I had such an amazing experience! everyone there are so welcomed and helpful. The most important thing to me was feeling accepted and comfortable. At no point did i feel out of the loop. Did i mention how affordable they are???

I had called to book with Inner Diva Studio for a friends bachelorette party and just let me say we were NOT disappointed!!! I am awful with names unfortunately so I can not mention the two ladies that I had dealt with. When calling to schedule the appointment the lady who I spoke with (who on the day of the appointment was the same lady who checked us in) was awesome! She was very friendly, informative and anything she didn’t have the answer to right when I asked she made sure to find out and get back to me right away. Our instructor was amazing as well! We had a party with a mix of body types (some more self conscious than others) and athletic levels and not one of us felt uncomfortable! The only bad thing that I could possibly say is that we were from out of town so we won’t be able to be regulars at the studio, but we definitely intend on being back! Thank you so much for a fun, body positive class/ environment!

I came here from a Groupon as a girl who has been to previous pole dancing studios before I moved. I loved it so much I ended up getting more classes. The studio is beautiful and clean, the people are friendly, and I loved the dance wear they had available. I can’t wait to do more classes

This studio is great! However, its not for the faint of heart. If youre looking for both a tough workout and to seriously learn and improve your pole dancing, this is the place for you. Ive been to a few other studios, most of which were super beginner friendly. However, I felt as though I plateaued quickly and was unable to progress as much as I wanted to. The classes Ive taken at this studio so far have been challenging and Ive made tremendous progress. Just the vibe I was looking for!

Had a great time here! I scheduled a pole dancing class as an activity during a bachelorette party weekend and it was so much fun!!!! Our instructor was fun, patient, and knowledgeable!I had a big group (9 people), and Inner Diva was one of the only places that had a big enough space for us to all have our own poles!I highly recommend!

I always have a good time and get a great workout here. The studio is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. And all the instructors Ive had have been knowledgeable, supportive and really made it fun!

Inner Diva Studio offers fun, exciting, and empowering classes! Sometimes their pole classes will have a tendency to allow over booking for more than there are poles available and some folks will need to share a pole/take turns. If coming in with a Groupon or friends it’s not as bad, but if you’re a regular, it could hamper the experience as the classes are only an hour and there are a lot of different moves you’ll learn in one class for a mini routine.Overall: lovely staff, fun experiences. They offer some merchandise in the studio for dance attire and shoes as well.

I celebrated my birthday with my sisters. We had a dance instructor come to my home for a two hour class. The instructor was amazing! She was patient and funny. It was the best dance class I’ve ever attended!

Inner Diva is an excellent pole studio. I was visiting Austin and was trying to find a studio to get my pole practice in. I called the front desk, based on my skill we chose level 1 and 2. It was the correct choice. The class pushed me to have great practice and thought me new techniques to help me when I get back to my hometown studio. If you’re a resident of Austin, Inner Diva seems like a great primary hometown studio.

Inner Diva Studio was AMAZING ! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and all around Awesome. They were patience when it came to teaching the dance steps. They were very supportive and encouraging when it came to transitioning from one dance move to the next. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. As a woman, along with my friends, we felt Empowered, Beautiful and A DIVA. I will most definitely recommend Inner Divas for all future events.

I have been going to Inner Diva Studios for just under a week and I cannot say enough good about this place. The environment is so friendly and accepting off all body types, orientations and experience levels. The staff are kind, experienced and patient. Ive never twerked in my life but Jade was so positive and upbeat that even when I was feeling super awkward I was still having fun and learning. Really all of the staff are amazing but that experience really stuck out.Its great to have something active that Ive planned into my schedule and the cost is reasonable. In addition to learning new skills the fitness component is emphasized by all of the instructors and its really helped motivate me to get back into both strength and flexibility training after a year of laziness. Im so happy I found inner diva studios and Im talking them up to everyone. 💓

I booked a small pole party for my birthday and paid the deposit over the phone. When we arrived the, the instructor welcomed us into the pole studio. She was nice and tried her best to be encouraging(lots of claps and yays???). When we our done our last performance, we were left in the studio. The instructor came back to get her things and awkwardly escorted us to the door after her. Half my party along with the instructor was out of the door when someone from behind the counter starts yelling at us as if we were stealing. She lets us know that she wasn’t here when we arrived and there is $40 due on the reservation. After we pay she then “hopes we had a good time.” Poor customer service here and they don’t care about your experience.

