Walked out with a digital piano. Never felt any better.

After 2 weeks of waiting for 2 masks that I ordered for our horn player, I finally called to get the status. I was told it was still being processed! I told them that was unacceptable after 2 weeks and that the order should have been after 2 weeks. I told them to cancel. The first CSR told me that she would cancel it. I asked for a confirmation number or email. Could not provide it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said there were none available She hung up on me. Called back again. This CSR told me he would cancel (proves the first request was not made). He also said that he could not provide a confirmation but would have an email sent. Very rude people and non helpful. Do not order from them!

The employees and manager at this business are very helpful and professional. I appreciate that they are taking extra precautions to keep everything clean and safe.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed and Nick was nice enough to confirm and hold the items in my name until I arrived! When I arrived he also helped answer some questions about some digital pianos they had for sale. (We are in the market to upgrade) He was very helpful with suggestions and inventory availability.

My daughter plays a full size violin and she really enjoys playing her instrument, we bought the instrument in Music & Arts and I can tell it is not the best quality but for the money we got it, it is a good deal! The first year we went for $200 for a full size violin! But for the 3ed year we went farther and bought a violin for $979 and yes I would say that the staff are really nice and helpful! They know exactly what you need for an instrument, and if you buy or rent an instrument and one of the parts broke they fix it for free or just a lot cheaper! Thank You for inspiring my daughter!)

I purchased a violin and the associate named Shawna was very helpful. She helped me purchase items I needed and she helped me tune the instrument and gave me info on how to take care of it. She was very passionate and helpful!

We did two rent-to-owns through this location, and many instrument cleaning and tune-ups. Our experience has always been positive. My only complaint is that it is expensive, and Im pretty sure that is just me not liking the reality of the cost of a quality instrument. :D

Highway robbery. None of the music stores charge security deposit except this place. And it has been more than a month I am trying to get my security deposit back. Every call they have different story. And you have to wait long time to get customer service representative. Very shady company. It is like you buy something from TV commercial and trying to reach them after you return the item. I dont suggest this place at all. Check other music stores and go there afterwards.

School closed due to COVID 19 , but they charge money from credit card every month and no way to make this cancel.

This place leaves me wanting to come back every time?
