I signed my 7yrs old up for a round of gymnastics, I think its supposed to be 8 classes... I had paid 100$ in full for these sessions and she got 1 class out of it, then the pandemic came. No one emailed me about any alternatives or if they were just putting my daughters lessons on hold or what the deal was. I did email the coach to see what was going to happen with the classes I got an empty email back.... I would have liked to have been informed a little better, and I would like my money back, cause I am not paying 100$ for 1 class... I usually dont like leaving bad reviews but I think the lack of communication is very unprofessional and not a good way to make families feel involved.

I am very happy with the senior citizen rate at 35 a month to use any of the facilities. My chiropractor recommends the swimming for me & the warm water pool is very nice as well as the hot tub when it opens up again.

The new facilities are incredible! All new equipment, plenty of space and reasonable rates. This is such a nice resource for the community or any out-of-town visitors that want to fit in a workout. I’ve already bought 2 day passes and will be back.

I have been coming to the ymca to lift weights for about 4 years now and its a great place the is friendly overall i have had a few hiccups over the years but every place does have that to some degree my only complaint right now is i think they need to go back to normal hours of operation with covid having limited hours makes it harder to social distance and stay safe because everyone is forced the come in closer together instead of spreading that workload across more hours i hope you guys re consider your hours

The YMCA is where I go to meet my friends and get fit. The instructors are so friendly and make my workout fit me. The variety of classes is outstanding from beginner to hard core. Thanks for getting me in the best shape of my life.

The residents of Austin approve to have a Rec Center built and then find out that the YMCA takes it over. They raise there rates and their financial help is a joke. I am a family of 3 that makes less then 1200 a month and they say they can give me a 3 month family membership for 150 when for the same time frame it would cost 204. Really were is the help in that it is the biggest bs i have ever heard of

A country club style gym... if you are serious about your fitness, want results, want to be part of an encouraging family... cancel your membership and join HUSH performance and nutrition. Drink the koolaid. TrainHush

Really a marginal gym, average at best, follow the flow to Versalete Training Performance. Bryce the YMCA s Director of Healthy living runs it , what does that say about the Y s problems

Childrens play area needs hangers for coats and bins for shoes as there were shoes and coats all over.

Being in a fixed income I find the Y very cost prohibitive . In addition, the staff at the Austin Y are unfriendly, of no assistance, and rude.
