiting for the DMV for 3 months They said no problem they would take care of everything there. turns out after paying $75 for them to give my son his test you still have to make an appointment to go to the DMV to actually get the drivers license. Wish they would have told me this since the DMV is backed up several months.

This company cares more about money than people. They have no empathy for anyone, they just want your money. My son has always been on time for all his appointments. He just happened to run late once and they charged us $89. They could care less about Creating relationships, it’s all business. I have younger kids but I won’t be taking them to Drive Safe because I’m looking for a company that cares more about people and relationships than money, so sad. Don’t ask them for reminders because they don’t send out professional automatic reminders, but they sure do automatically hold their hand out for your money. Just looked in my checking account and they’re so greedy, they charged me twice for this one incident.

I walked in and had an amazing experience with the ladies at the desk. Isla and Madison were so friendly and inviting. They helped us though the whole process of our appointment and the driver Janine who performed my husbands drive test was very kind and informative as well!

My daughter really enjoyed her class with Ron Dobbs. She wanted to do her behind-the-wheel drives with Ron as well, but he was no longer with DriveSafe. I spoke with someone at the location about my daughters anxiety and confidence, and wanting to find an instructor that would be able to keep her relaxed and not anxious. Josh Little was recommended to us. He has been great! He was really able to put her at ease, while giving her great feedback and tips for driving. The SE Aurora location has been very easy to work with, and accommodating us to make sure we were able to keep Josh as my daughters instructor. We really appreciate their understanding, and commitment to making this entire process a smooth and easy one. Thank you DriveSafe SE Aurora!

Very friendly and easy to work with for driving test.

Could not be more happy with the team at Drive Safe on Smoky Hill. My son took all his driving training from them and all of the instructors that he had (Josh and Randy) were excellent. They have great customer service, great experience, and treat the teens very well. My son had a problem with his first driving test and Diane in the office was extremely helpful with my son and rescheduled a test for the next day. This was vitally important to a 16 year old who couldnt wait to get his license! Furthermore, once Diane starting working with us she requested that Jeanine work past her normal time off to accommodate a second test. Jeanine did, and saved the day for my 16 year old! The instructors were great, the office personnel were outstanding, and the testers were awesome. We will definitely be returning to them when my daughter (god forbid, lol) is old enough to drive. Thank you all so much at DriveSafe!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and how willing these people were to help me through the process of renewing my Drivers license. First Maddison gave me my written test and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what was going to be done.Then Janine was the young lady that gave me my Drivers test. Again very pleasant and knowledgeable about what was going to happen.I WILL HAPPILY give my recommendation to anyone who is looking or asking about renewing a drivers license or looking to get their teenagers license education and all that drive safe does. Thank you again to Maddison and Janine for a pleasant visit.

Had my driving lesson and drivers test with Jeanine and she’s amazing!! Definitely would recommend going here. She was super helpful in teaching me what I needed to pass and was so patient when mistakes were made.

I was having a difficult time setting up an appointment for my drive test through the DMV and happened to see a review about the positives of going through a driving school.I had half signed up online but still had questions and received a pleasant call from DriveSafe. The lady was patient and so nice, answered all my questions and set up my appointment on a weekend which was more convenient for me.I came to my appointment 15 minutes early just to have time to go over the tips and laws one more time. My instructor Josh was so nice, made sure to ask if I had any questions. He was professional through the whole ride and afterwards, explained things I could work on for safe driving.I passed and am very happy I chose DriveSafe. So professional and nice. A great way to take a drive test!

Delbert at the SE Aurora location was great! Our daughter really enjoyed driving with him! Even requested him for future drives and the final driving test!

My daughter took classes and driving lessons at this school. She learned so much. She spoke highly of Dr. Andre who taught her in the classroom. My interactions with the management and staff were wonderful. They worked with us to get our daughter prepared to get on the road. She is a safe driver and much more aware.

If I could provide negive stars I would.Will be taking my second kid to Parker just to use another company.One thing between if an issue is between student and teacher, but when the unprofessionalism is extended to the paying parent that is the customer... I take my business elsewhere.

If youre going to have your staff drive company vehicles for personal reasons, maybe you should make sure they follow the rules of the road that they teach. Car #70 on Smoky Hill rd, this morning cut me off without a turn signal, and sent my car over a curve as I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting her. Then to top it off when I honked she flipped me off... in a company car, smart!There are plenty of driving schools, make sure your student learns with someone safe. I wouldnt trust these people with my kids in their car.

They where really prude when I spoke to me on the phone I was trying to get some information on how much it would be for a drivers test and they said it was $89 for the drivers test because they do it in their car and they need to make sure they pay the people that are doing the testing and I was had more questions and the lady was being rude on the phone and hung up on me not happy with the service it was very unprofessional and I feel that she should be let go for her unprofessionalism They care more about money than helping people

I took the driving test today and passed. They are willing to answer any question before the test. This place is not out to get your money, like like ive seen on some reviews. Just follow the laws and you will pass.

Just booked over phone. I did not get all my questions out before she kept asking for my credit card number and she was a bit rude to where it made it hard to schedule. And do not expect them to answer and DMV questions.wish I grabbed her name. I believe she said she managed the littleton location. I will update my post after we do our test

I took the driving test today and it passed. Instructor Ken is really good instructor.

Poor driving experience, might as well start in a parking lot because you will get better guidance.

Estela was lovely. She didnt assume I knew anything but worked with me on my knowledge instead of setting me only on beginner stuff. She didnt just leave me to figure it out myself either. She was very nice and professional. She would communicate with me on a personal level but put the drive first, like one would expect for a payed lesson. Overall, she was great along with all of my previous drivers, and I continue to learn a plethora of good driving habits and tips.

Colleen, Mary and Delbert were incredible. My son and I came in for his drivers test and forgot multiple items. Not only did the Drive Safe team assist us and provide solutions, they were kind and supportive in the process. Such a positive experience. We will pay these kindnesses forward. Thank you!
