This school is really wonderful and I the only reason why is because of the teachers. My daughter has had amazing teachers all 3 years she’s been here. Only reason I rate 4 because the office staff is always rude no matter what time of day it is. Every time I go into the office no eye contact short answers and dirty looks especially from the ladies to the left of the office. Principal needs to be aware of her very lack of respect staff because they represent her and they need to be taught how to be respectful to everyone not just whom they please. Thanks.

The co-parent, child and my self have been apart of the school the past 5 years. We are all in agreement that for a public school we couldnt be more pleased. 99% of the staff so far has been. And most conflicts resolved promptly as can be.

I went to Cowan and 3rd to 5th grade the teachers were rude and unfair. I wish I stayed at my old school, Boone Elementary. Boone had a much bigger library, nicer teachers, and more classrooms. I also would not recommend bringing your special needs children here, as they are frequently bullied and orbited by other kids. The administration is poor, and overall it is a bad place to bring your children if you want them to be educated in the correct way.

I love Cowan! I was in recorder festival, cyberkids, volleyball, and in Safety Patrol! I went there Kindergarten through 5th grade and made so many great friends. I recommend bringing your child to this school because they will not have any problems with bullying and get a great education for their first five years! :)

I started school here this year and the kids in my grade were so welcoming the staff is outstanding and I dont regret moving at all

I love cowan Cowan is my favorite school I will go there until 5th Grade

Some of the teachers would purposely embarrass other kids and would never give second chances. Others were very caring and would try to help as much as possible. There were also teachers to help out the special needs students

Cowan is a really good school. They have awesome extra-curricular activities that I was in, like Recorder Festival, Volleyball, Cyberkids, and Choir. I went there for Kindergarten to 5th grade and learned a lot there. I would recommend bringing your children here for their elementary school because they will make lots of good friends and get good education. (Maybe even get to a strong middle school as well!)

Cowan is an amazing school Ive done leadership team safety patrol volleyball and more!!! If youre looking for a new school in Austin think about going to cowan
