Having to deal with traffic as well as finding parking in the UT area was well worth the great service my family and I received at the International Passport Office. We were greeted in a friendly/courteous manner and although we arrived at 3:45 pm (they close at 4), we never felt rushed by the staff. The gentleman that reviewed our files did so ever meticulously to ensure that everything was correct on our applications. Ive read some reviews referring to the price being too high or not worth it. The office charges the exact amount to file and to process as any other passport office in the country does..not a penny more! So glad we found this location!! Great job folks!!

Arrived at 1:45 pm on a Wednesday to get a new passport. No one in line, I was helped immediately by a friendly, chatty student. She explained everything, told me the price, took my check, and I got my passport photo taken by another friendly student. After one more stop at the check out desk, I am out of here. Total time spent: 20 minutes. Awesome!!!!!!

The girl who helped me out and took my photo and documents was very polite and fast. The process didnt take too long, I went on a Wednesday around 11 AM. They said this was a good time to go so I would recommend going around this time if you are planning to make a visit for your passport. I paid extra for expedited delivery and I got it within the next week and a half along with my documents that were returned to me.

Was just here about two weeks ago for my passport. The girl helping me was quick and very polite, and, best of all, there was no line. My passport is already set to arrive next week, so you can rest assured the processing time at the International Office is stellar.

I came here for a passport around 11:30am, and it felt busy. The staff in the front desk was friendly but overall they are missing organization. The service couldve been faster if they had the forms to fill out available at the front so you could fill them out before making a line.I had to make two lines in the same place. One to get the form, and then go back in line again for them to check it, so for me it doesnt make sense in efficient terms.

I have been studying English at this institution for the second semester, and I am absolutely pleased with these courses. Many years of experience in the UT international office are felt in everything from the classes and the program itself to the organization of the arrival of students and their (in my case, ours) stay here. I did not expect that getting an invitation from the institute would be so simple - my fears that it would be necessary to collect a huge pile of documents did not materialize, everything was very, very simple. The courses themselves are divided into several levels, each of which has sub-levels, depending on how much you speak English. The level is determined by the test results here in the center, that is, there is not even a need to pre-pass TOEFL or IELTS, which will save $ 100-150, time and nerves. The courses are interesting, not a boring study of grammar and the like. Since teachers are local teachers, they can tell you more than anyone else about local life and about America in general. A big plus is that it is not just a language school, but part of one of the largest universities in the USA, which is in the 30th place in the world, i.e. here you will be taught how to enter the institute, they will tell you how to organize it correctly, etc. In general, I am very pleased with these courses and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a language school in the USA.
