La Petite is amazing! All of the instructors and staff workers are so kind and caring. From the minute we walked in to inquire about our twins getting enrolled, we have had nothing but great service and our twins come home so happy. Shout out specifically to the infant room for having amazing instructors but also just the overall staff. Always helping with opening doors and giving us an extra hand when needed. This business needs to work on basic customer service as today was a huge disappointment. I called to schedule a tour last week, the person I spoke to on the phone said there was availability for my children and we scheduled a tour. I received a confirmation e-mail of date & time. When I arrived at the facility, I was not given a tour but told that there was NOT available spots for either of my children and that there were 19 families on waiting list before me. I was told that a 3rd party company handles their phone calls and tour scheduling. It shouldn’t be that difficult to communicate from each La Petite location their availability to the 3rd party company handling calls. It would have been nice to hear that both classes were full and I cannot tour at this time/length of waiting list. Instead (as a Mom, working from home and doing it all by myself) I got ready, got my kids ready and brought them with me only to be told information that could’ve easily been told over the phone.

Enrolling my boys at La Patite is the biggest mistake my wife and I have ever made for our boys. I wouldn’t pay these people to watch my dog. We reported several incidents to the Director Jessica... What a joke! She did absolutely nothing to address any issues we reported. We ended up speaking with the regional Manager Susan who covered up the incidents even further. I had no other options but to report it to the state and the Avondale Police Department . The management team practice deception and secrecy even with the simple day to day bumps little kids encounter. These people can’t be trusted. I encourage any parent to look elsewhere. You can find a much more honest caring place to take care of your children.

My two boys attended La Petite during the summer time and virtual learning. The staff and administration was great!! You could tell they were taking extra precautions when it came to Covid. The teachers ensured my boys finished their homework and were logged in to their courses on time. I would recommend this place over and over again!

Love this school!! My son has been attending since he was in the infant class now he is 3 and he absolutely loves it!! Love the teachers and staff there, so friendly! Never had any issues with this daycare, now they allow you to watch you child live as they attend class! 10/10 definitely recommend

Great school and great staff! My daughter has been attending here since she was a year old and she is now in preschool class. She loves all her teachers and all the administration staff. Thank you for taking such great care of my child!

My daughter recently started at La Petite. They take extra precautions with Covid which ensures safety. I also am able to watch her at anytime over the WatchMeGrow app which also gives me a sense of relief in being able to see what she is doing. The registration process was very easy and Tiffany was so kind and helpful during the entire process. She absolutely loves her teacher, Ms. Zakaria. It makes you feel good as a parent when your child is happy to go to school. She is already learning so much and I am excited to see her growth. The director, Jessica, is always present and knows my child by name. So far, a very positive experience.

Rude and totally disrespectful call center staff.I called for tuition pricing and spoke to a representative with a disgusting attitude and terrible customer service, the man was evasive about pricing as if it were some kind of secret and kept pushing an in-person tour/meeting with the director (while we are in the middle of the pandemic, mind you) but at the same time saying the facility is closed to the public... so which is it?I asked the representative for straightforward pricing, he became irate, would not provide the information, would not provide his name or transfer to a supervisor then disconnected the call in my face. I had to call back and talk to someone else for the information.Very poor quality customer service from their call center, gives me red flags about the type of child care this establishment offers and makes me apprehensive about potentially leaving my child in their care since they have such nasty characters representing the company on the phone.Taking my child and my money elsewhere.

I am so grateful for La Petite Academy and the amazing staff! Tiara, the director is professional, friendly, and always greets my children with a smile as they walk through the door. She has immediately addressed any question or concern I have had and followed up as well. I almost feel as if my children are being cared for by family while Im at work. While at La Petite, I know my children are loved, cared for, and made to feel they are special and important and that they matter. My children have been attending La Petite for two years and I wouldnt trust anyone more with my babies. Thank you Tiara, Ms. Susannah​ & Ms. Jenny in the 1 yr class, Mrs. Jennifer in the 2 yr class, Ms. Velma in the 3 yr class. I believe these women have a special bond with each child. The center teaches them many things including letters, colors, words, counting, songs, role play, the use of their imagination, friendship, tram work, and so much more! The class parties are fun and exciting and well planned out. Play time outside is fun and engaging and the equipment is wonderful.

Izzy, the Director is HORRIBLE!!! SHE has allowed my child to get scratched up and the other childs mom was notified and had to pick him up early. Which is grounds for 2 week review and if another incident occurs the child must be removed. Well there were 3 more incidences and the child is still there. She took a 3 week LOA just to avoid the situation!!! and when there is an incident they dont tell you 80% of the time. They hide and just file the incident forms. When I asked for copies of all of them, there were 14 total in 4 months and only 3 were signed!!!!

