Were in our 3rd year now, and are very pleased. Very diverse school, with very dedicated teachers and administration. They do a good job managed to different levels of students. Being in the neighborhood is great, too. Large school (almost 700 students) but a family feel. My daughter is thriving there.

All my six of my children attended Pillow. Love the school. Hoping my grandchildren will be able to go and start the next generation.

Made so many great friends and met so many great people! But sometimes I wonder is that No Place For Hate thing is real.

My daughter and i love this school! the teachers, administrators and staff are all great people and make everything work so smoothly. my daughter has gone here for 3 years now and I couldnt be happier.

Im rating this purely as an outsider. I just live nearby and enjoy running the track from time to time. Decent basketball goals.

Pillow Elementary is a great school! This is my last year here now, moving on into sixth grade. Here are my general opinions about the school and the teachers:Teachers:KindergartenMrs. Fairbrother is an amazing kindergarten teacher! Of course, I dont remember much from kindergarten, but shes a very ecstatic and fun teacher!1stMrs. Jackson was a great first grade teacher. She made sure we knew how to spell, do math, science, reading, etc. Shes a strict teacher, but it definitely was necessary for getting through the next years.2ndMrs. Frenzel was a awesome! We learned valuable lessons and at the same time had loads of fun. She rewarded us with treats every so often, and put in discipline when needed. Shes a very creative teacher! She always has activities that definitely are cool.3rdMr. Armstrong was a super teacher! He really improved my writing skills and helped me get into a fabulous middle school this year!4thMrs. Tharps (no longer here) I had a great time in Mrs. Tharps class. She taught us great skills in math and science.4thMrs. Jaster was one of my best teachers Ive had. If you have her, at first she seems like the WORST teacher. Shes strict, but once you get throughout the year you find out she has a great personality and tells kids very cool stories, riddles and other things! That year, I definitely learned great writing and reading skills.5thAll of my fifth grade teachers were excellent. They toughened me up and taught me life lessons I would have never learned without them.School:Great strategies and definitely wouldnt know what to do without it.Thank you, Pillow Elementary. You were a great school.(Why did I rate this four stars?:STUDENTS. A lot of students at pillow are very off task and some made it difficult for my to learn. However, I still got my job done. I dont blame pillow for them. )
