We just moved to the area and have been having a hard time finding a Catholic Church to call home.We live close to St. Thomas and started going to the 10:45 am mass. It is NOT for us. The choir sounds like they are performing an opera and the director has chosen to sing most of the prayers that we enjoy participating in but cannot do because they have made them into songs and we as a church are supposed to sing Gloria as a refrain.We now are going to the 5pm mass on Sunday and find that is a little more to our liking. We still don’t feel we have found our home here but continue to give it a chance.

What a sad excuse for a church. My mother in law passed away yesterday. A wonderful person and a devout catholic all her life. She joined st. Thomas after she moved here in 2012. A few days before her death my wife called the church and tried to get a priest to come to her house for her final communion and confession.After a long process of leaving messages ,call backs and having to actually put my dying mother in law on the phone to talk to the office staff we were told,”sorry, it’s the priests day off”.The next day a priest did come to the house but according to that priest my mother in law was “not conscious enough and too far gone for communion”. But he did bring along with him a home health care sales person that wanted to talk with us about in home health care!Fortunately a family friend found a wonderful priest from a catholic church in Buckeye who delivered her last rites. After which she was clearly put at ease and rested comfortably until she passed.Shame on you St. Thomas Aquinas! Your parish is a shameless, money grabbing palace of snobs!My mother in law was so impressed by the St. Thomas church too,it’s so sad she was let down like that on her death bed. Just shameful!

Eh. There’s much better. Very sad excuse for a church. All democratic. Very disappointed in the priests and old employees. No young people at all. Find another church!!!

Love that there are weekly confessions available on Saturday mornings.

An absolutely incredible parish, I love every minute I spend her it really helps me be one with the lord!! We love you Jesus Christ! Thank you for everything and thank you saint thomas For all the great opportunities for everyone!;)

Its an awesome church! Very Beautiful. Very reverent. Priests homily entertaining but very spiritual. Lots of young families. Lots of programs for the youth. Best Life Teen service in the Valley! ~ Bible Study for every age group. Unbeatable Fish Fry Fridays. Come check it out...

I became Catholic about two years ago. Jesus has become very real to me in the Mass. Father Muir and Father Camou are dedicated to Jesus and dedicated to helping others. I have learned greatly from these two priest. If you would like to attend a church where you are loved by those around you then look no further. Saint Thomas of Aquinas will meet your spiritual needs. My prayer for you reading this is that you would visit out Parish and receive the Peace of Jesus Christ and the Joy of Jesus Christ.

I will attend Christmas Eve mass here again whenever were in theWest Valley. Already attended Christmas Eve mass here 2 years in a row.The choir is so glorious and beautiful.

Fr. Muir and Fr. Camu are awesome priest. Our parish is blessed to have them. It is a big church with a warm heart.
