Aurora bus transportation is failing us horribly. My child was apparebtly suspended from the bus last week no notice to myself of my spouse. He comes home last night upset saying the bus driver told him he was suspended today 8/24. I called the bus tranportation seceral times last night no answer or call backs. I finally recei ed a call at 830 am today to tell me they have no notice of this he is ok to ride the bus within 10 min i get another call saying he is suspended but can ride the bus today. My husband was on the phone with the bus driver and the driver continued to argue. In my husbands own words they were treating my 8 yr old like a felon trying to break into a bank. This ulis not acceptable.

If I could give a 0 I would. This company cares very little for children with extreme disabilities. They think it’s ok to laugh at a child’s behavior, they think it’s ok to abandon children at schools, and they demand high standards after forcing a child to go through transportation with no standards.
