There are plenty of options out there, but I feel confident in saying that no other school could have prepared me for the exam testing as well as School Estate did - it was excellent. The course material was interesting and engaging, and I was able to complete my certifications on my schedule. What stood out to me the most, was the provided practice exams and questions were relevant to the actual TREC licensing exams. This helped me identify and focus on the specific areas where my knowledge was lacking as I studied for the official exams. Passed the licensing tests on my first try, credit to School Estate!I have to mention that midway through my courses I encountered technical issues with the remote proctoring (reviewing my computer settings, I’m fairly certain now that this was caused by user error on my part). Didn’t like the idea of online classes at first but it was overall good experience. Blaise Timco was extremely helpful and available, making the process seamless.

The test prep questions and content were both effective and efficient. Help was only a phone call away. This provider does a good job by taking a personal interest in seeing their clients succeed by giving advice not only in regards to passing the exam but also by giving advice in regards to any procedural/licensing questions the client might have. By assigning an individual licensed broker to each client, this provider sets this themselves apart from the competition.

I had a great experience with School Estate. And the price was extremely good. They have staff that you can email, speak, and even text with daily, that not only help you with the curriculum, but also navigate the many steps to getting your license.

I just passed my Real Estate exams after preparing with School Estate. The program was fast and easy to understand and retain and the study materials were great for preparing for the test. Also, my instructor was available every step of the way to answer any questions I had.

When I finally found the time, I finished the classes in about 6 weeks. The school was great. Always quick to respond if I had questions. The price was right. They provide great prep for the license exam. I passed both the national and state on the 1st try! I will say also Joe the Prep agents YouTube videos helped a lot when studying. Im very excited to start my real estate career!

I have worked with School Estate for 12 years for all my real estate education. I let my license lapse because Im never going to sell again famous last words. I decided to get my license again but I had to start from scratch. I took all the classes, obtained my approval from TREC dated 4/27/2017 good for 1 year. Then my life changed forever! I had a major emergency that turned into major surgery & then rehab. I am the only caregiver for my husband with alzheimers. He got much worse when I was hospitalized and when I tried to care for him again I got worse. He ended up in a wonderful permanent memory care facility. I had 2 more surgeries and this has been my hardest year ever. The School Estate staff have always encouraged and helped me. On the final day, 4/27/2018 I decided to take the test. I called Blaise and said I think my mind has gone to mush. He gave me a pep talk, helped refresh my thinking and prepared me for what to expect. I took the tests that day and I passed them both! My mind isnt gone. They are wonderful, patient people with a very easy to follow program. I wouldnt use any other school. Now I feel empowered and ready to face another day. I will not only survive, I will thrive. It has helped me realize that I have to take care of myself as well as my husband. This accomplishment helped me grasp the importance of that. Thank you, thank you, thank you to this wonderful organization that helped me through another passage of this difficult journey.
