My daughter is just about to finish kindergarden at Bryker Woods. I am so pleased with the level of education here.Communication:The school has recently started using living tree for communication with parents and it is WONDERFUL. At least once per week (usually more) I have pictures of what the class learned that day. This has helped me re-enforce what she is learning at school and it really answers the question what did you do at school today?.After-school programs:The school also offers great after school programs (they arent free, but they are available and of high quality)Cons:I only have one small complaint about the school. Foreign language is not part of the curriculum. It is available as part of the after-school program, but I wish it was part of the regular school day.Pros:Parent involvement is highThe PTA is not overbearingHigh quality teachers that really careParents are welcome at assemblies that occur every monday and friday. (this is a great place to find out what is going on)

I used to go to this school a while back, I honestly hate that I couldnt stay. I loved it.
