My son Xavier LOVES USA Karate & Fitness. He was interested in karate and wanted to try but is naturally shy and a bit reserved in new situations. The patience and positivity the instructors have with all the kids is amazing. They helped him break out of his shell and boost his confidence. They make sure to get to know each family, take interest in how the kids are doing in other areas of their lives, and are consistent with their expectations which help reinforce positivity, strength, and confidence. Now he is a proud member of Team Elite and takes pride in himself and his practice. We are so happy to be a part of the family at USA Karate & Fitness!

USA karate and fitness is very professional and dedicated school of Martial Arts. All instructors are hard working, goal oriented, motivate and bring out the best in the child. They are well trained and teach kids with enthusiasm. It is kids friendly learning environment where kids can learn martial art and stay active and healthy. They teach kids to stay focus, attention and discipline and build their confidence. Even in this pandemic USA Karate and fitness and their instructors were fully involved and providing best, fun, respectful, and clean learning environment for the kids. My kids enjoy their classes and always looking forward toward them. I highly recommend USA karate and fitness for the kids to learn martial arts and to stay focus, active and healthy.

My kids have been a part of USA Karate & Fitness for over 4 years. The owners and staff are family friendly. My kids have not only grown tremendously in martial arts but also in leadership skills, responsibility, dedication, patience, and respect. Our kids love competition time whereas they get the opportunity to compete in the skills they have been practicing all year long.

My son Lucas has been with this karate school going on 5 years its the best decision we made he loves it and the respect,discipline and self defense that is taught is phenomenal. He started on white belt and is now on first level of brown. I think the masters and instructors are amazing.

My son has been at USAKarate and Fitness Avenel for two years now. My son has Autism and everyone is trained and is so good with my son. The owners Master Perez and Master Pis are a pleasure they really care for all their students. Their belief is that the program at absent a child the child is not adapter program which is helped my child with autism spectrum as well as ADHD anxiety and other neurological issueThey have a positive behavior reward system in place as well as a therapy dog named Ninja. Do you taking the time to get training to work with children such as my son which is not always easy to findMy son has thrived working with masters Perez and Tucker. He is currently a red belt as well as an A student He is a member of national elementary honor society. Mr. Tucker any other staff make learning the martial arts funI myself also take the mixed martial arts classes as an adult and found them not only a great physical work out but a great way to shake off the cobwebs in my ADHD brain. As for the children Mr. Tucker encourages us to push beyond her ability but if we need to adapt the program then the program adapts to our abilities. Unlike other exercise classes where I felt less then because I could not keep up or was not as flexible as the other members of my class I feel strong and confidentI look forward to my weekly session and I feel so great afterwardsMr. Tucker Isn’t afraid to be silly sometimes if that’s what it will take to get the kids and this adult movingIt’s not about how much you show up but that you show up

Ok. They are good people. Professional. My son attended the avenel location for a little over a year. My son is 8. Due to the pandemic he hasnt attended in a few months and I didnt feel the virtual training was as effective as in person. I wasnt really satisfied with the in person I felt like it was sort of medicore. After all I bought my son for self control and I didnt feel like they taught that. More of a place for him to run around and have fun. But due to the pandemic and school starting I have been debating for about 3-4 months whether or not to let him return. Finally I decided not to. I explained to Pia that I have been paying for months and he hasnt attended any classes and its time to cancel. I dont feel like its a good time to be in a closed off place with other children. this is the beginning of the month..she then tells me that we have to wait until I get billed again to cancel. I said Im contacting you earlier so I can avoid the 100 dollars since Ive been paying for months and he hasnt attended 1 class. Then she tells me shes not available until after the billing date...HORRIBLE..I say ok..no one else can let me sign the form to cancel?and its a pandemic ..can you email me the form? She says SHES THE ONLY person that can give me the for and shes conveniently gone until I get billed again. Refused to email me the form..had to drive there to sign and leave. Bad business practices..due to the poor handling of this i wont be returning.

This place the best!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor teaching.... no proper instructor... Cheating on money! Our 1 year term ended in Sep but they took fee for Oct & Nov which is $320 even after we stopped going to the classes. And never replied to our message when we got back to them. Instructors who come to teach are student and they doesn’t even give a proper number to communicate with the main staff. No way to communicate or contact them to get our money back.

The UFK Team is AMAZING! My daughter has been attending classes for the last two years! The instructors are amazing and extremely personable & so fantastic with the kids! I would highly recommend bringing your child here!They offer great event nights for the kids so parents can drop them off and enjoy a few hours to themselves. The UKF Team has become another extension to our family! Cant wait to enroll our son next!

Hands on instruction in a family atmosphere. The fact that the instructors are young is a testament to their teachers, and proof that everyone grows together! I love that my daughter is a student here.

Very clean and professional! I have been training her for 11 years and no issues ever! Tournaments are a awesome way for kids and adults to show off your skills! Love this place!

New people that are coming to USA karate & fitness this is one of the most decorated and professional martial arts school in new Jersey and the staff is professional they have been working with my child for seven years. Ive been here for 10 years and I am a second dan black belt and I say this is a true martial arts center that doesnt charge for belts like most schools !! I recommend the school to anyone. The center has been established for 20 years now. ! Wow .

Great way to stay in shape. Fun instructors reasonable prices. Have not gone to the tournaments yet but looking forward to all the aspects. Thanks.

Was initially happy with the sales talk. Too many ways to get money off your wallet. Their competitions are total waste of money. when they want to sign you up they talk as if its their own company. Once you sign up every issue is becuase of some other external party, and they are just employed there. You then realize that you are stuck for the year. I wouldnt touch this place again and I am counting for the closure of the year now

Purchased deal from groupon! Very persistent in getting you sign up! Watch for sales talk and dont get fooled! Or youll be tied up for a year! More money to spend on gloves and required uniforms that will come out later on!!!
