I dont know what school the others went to, but it was not the gateway I know. Gateway is an excellent school that may not have the best students, but has amazing teachers. The inspire me, make me laugh, and know my boundaries well. The counselors are also amazing and are there to support you every step of the way. Other than my previous ones, Gateway made me enjoy school. Its not the best, but its amazing.

I am a student at this school. It is an absolutely disgusting school. The teachers hardly ever teach a thing, there are luckily a few teachers here that will actually help the students succeed but it is rare. The girls bathrooms are so disgusting. The bathroom by the entrance has maybe 6 stalls but only 2-3 are clean enough to use, There are two that have not been cleaned since September! Most the kids that go here are extremely rude and there is allot of bullying going on but nobody seems to notice. It is just a terrible school all around, trust me. It is a poor excuse for a school and dread every morning I have to get up and go. If you have any other options do NOT send your children here.Also, a few weeks ago a couple got caught having sex inside the school, thats not the kind of people you want your children to be around.

Gateway needs to be investigated. They dont care about anyones children. They pretend to care but they truly dont. Also they have rats running around in the building

Went here 12 years ago. Dont know where Thomas Winters was at, but it wasnt this Gateway if he thinks it was great. Pompous teachers telling their students that their generation is terrible and that we are all bad instead of actually teaching math (Im looking at you Ms. C). Thats what I remember. Nice try though, Thomas. Giving this a 1 star to counter your exuberant 5 stars for an extremely dated review. Cheers!

This school is not a school where you want to send your kid, the interior is dark and gloomy, most kids there are ghetto as they put it. Personally i have not met the teachers, so i cannot comment about them, but the administration seems to have a lot of free time for a school so ridden of drugs and delinquients. I would rather send my kid to rangeview, the interior there is bright, the staff is nice and works the entire time to make sure its a good school, also its much more of a community.

I went to this 15 years ago and it was a great learning academy... I dont know what has gone wrong with school, but it pains me to see so many bad reviews about my old school, I have such great memories of this school and still talk to my friends that attended this school with me... Sorry things are not as well now as they were..

Your average Denver suburb high school. I only went here for my senior year but I had a nice enough experience. Alright facilities and decent teachers.

Decent high school but be careful of falling through the Gateway. It deems to be a Gateway to hell of some sorts.

They are curently letting a couple of students harass and threaten a girl and her family. There is little to no care regarding bullying and if your kid is targeted, the only thing that will be done is suspension. Lord knows those girls should have been suspended by now, or arrested. The parent has video proof and the two bullies have told the principal and the police that the mother needs to be jumped.And yet- the two girls doing the bullying are still enrolled in the school and Aurora has done NOTHING beyond telling the offenders to go home.

So IM back to say its almost time for school to start again and dont bring your kid here I cant say it enof Dont put your kids throw this HELL OF A school that should be shut down they have money but dont use it for the school thats why it looks so bad. Also gateway sports teams are trash always getting beat 40 to 0 all the time all this school will do is hold you back they just wait for 1 bad silp up and they got you held back and You cant make up your credits someone really needs to see what happens at this school and close it down its the worst school in the country.#voice of the voiceless

Those two students should be expelled theres no reason a student trying to get there education should be bullied out of the school she has to claim as her highschool there should be 0 tolerance for that kind of behavior this is whats wrong with the world no backing on the real problems you all say you want kids to do better in school an go on to do better things well how is this possible with road blocks like that food for thought.

I went here thankfully just for summer school one year. That was over 20 years ago, it was ghetto AF then and I bet you now it is even more ghetto AF now! Its ok. I went to Rangeview and that place is every bit of a hellhole as Gateway.

If there was a negative star this place would be getting one. I just seen a video of a pack of girls bullying another girl. Nothing has been done except suspension?? And the school asked for the mom to take the video of her daughter getting bullied off the Internet because they dont want their reputation hurt?? Thats madness and unacceptable, this school needs to be closed.

This school is actually great Ive had my differences with gateway that was last year Im putting it behind me. dr.davis has worked hard to make this school a go to school they have a great football program and great teachers who care about you when you dont show up for weeks instead of withdrawing you they call home and try to see whats going on. I believe that this is now the go to school really the students are respectful to the new students the deans may seem mad all the time but no they just care they want you in class and learning. We have great school speirent here when its football season and basketball season we are there and we are supporting are team whether it a W or a lost. This school is the go to school now rangeview in my opinion I wouldnt go to because the environment is just not right there​ are way to many students there so I can take at least 7 minutes to get to class. So overall your kids will like this school and have a great time no body at this school are enmmies we are all friends and the teachers are, our friends to.so with that being said gateway has changed to a great school and the teachers will help with anything you need if your behind dont keep quiet tell the teacher or your countsler and they will help you with your work awesome school thanks for reading

The only experience I have is of a womans child being beat , threatened , bullied , violent type school !!!This school is absolutely a danderous place for ANY kid to go to !!These bullies have been suspended soooo many times its like a vacation for them !!!WHY ARE THEY NOT EXPELLED FROM THIS SCHOOL ??The family has complained ,the police have been called k. Numerous occasions and this bulling , threatens teens get away with it !!!Look it up on line and youll see what this mother and child have been thru and Ill bet dollars to donuts NO RESPONSIBLE PARENT WOUKD SEND THEIR KID HERE !!I think PRESIDENT Trump should be told about this !!!Those kids belong in JAIL !!!!

Too far away for a swim tournament. Pool inadequate for the purpose. May be a great school, who knows?

Pretty obvious that the school is completely out of control, recent incidents would have you thinking that This school is an inner city Chicago school. Shame on the administration for allowing two juvenile delinquents to run amuck and not having the back bone to permanently expel them.

Gateway doesnt let students take food or drinks 2 class because literally the rats will runn up and they be eating non stop in classes and we cant even have a flavored drink cause apparently rats will devour it if it falls
