An impaired Septran driver hit my car with kids on his bus (district 30) today and admitted he was falling asleep because he was on medication and was with a severely mentally impaired assistant who would not be able to take control of any situation if someone needed help. This is who is entrusted to drive our babies. He was not allowed to drive back to the Wheeling location yet I saw him the very next day on the same route! I have contacted the BBB.
