My son has been attending the Montessori preschool program for a little over a month. From the beginning Ive been impressed with the program and caring staff. We receive daily pictures and I am amazed at the level of engagement. I know that the material covered is well and beyond what is expected for his age. I love to see the picture and videos of the amazing topics and activities done. Mrs. Meenesha has been kind, informative, and supportive from day 1. I read some of the comments that she does not care for the students just the money but money has been the last thing shes spoken to me about. I know that my son will be prepared for kindergarten. I could only hope the level of engagement were copied in the elementary setting

They are great with the children. However, the owner cares about nothing more than milking as much money as she possibly can out of you. The last month of service was paid for in advance, my child did not go one day and she kept the entire month for no services rendered. You will be given paperwork with rates as your child progresses thru the different programs when you sign up. As your child proceeds thru, you will get new paperwork and the rate never goes down, it only goes up. You get children are more and older children less should be the case. But it’s not. I was a customer for over 5 years, paid early every month. Like another reviewer posted, she stole my money. With everything going on during this pandemic, she thinks it’s ok to keep money for services not rendered. Owner is not responsive at all to phone calls, emails, or texts. The owner is barely ever present at the facility. She will respond to this I’m sure and say “you signed the tuition paperwork, and it says blah blah blah” well, being a customer for 5 years and paying early every month, means nothing to her. I can go on and on about the issues I have with this place and the Horrible customer service. But I will stop here. If you sign up and think the rates are what she gives you on paper, don’t believe it for one second. Soon as the rate is supposed to go down, you will get an updated sheet with new rates that are higher. Being a good paying customer means nothing in her eyes. Disappointed is an understatement at this point, terrible owner that’s lacks customer service. Keep that it mind. She’s good at selling dreams.My response back:Accommodating me would have been doing the right thing. That could of been giving us a full refund which is the professional thing to do during a pandemic. The courteous thing to do would have been to atleast give back half the money. You chose to go the greedy route. The shows what type of character you have. You didn’t see anymore revenue coming from us, so we get the middle finger.Best of luck.

This people stole my money. I brought my daughter for 2 weeks and I paid $460.00 and then I paid $97.00 but I had a family member who will take care of my daughter so I told them I wont bring her back. And I didnt see any refund. So two weeks coat me $557.00. Hoping to get the right way to file a claim against them.I wont recomend anybody.

I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been attending My World Childcare for over two years now and I have no complaints at all. The staff is very loving and attentive. My son always feels very comfortable when he is in their care and doesnt want to leave when I pick him up at the end of the day! As a first time mother, I have never felt at ease with leaving my son in the care of others, but rest assured, I know he is in safe hands here. A true example of how much dedication is exhibited to each child be when my son was attacked by a family members pet last year. The staff was one of the first ones to come to check on my son and were not only concerned about his needs, but both his father and my needs. My son has also excelled tremendously with his developmental skills, which was an issue before he attended My World Childcare. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe, educational, and warm place for their child.

As a mother of a toddler and as a full time certified teacher, I am very happy with this daycare. My daughter was enrolled in two different daycares before the enrollment with My World Child Care Center. I was miserable knowing my baby was not happy with those two places. On the first day of enrollment at My World Care Center, my daughter ran to the teacher and to her peers. She did not want to leave. She still does that up to the date. This place is still in its first year of business and it is not perfect yet. It has several flaws that do not affect my daughters well being. Most importantly, I am very happy with how the instruction and the learning centers are set up, with how my daughters teacher and staff provide her and other kids with specific attention needs. My daughters teacher addresses every concern I bring to her attention and she responds to all of my concerns in a timely manner. The learning atmosphere remains very positive and nurturing. I enjoy watching my daughters vocabulary grow immensely on a regular basis. I recommend this place to any parents.

My 4 years old niece has learnt so much in last one year at My world Child Care Center. The teachers and staff are very caring and loving. The entire environment is so beautiful. Love it !!

This day care center has been the best of the best out of all the day care centers that my daughter has been in. my husband and I, are very happy the way the teachers are & the directors...they are all nice and great to communicate with...they have great personalities.....I love how they treat my daughter....and the things shes learning. thank you to MY WORLD CHILD CARE for a great job...I LOVE THIS CENTER.

My grandson goes to this preschool. He has learned so much in the past 3 months. This center has very strong academic program. They have taken care of every concern I have had promptly. Very happy with their staff and facility.

Beware reviews are fake, this daycare is extremely dirty, the back yard ...I can’t even go into that... that is not a place where children should play, period. So, so dirty. Also, they do not have a fridge!!! How do you feed small children with food that was kept at room temperature in 90 degrees?!?? How is this possible, how can parents be ok with that? This daycare was huge NO for us.