The staff was so friendly and I felt very comfortable on my first visit. I will definitely be back to explore more of their many classes. They had multiple, affordable options for class packages to choose from, at any level. I highly recommend Inner Diva Studios!

I highly recommend Inner Diva Studios. I’ve been coming here for 5 months now and I LOVE it here. The instructors are great and everybody is super encouraging. I love the variety of classes they offer. They are having a super easy way to book/ view and cancel your classes online, so it is super convenient... and you can’t beat their unlimited classes package.

I love taking classes at this studio! I have been taking classes for about 5 months now a couple of times a week and have gained so much strength! As someone with no dance or weightlifting background, I can say the experiences have been nothing but positive. They have pole classes at various times of the week and for different levels, so it’s ideal for people who have varying work schedules or other life obligations. All of the instructors are positive, encouraging and willing to make modifications depending on what level poler you are. The front desk lady, Mimi is also super sweet and welcoming. Overall, I would say if you’re looking to try out pole definitely give this studio a chance!

My first class was a great experience! The studio is fabulous and the staff is welcoming & courteous! Im looking forward to returning for 4 more classes and then well see about buying MORE!

LOVE the classes. I love to dance! If you are a beginner YOU CAN do any of the classes offered.I am just now getting back into moving the body and look forward to every class. Don’t be afraid to try something new, all the instructors are extremely encouraging!

We had a great time at Inner Diva! We came to do the pole dancing class with a group for a bachelorette party. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the booking process, the checkin, and the class. Mimi checked us in and really got the whole group excited for the experience! Erin was our instructor and she was extremely energetic and a great teacher. She totaled fit in with the group and made the class extremely fun. I would absolutely recommend!

My sisters and I had an amazing time with our lovely teacher Kristen!!! She was very fun patient and encouraging. We learned a little pole dance routine then she sowed us some amazing trick! Great experience! Highly recommend!

I went for a Bachelorette party and our instructor was amazing. She took her time explaining each move and made it fun and sexy. She also had amazing confidence which gave us confidence. This is the best studio I have ever been to. They have every type of class they you could want, and the teachers are so sweet and passionate! Prices cant be beat either!!!!

The instructor was super hype and that helped the rest of us enjoy our experience. The floors were super dirty and not cleaned in between same with the mats.. There was no spray for us to clean off our mats when we were finished as well please do a better job of keeping clean... Theres no need for us to have to deal with somebody elses sweat and hair germs dirt etheyre extra. Thank you for fixing this so I can enjoy my next visit Monica L

Instructor was very good at balancing the 3 main students varying levels of pole knowledge. She kept it fun and kept it moving so no one got frustrated or stuck on one particular thing.Returning to live classes after COVID, I was surprised at the lack of cleaning protocols - e.g. for mats. Poles were left to each student.Separately, I dont know if this is studio protocol or the specific instructor, but a student who had never taken a lesson AND arrived more than 20 minutes late was allowed to join. While the instructor gave her directions to warm up, she did not follow them. Then she derailed a class by needing extra help for every move. My understanding is that there are thresholds for students to move from Intro to Level 1. If not, Id like there to be.

I enjoyed the class, however, the one hour class went by fast. You spend about 15 mins stretching and the remaining 45mins is watching the instructor do the trick and you get about 5mins max practicing it before the instructor moves on to the next trick. I would have preferred less tricks more time spent to practice.

Kristin (sorry if spelt wrong!) was our instructor and it was so fun and very organized!! She was so nice and patient with us. We were able to choose any music we wanted to make a routine! Definitely a must for any bachelorette weekends!!

