Ill say this there has been ups and down with cybertex a lot of confusion about certain things. However I know once the kinks are worked out it would be a great school Ms. Trisha the Ma Director is an amazing teacher and she really cares about her students it’s fast pace but she will make sure that you are ready to go out and be the Best Ma possible

It was a wonderful place to get started in the career that I wanted. I had no clue where to start then I found this place and I’m so glad I did. The people here are so amazing and friendly. It’s not like a normal school where you go and just sit and listen to someone speak. The instructors are more hands on with the students and personal making it a much more fun place to learn and making you want to keep coming back.

Look Im gonna be honest with you guys.... this is truly a scam school. They are not 4.1 rated. They pay to have comments deleted and to remove negative reviews. Im only speaking to protect my fellow veteran brother and sisters. AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! If you dont you will honestly waste 9 months of your GI bill and have nothing to show for it. Please trust me. This is not where you want to invest 18k.Edit: Filter through the sorted tabs up top then put comments from lowest rated to highest and you will see the remainder of the negative comments that havent been deleted.

I would advise people, especially veterans, to stay clear of this school. I attended the “Network Engineering” program and it was a complete waste of time and money. Most of the lesson plans were read to us from the book materials, nothing was taught. We hardly touched a computer and when we did, the computer I was assigned always froze and I couldn’t complete the work.It seems they are quick take your money or the Veteran’s GI Bill money but they won’t spend a dime fixing or replacing the class computers that don’t work. Also, some of my classmates wrote bad reviews but the reviews already have been removed so I’m unsure how long this will stay up.The Original class was around 15 students but at the end, there were 3 of us. Please stay clear. If you are a veteran, please listen to a retired Army soldier, stay clear of this place!!

To me here the experience has been wonderful, although it has been fast paced it is all well taught. But to me more then anything the instructors are very compassionate. I experienced two deaths in my family within the same week and the staff as well Was very compassionate, helpful and understanding. The instructors embrace the all students getting to know each other, they as well were there in my time of need.I would highly recommend this school.

This is my first section at this school. So far things are very hands on, the staff relates the coursework to their own experiences, and the teaching style fits my personal learning style.Office staff are friendly and welcoming. Teaching staff cares about you individually and does everything they can to help. Some students are distracting but that’s anywhere you can go.Overall, they do well at morphing to your needs, providing information and resources to be successful you just need to care about your education and attend the classes to do well.

To all my fellow veterans please stay away from cybertex.  This school is a scam. There was no practice labs our instructor would read us slides from the book that we have ability to read on our own. Most of the equipment was in a really bad condition, something always was broken. During enrollment we were told that paperwork with VA will be filled on a 3rd day of the school, it took cybertex a month to do as a result all veterans paperwork was messed up. They had construction going on during the classes and we brought this to our instructor and student service.  Student service answer was : Nothing that i can do! Avoid this school at all cost. They keep deleted review posted by my classmates.

CyberTex is a great school to hone your skills in IT in the Network engineer track. Just like any technical school you have to have the drive and motivation. They provide the resources physically and online to succeed as well as vouchers for the exam. Dont listen to the negative reviews. Most of those people seem to have failed to follow the attendance policy. Of course you have to show up. Depending on the instructor you get it can change the experience. Thats why they lose 1 star for me.

Going to CyberTex was a good experience that helped me strengthen my IT skills to help me in my daily work. The staff and teachers are very helpful and understanding with me being in the Navy Reserve allowing me to have an easy transition from leaving school to go on orders and coming off of orders to complete the courses I had started. Even being able to use the GI BILL was easy. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get into or refresh there IT skill to come here.

If you are a Veteran or anyone looking to enter the IT Field, RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can! This school is horrible, they robbed me, messed up paperwork and left me with a huge debt with the VA that wasnt supposed to be there. Ive been talking to this school for months to fix this problem but theyve yet to fix it. Theyve gone in and submitted updates with the VA at least 4x. The very last time, which was a month after I had spoken with them, they reported to the VA that I dropped/never finished my program and,I graduated March 24,2018. Due to their false report, my debt jumped from 7k to $12k! I was promised my certificate of completion after I graduated, but I was told that I owed them $2k and the VA as well. Something seemed fishy at that time but now I jnkn. This school is a scan. Not only do I have a huge wrongful debt with the VA because of their mistakes, but I completed my program and was refused my certificate if completion AND my vouchers for my certification exams. If this school thinks theyre getting away with the dirt theyve done, they have another thing coming. Theyve crossed the right one. No worries. Please go some place that cares about your success and not money, this school isnt the one!

I am a currently taking a medical assistant course at CyberTex. The classes are four hours long and in those four hours you learn a lot. The class is set up to have lecture time but also to have hands on learning. In the lab you learn all types of things from putting on and taking off gloves to drawing blood and giving injections.

My experience with Cybertex Institue of Technology was a humble one. Ive always been a half-committed student in every school environment prior, but this experience literally changed my life in every way. You get out of school what you apply to it. The advantage of Cybertex is that the classroom environment is a smaller setting. Instructors are able to educate in teach the fundamentals of Information Technology with a very hands-on approach. There is no such thing as a dumb question so they encourage all, in order to enhance your full understanding. I am now an overseas contractor due to the numerous certifications that I hustled to obtain, BTW I have severe ADD. So if I can obtain them anyone can. I am now encouraging anyone with an inkling of desire to get into the field to consider CyberTex. Ive been to other institutions but I sincerely owe my knowledge and career to CyberTex. I now reside in Las Vegas, but when I am in Austin, I try to make it a point to visit the school. I owe it all to them.

Reposting this review here because yelp sorted out my review along with a bunch of other honest reviews about this horrible schoolCame into the nursing program pretty optimistic but I was let down immensely by this school. The turnover rate for instructors is ridiculous and the program is perpetually understaffed. I was hoping that going to a smaller school would mean more one on one education but Id honestly have better luck finding big foot than getting a meeting with any instructor. Clinical sites consist only of nursing homes so good luck getting a broad field of experience. We did get to go to a neuro hospital but all you get to do is observe. Some of the instructors are rude just for the hell of it so even if you do schedule a meeting they will make sure you understand how much of an inconvenience you are to them. Got an issue with an instructor? Just deal with it because chain of command is a joke here. Ive never felt more ignored by an institution. There have been times that Ive waited until the next semester to get grades back. There are so many inconsistencies and unannounced changes to syllabus and policy. Instructors are constantly losing your homework. Oh and faculty retaliation against students is a way of life here. So glad Im done with this program. Save $30,000 and go somewhere else for your nursing education. Mrs Hall and Mr Bob are exempt from this review because they were absolutely amazing instructors!

I attended the school and completed the MA course the instructors were very good at getting the information to you and working with your schedule. My mahom problem Ive had was finding a job. All the female students with literally no work experience at all instantly find jobs from what Ive heard from them.I been searching since October and still cant seem to get a position. Ive worked in the security field for 6 years with leadership roles, offshore with osha and twic certification and many other positions with great work history. If youre a male student I find it almost impossible for me to suggest you enter into a Ma program. There obviously a reason the field is dominated by females. After hearing the stories of clincs not hiring males I can see the effects.School is fine, the field isnt in my opinion.

Was a MA student at this school some years ago, teacher was very good but office people where not helful at all when it came to finding a place to to my internship had to do that on my own, education is cheap but you get what you pay for, there is a lot of lack of comunication, good luck trying to get a meeting with school or program directors, the school can care less about its students, they only care about money. If i could trun back time I wouldve go to an acredited school and pay more.