I recently moved to the area, and my son is learning so much already! He really enjoys his teachers and the environment is very comforting for him. He had a hard time adjusting to his previous daycare, however he took to My World very well his first day of school! In the short period of time that he has been there, he has learned a lot.

My daughter has been going to this center for several months now and she just loves it. The teachers do their best to meet your requests and thanks to their consistency, my daughter is 2 years old and fully potty trained. My daughter comes home happy everyday and on some occasions does not want to leave, to me that is a good sign that they are doing their job well and making my child comfortable. Jigisha and Manisha are excellent directors for this facility and have been a great influence on myself as well as my daughter. They are very loving and understanding people and will do their best to make sure you and your child are comfortable. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

This Day Care is the worst I have ever seen. You will never find Manisha or Jigisha to address your concern. They only care about money, no ethics or principal no Moral. They dont trust there staff forget about parents. They will never return your deposit and I agree with Komal, they are good liars. They should be sued. They dont really care if kids are having there lunch or not, if they do thats good if dont they will not try again. You can not expect 15-18 months old kids have there lunch by own. Only giving one rating for the teachers, who are considerate and willing to listen you. I STRONGLY ADVOCATE, ITS NOT WORTH.

My 2 children attend this daycare and they love it. The staff is always polite and helpful and Manisha and Jigisha have always stayed on top of their development. They have learned so much at the center and have really blossomed since they started there. Thank you My World!

I wont recommend this day care, too less space for kids to play. Management only care about money, they keep my daughter in jr. class will kids pushing and screaming, just because she was getting more fees in jr. class. We still let it go, now when we moved to other location and gave notice, management tried to tweak contract and they force my daughter to stay more 1.5 months .. ! Still if i count exactly I didnt get my deposit money back.They dont care about real child day care - pre-school issues like how to avoid kids getting sick due to other sick kids, how to protect kids from other aggressive kids. they drop your lunch box in garbage, so you will assume your kid finished it, but your kid will stay hungry full day.. (I realized it after I changed my daughers pre-school to other place) .. and lot more to mention.Stay away, and help others too to understand difference between professional and commercial business.

This was our recent experience at this day care. Care taker forgot to give lunch to our 10 month old. When asked why it was not given, one of them did not have any idea and other one told my wife that it wasnt on the schedule while it was clearly written. I was not able to raise this concern to Jigisha as she was busy with her clinic and couldnt take my call and when i went to talk to them personally at 9 am in the morning neither Mainsha nor Jigisha was present. By looking at teachers faces you can clearly tell that they do not like being visited anytime during the day.

BEWARE! MY WORLD CHILD CARE CENTER is an EXCELLENT preschool center/daycare experience! I currently have my infant daughter in the infant room. I LOVE my childs caregiver! To be described in one word I must say AWESOME! Seriously! She provides direct one on one personal MOTHERLY care. My daughter was born prematurely so you can imagine the worry genes in my body as it was time to return to work. Having her at my World, I can go about my days saying she is with her second mother! That is truly my experience. As far as the directors, Manisha and Jigisha, they are wonderful women. Coming to this center for almost a year, we have almost developed a family style relationship. They will stop and chat with you asking sincerely about your day, your childs progress and of you need ANYTHiNG! Ive never had such a personalized child are experience. They are in their first year of operating a childcare business and will tell you that upfront that they are still learning. Reading all the negative reviews breaks my heart because they are truly genuine, sincere and caring women. They work extremely hard at meeting your needs. I notice that Manisha is not just behind the scenes, as most directors, but you will see her actively working in ALL the classrooms throughout the day! I also enjoy the fact that if my daughter is sick, shell keep communication with me throughout the day personally. When you find the perfect childcare center that is 100%perfect and flawless please tell me! The center is open very early and stays open late, not to mention there is always a staff member who stays around a few minutes after closing. Running late a few nights, I have peace of mind when I call and they say no problem, while asking me first of am I okay! Woah! The staff always look busy and engaged! I enjoy, as Im leaving out, peeking into the office an seeing the teachers always gathering materials for the children. I cant wait for my infant to be moved into the toddler room and begin expanding her learning! ..plus They have awesome holiday parties that I always see where the parents are welcomed each month.one more plus... They NEVER CLOSE! I believe it must be a state of emergent if they close! That is such a benefit being a single working mother. This winter has been tough, and with all the storms, they closed once! They understand the needs of the working parent. This Childcare facility will meet your Childcare needs with a personal family style relationship. It really is beyond business at My World. As far as the money issues/deposit.. Clearly read the contract, thats all! Everything is outlined in black and white. Just as with anything regarding deposits, speak directly with the directors and give them your 15 day notice. Follow up with an email, whats the problem?