We—bachelorette party of 9—never received services from this facility yet my card was still charged the deposit. We had several bookings (Twisted Texas Tours, Inner Diva, Hamilton Pool Vineyards, Soul Cycle, GOGA Yoga) for Saturday. Completely beyond our control and due to an overbooking glitch in their system, Twisted Texas Tours canceled our brunch tour and refunded us $900. We had to scramble to book an alternate brunch tour for a party of 9 on one of the busiest weekends in Austin. The limited available times for a party of 9 caused us to have to cancel or reschedule all other bookings that day. EVERY company—except Inner Diva—was more than accommodating and worked with us so that we could give the bride the best day! Inner Diva did not have an alternate time available and refused to refund the deposit. We informed them of the booking error almost two weeks prior to our arrival and provided proof of our cancellation. Austin is an incredible place with amazing companies that went above and beyond to right our stressful situation and offered superior customer service. I would book with any company in Austin before booking with Inner Diva as it is completely wrong to charge customers when they cannot make a booking through no fault of their own, especially when all companies communicated awareness of frequent system glitches.

HIGHLY recommend for anyone who has wanted to try pole dance or any other type of dance, or Bachelorette parties! Such an encouraging and fun environment, the instructors are all great, I just cant say enough good things. Once you try a class, you will be hooked! 💜

I booked a pole dancing class with Inner Diva Studios for my sisters Bachelorette Party over Memorial Day Weekend and it was A BLAST. The Inner Diva Studios team is fantastic. They kindly and thoughtfully answered any questions I had, took note of playlist/routine song requests for the Bride (Britney Spears Toxic!) and Kristen, our instructor, was amazing. We had a few girls that were nervous and this was mostly everyones first pole dancing class, but they made everyone feel comfortable, relaxed, and fabulous. No one was uncomfortable and everyone walked away talking about how much fun they had! We all want to go back and do another class! Thank you IDS team for such a great experience.

Ive been going to the studio for almost two years now. Its my favorite in town. I took my first pole lesson here and the instructors are great. And its super friendly to people at all levels & genders. My favorite class now is Fit and Flexy. Its not easy trying to get flexible when you are older. But I see great improvement by taking this class regularly.Last but not least, the owner Stacey is the sweetest person Ive met. I like her positivity, always friendly and compassionate. Its not easy to get through this craziness. But if you want to learn something unique, fun, dont hesitate to try a class out!

This is by far my favorite fitness studio in Austin and Ive tried them all!!!!!Theres such a huge variety of classes for those who like to change it up. The instructors are really engaged and you can tell they love teaching. Such an inspiring community! I especially have a blast in the hula hoop class. Its amazing how easily and fast you can master the hoop.

I rented a studio out for my friends bachelorette party and it was a blast! The staff was friendly, the class was so fun, and our instructor Shiloh was amazing and helpful! The bride to be even received a cute goodie bag and our instructor helped us take group pictures at the end of class. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent dance studio with very vibrant and patient instructors. Stephanie teaches a morning class that sets the tone for the rest of your day: shes inspirational and revels in your personal progress. Very welcoming clientele and judgment-free atmosphere. Dont be scared off that they are difficult to contact--- they have good prices on their classes because they dont pay someone to sit around at a counter doing nothing.

High energy instructors, unique and engaging fitness classes, and a great studio atmosphere. My favorite of all was how instructor made it clear that the class revolved around loving your body and not being afraid to be comfortable in your own skin. This place really has it all. After one class I knew this dance studio would be a perfect fit for me.

I went to the beginner level pole class and all I can say is....I love it and will be back. So much fun and the instructor knows her stuff. Also, I woke up sore and feeling great. Best work out I have had in months.

I LOVE Inner Diva Studios! They have a very wide variety of classes to kick you into shape: Pole, Yoga, Hoop Fitness, and Zumba, just to name a few. I can come to classes to work on my skills, strength, and flexibility in a judgement-free, all-girl environment. The staff and students are all very nice and welcoming. The instructors really know their stuff, and are very accommodating towards new students. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone I know!
