Front staff very rude, combative, and unprofessional at the Wickliffe building. Can never explain bruises, only Im not sure what happened. As soon as you question, something, or a incident, as they cant explain or go into detail when you question what they say that doesnt make sense, they threaten you to dis-enroll your child. So I took them up on the offer. Do not recommend.

Terrible place to work. A very negative atmosphere due to the other employees. Luckily the children are to young to notice a negative atmosphere but it is not a good place to work. Administration tells you to “ not tell anyone you work with about your personal life because they will use it against you”. It feels like your walking on egg shells at this facility.

Worst daycare ever. My son in the infant room kept having incident report after incident reports for being bit hit and scratched day after day. Not to mention for us working parents they only feed our children 2 times during the day my daughter always was so hungry Id have to run and get her food asap or she would have stomach pains at night. Anytime I had questions I was threatened to have my children dis enrolled. Any type of concern what so ever would be threatened. They also threatened to dis enroll my children after being 2 minutes late to clock them out when I was standing in the building talking to a teacher. It is a bait and switch you deal with little sweet lieing ms hannah then when you have questions you deal with the jennaraes burnette and blonde one and they are very rude unprofessional and unsympathetic to any circumstances.

I love this daycare, I recently switched daycares and my daughter absolutely loves it. We feel really welcomed when we come in and the teachers are always smiling and nice. She’ll be one in February and she loves going here. She gets really excited when we walk in because she has so much fun here. As a mom it makes me feel really comfortable that she’s in a fun and safe environment.

I absolutely love this place! My daughter has a hard time with strangers. I took her on the tour with me and she didnt want to leave! I immediately was at ease and comfortable leaving her there. My daughter started out in the preschool and has graduated to pre-k program. She has come such a long way and Im so proud of her and happy with my choice to bring her to this school! The teachers and staff are so wonderful! I have always been able to address any issues or concerns. They take such great care of my baby and make sure to let me know of any issues. Love love love this school!

I am very proud of the atmosphere this preschool has! The teachers put so much love and attention into their classrooms and the needs of the children! The teachers here now, really do make a huge difference! Our administration has also been replaced, and they are really on top of everything! Their support for their staff and their dedication to the educational needs of the children, have transformed us into a beautiful place for your babies!

May 201, I tried too hard to get my daughter into this program. It was my first choice, super close to home and not the only place I had issues with. The lady gave me a tour and everything, over 2 hours long. I had with me my mother and daughter. Did you know I called and showed up there continuously and the lady that gave me a tour never met me before? We used to have heart to heart conversations but did not know who I was. I would call and was told by a different lady to never call. We must and have to call you . From May, June, July, August, September, October, November, I had nothing from them. Another school gave me the same issues. Try in May 2016 and couldnt get my baby enrolled until February of 2017.

This is by far one of the best places ever. I trust them with my children 100% The staff is great. My kids love the girls and I know my boys are going to be safe. They keep the place very clean, and always make parents aware of any sickness or problems that may arise. I have recommended this daycare to many people and I will continue to do so. Im glad I found a place where the owner/staff genuinely care about all of the children that attend there facilities. Great job everyone!!!

Amazing staff and administration. Great curriculum for the children. This center really gets your children ready for school. Loving teachers and assistants. I recommend this center to everyone I know in need of childcare.

From day 1 Amy gave me a bad feeling. She’s a very rude person. This daycare called children services in me twice for bruises that I’m pretty sure he got from Hopes and dreams. Children services came to check us out an expressed that she had no Concerns. They called the second time after cps came out and that’s when cos advised me to take my children out of there so I did. I put my kids in tlcc and ever since we switched, my son hasn’t had nearly any bruises. That’s explains why we never knew where the bruises came from and why they were so big.! I wish I’d have realized this sooner but better late than never. Hopes & Dreams should be shut down.!

The incredible staff at Hopes & Dreams does a wonderful job with my daughter! The kids are able to grow in a safe, happy, and educational environment! I am so VERY thankful for this daycare!

So far ive been really impressed with this program. My daughter seems to really like all of her teachers and she is learning a lot.

I am a single mother and with my first child. Seeing things on the news about daycares and how the staff treats the children made me hesitant about choosing the right daycare, but I am so glad I found this one. All of the teachers and the staff are remarkable and made my transition back into the work force after maternity leave so much easier. All of the teachers have been patient and friendly to me and my daughter. Every time I had a situation or late they have listened and understood my problems and helped me in anyway they could. My daughter enjoys going there and anytime there is a problem they always keep me updated. I trust those ladies with my daughter and she has learned new things because of them and the teachers also provided me with tips as well because some of those ladies are mothers too, so its easy to talk and relate. I love the daycare because not only do they watch my child while I am at work, but they also provide lessons to each age group which makes the decision whether to keep her there until she transitioned into kindergarten that much easier. I always say it when I walk into the building. I appreciate each and every one of those ladies.
