I sprinted into the unfinished car wash lot, huddling against the grimy port-a-potty. After missing my FlixBus at the Exxon gas station near Aquarena Springs street in San Marcos, TX, I was in low spirits and rationalizing against my negative mindset by using my iPhone voice memos app. I wanted to save my inner thoughts in the drafts, but I cannot withhold my elevations towards our FlixBus driver, Brandon! I cannot imagine taking GreyHound or Megabus after this. I was left at awe and confusion when he sent his affable colleague to walked over to introduce himself, with a kind invitation aboard the FlixBus. I truly do appreciate the kind gesture! I am grateful for Brandon and his colleague⭐️

I have never seen a business that is so unprofessional. This company doesnt care about their employees and is only in it to make a buck. The GM is unprofessional, likes to gossip about the employees, and not knowledgeable of company policy, procedures, or practices. Telling HR about her would never help because they find a way to make the behaviors she do okay. The company requires CDLs for its employees but its okay for management not to have one. They want you to go above and beyond for the company but not willing to pay or do it themselves. Not a good company to work for.

The service from these guys was great! On top of that, I left my pink umbrella in the bus, they made a point of finding it, letting me know and keeping it for me until I came to Austin again and could pick it up. They were super kind.

Sent 3 buses instead of 5. One had a flat tire so it couldnt be used. Wouldnt answer questions for 40+ minutes. Sent another bus eventually, but we left over two hours late. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.More than a month ago I was left in Austin on a Sunday morning without prior notification. I waited on the bus stop for an hour, tried to reach the company but could not reach anyone and end up purchasing another bus ticket from another company. Later, when I reached the company I was promised a refund but still have not received it.Texas Express? No thank you, I will no longer use it.

Lousy customer service. Origionally quoted me a price of 2300 on a charter. I sent in the confirmation, then they decided to raise the price to over 4000 for no reason. Manuel would not return any of my calls or emails. Really put me in a bind, would not recommend dealing with this company

Awesome place pleasant ppl and great vehicles.

Their driver ran me off the road...literally up on a curb, through some grass and didnt even stop. I chased him down and honked and tried to get him to pull over and he/she was completely oblivious!!! I got into work, called their office they put me on hold, and I am still waiting on a call back from thier di I am going to file a claim against this company!!