The experience was alright overall. The Assistant Director is very rude at times. The Director is great, very understanding and very caring as well. Its an ok place to take your child, but they can improve and be a great place.

High teacher turn over, alot has changed since Lois Alexander left and not for the better. I use to love this place until it went downhill. Director is never there, assistant director was insensitive when another child threatened to kill my son and she still placed my son in the same room as that child which resulted to my son being injured by the same kid who threatened to kill him.

This place is horrendous and poorly run. PLEASE do not take your children here. One staff member names Rebecca, bent my childs fingers back. They wrote her up and kept her away from my children. I have had so many issues with this place, its sickening. Izzy, the office manager, lied to protect the teachers there. Another teacher (VERONICA), pushed my sons head down on his cot during his nap time. My son snapped back at her and told her dont push me and im telling my mom. Izzy claimed she was in the classroom during the time, (keep in mind at this point I just had multiple discussions with staff members due to a change in my sons behavior and things he was telling me the teachers would do) and did not see the teachers touch him. After talking to my son I learned what had happened (days before this incident occurred, veronica the teaher went off on me about how my son is jeopardizing her job because of the things he is saying) After this incident took place, Brandon was moved to a different classroom and I was told those two would not be around him, only to pick him up and find those teachers in his classroom two days later. AFTER all of this my son started getting called a liar by the teachers (Salene and Veronica) there! I pulled my kids out and asked to speak with Izzy who was not present at facility at the time and SHE NEVER CALLED ME regarding why my children were pulled out. They operate with ZERO integrity and will jeopardize the welfare of children for the sake of not being short staffed! 70 percent of the teachers here are TERRIBLE! My son was constantly getting sick! I found out they are having children put soap onto DRY hands, having them rub their hands DRY with the soap and THEN having them rinse them. After witnessing this myself I asked the teacher (Ms. Velma) why the kids are being taught EXTREMELY POOR handwashing and she said because the kids will get water all over the place and make too much of a mess!! My daughter has a chipped and discolored tooth because she fell so badly here playing with toys that should not have been around a bunch of YOUNG two year olds and that fact was acknowledged by Izzy who said they would remove these objects and NEVER did! My childrens pea would be so MUSTY YELLOW AND SMELLY because they refused to give the children enough water throughout the day! The picture is what my son looked like when I picked him because he was soooooo severely hydrated!!!!!!!!! I said wow honey what happened to your face, and Izzy said oh its just red frosting from a cupcake he had today. This is his face AFTER he was showered. This picture was taken AFTER all the meetings took place! This is when he was being called a liar by his caretakers who were hurting him! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!! Corp office Learning Care Group, Inc has been notified so we will see what they do! Im going to be doing everything in my power to make sure this place answers for their behavior!

Just got my son started... He absolutely loves it... He is actually excited to go to school in the mornings

My daughter attended there for almost a year it was fine at first until there started being incidents where she would come home with bruises! they would always tell me she fell until there was one time where she actually broke her foot and they blamed another child which is bull! she never really learned anything there. The assistant director eas very rude all the time and i believe she picked on my child cause i was the type to always call and make sure she was getting well taken care of. The director was alright. im glad my daughter isnt there anymore shes alot happier at her new preschool!!!

I took my infant to this daycare back in Aug of 2016 he was about 7 months. After about a month of him attending this place he was constantly sick. Always sick. When I brought it up to the director she cut me off and stated its because he was a baby. Well, come to find out he was being feed out of a rotten bottle that was never ever cleaned since he had been attending the daycare. No one informed me until I noticed it and ask was this the bottle they had been using to feed him out of. The girl laugh named Westleanna and said YES! Also, whenever I would pick my son up and he was alone with this same girl Westleanna, she would either be bending over his crib, holding him, or changing his diaper and we would be screaming in agony and fearful of her. Which tells me he was being abused. I always had a strange feeling about her. If she is still in this daycare beware. Needless to say I took my baby out of this terrible environment as soon possible. The director was clueless and lazy! I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!

We had a terrible experience with this daycare, the staff is terrible and children were seen being mistreated several times. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

My children started showing signs of abuse. In one incident my daughter had bruises on here inner thie at 8months and they would say she was pinching herself which is very unlikely for an 8month old to do. When I tried bringing the situation up to the director she was not available a week later finally spoke with her and she showed no concerns. Switched as soon as possible.
