SOME of the teachers are pretty nice. It often gets annoying when they tell you to put your phone in the bag for checking the time. The schedules are not so great, being that 8th grade has lunch at 10 in the morning. Furthermore, the school is so crowded. There are a lot of kids at the school and its hard to even get through passing period without getting pushed around by about 15 kids on their phones and not paying attention and then you end up falling. The food isnt that great but its school food, what do you expect? Other than that its not such a great school. I definitely do not recommend

Great school. Feeds kids Clorox so don’t get caRona my kids come home with nice new hairstyle filed with lice and roaches. The kids there Injoy the 1 minute a day that’s not testing. We love liberty, you should I role your kid

Unless you plan to square up with the parents of at least 20 bullies dont send your kid here. I went to middle school in a Los Angeles County barrio and the bullying wasnt half as bad as my daughter and her friends described it at Liberty. The students run the school with no consequences. The administrators seem to have good intentions but no power to make positive change.

Awesome School. If you dont get in trouble you do good. Deans and teachers are nice. Very great school and even though not all people are very nice, there are still many that are. Great bully prevention program and so many extra curricular activities.

This school is really good I was really nervous to start my first day of school there But they were super nice about it they even gave me a buddy to show me around and all the teachers are really really nice If I could give 1000 stars I would And also it’s a really safe school it’s a really clean school to very friendly students

Its okay. Were given a lot of resources and the majority of teachers are okay as long as you dont act like a buffoon every 3 minutes. Its the students which really drag the name of this place into the ground. Many of the are obnoxious and entitled, but thats just how it is at public schools. Its better than most middle schools, especially the one I wouldve gone to had I not moved here. If your new just stay in your lane and find people you like to hang out with all youll be fine.

I have held off writing a review for several months in anticipation of something bad happening. Well 3 months into our 6th grade year and so far I could not be happier! The school gives the students & parents every resource possible in order to help them succeed. Middle school is a difficult time in anyones life (I fully remember mine & it was awful) however I truly believe it takes a village, a mindset that unfortunately is not widely excepted anymore but Liberty does what it can to keep that mindset alive.

The core teachers are pretty good and have a program for smarter kids which is really nice. However there lies one issue, the smarter kids stay together, but when forced apart in other classes have a harder time with kids that dont care. Also only some of the elective teachers are okay, but some have issues. Adding on, the food is not good in the cafeteria unless you buy snacks and is way overpriced because they know students have no other option.

My older brother went to this school and he LOVES it he usually hates school but this school changed everything for him the teachers are nice the food isn’t the best but the education is really good and teaches him a lot more. He now goes to grand view high school and it’s really a great school. He is in 9th grade and he enjoys grand view and he did enjoy this school when he went here.

The School Is Good, We Get To Learn At Different Levels Of Understanding Which Is Good Who Are A Smarter Cookie Than Other People. The Food There Is Decent Enough To Hold Us For The Rest Of The Day And They Give You A Lot Of Varieties To Choose From Everyday. But The Cons Are That The Behavior Of The Students And How The School Schools The Situation Is Very Unacceptable, Other Than That The School The A Good Environment. 🌼👌

If I could give no star I would Liberty is the worst middle school I have ever went to. The deans are rude and they dont give justice equally. You get in so much trouble even if you barely do anything. Teachers barely care about your education all they ever do is teach others who actually understand what going on. The lunch is disgusting. Security guards? please, they dont do anything but dress code you and get you in trouble. The lady working at the front of the deans office is rude even if youre being a complete saint to her. The deans are unfair and talk over you when you try to get your point across. PARENTS TRUST ME KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL

This school is amazing... the classes, teachers, peers, extra curriculum, and overall experience. The only thing that could be improved is the lunch. Music is provided, theater, photography, sports,and a class were the topic is serious things in life. Such as drugs, bullying, things like that. New students are treated respectfully and yes there has been bullying over the years but currently this school is bully-free. Parents can be sure that their student will be learning and will be safe.

AIM is awesome, challenges students and prepares them for High School. The teachers and staff are wonderful. Love this school.

The educational aspects are fine. The AIM program allows smarter children to avoid some boredom. There is a MASSIVE downside to this, however. The students are barely controlled and therefore insult students, disrespect the teachers, have fistfights in the halls, and NOTHING IS DONE! Even if you report this information to the GLA, they tell you to go to the counselling office! If you do go to the counselling office, absolutely nothing is done about the situation. Terrible school!

Great school, feeds kids once a month and the rats in the basement are great discipline, my kids come home everyday feeling very happy with all of the bruises on their face, 10/10 recommend

Terrible school. Teachers, deans, principles do nothing about bullying. They let kids pick on each other and ask like its just a normal day. They let nudes get passed around the school and they let people get away with it. Teenagers end up turning to self harm because of the lack of helpfulness from the staff. Ill admit, most teachers were awesome, but the ones that you try to get help from just act like you dont matter and act like what some people result in is stupid. I would not suggest going to this low life school

If I could rate it a 0 I would. This school is TRASH. Im currently a 7th attending this school, and Im most likely to transfer for my 8th grade year. There is one teacher by the name of Laura Wurzenberger is the worst teacher in 7th grade. She doesnt even teach her class about actual science. She will spend a whole class period going on and on about topics that arent even relevant. For example I lost my iPhone in her classroom, and when I got to my 3rd period class I realized it was gone, and I went back to her classroom too ask her if she had seen my phone or anything & she said no. I even went back to the area I was sitting and retraced my steps and I couldnt find my phone. ( I lost the phone near the end of December ) Just recently before our 4 day break I was sitting in her classroom, ad she announced to the class about a phone and when she was describing the phone I realized it was MY PHONE that I had lost in DECEMBER. My mom has reported this teacher, and we believe it was her that took the phone. PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL THE TEACHERS ARE PETTY, LIARS, AND DISRESPECTFUL THIS SCHOOL IS ALSO FULL OF RACISM!!!

This school is certainly not very welcoming. My child tells me of terrible experience at this school. He often says that the teachers are very biased and tend to bend rules. The school lunch is not very good and the meal schedule does not fit very well with our daily plans. It certainly does not help that the meal of each lunch cost 3 dollars.
