I ordered online for curbside pick-up. When I went into the store, my item was not in the pick-up bin. The store was empty and I had to search for an employee to inquire why my product was not on the shelf. The employee asked for my name and looked on the shelf and verified that my item was not there. He said that the item had probably gotten returned since it had been a week since I ordered it. He did not ask for my order number or offer to verify in the system if the order had actually been returned. Nor did he ask if I would like to purchase the item again since I was in the store already. I left the store without the item or purchasing anything. I reviewed my online order when I got home and see that the item is still showing as available for pick-up at the store. No refund or cancellation has been issued.

I usually dont get snowflaked byt things like this but i felt this required attention. i went in for a booklet printing, i initially talked to a nice employee with whom i set up all requirement to order a printing. i was supposed to bring an updated file for a sample print. About 30 min later i came back employee who helped me was probably at lunch there was one there talking to another customer. we were about 3 in the line, and there was 1 customer before me. the employee called the customer in front and very disinterested asked me a sort of what do you need? i stated why i was there and she directed me to redo the same steps as i previously did prior to her. i then kindly try to explain her i already had those steps done, but she had already turn her attention to her screenacting as she wasnt hearing, i had to call her attention by saying excuse me im still talking, before the employee deemed necessary to even listen to what i was saying, and quickly cut me off by directing me to do the same thing she previously said. i dont know how well Officemax is doing financially but this type of attitude is a business killer. i bring tons of business to that particular location and i can tell you now ill drive 2 more miles to go to staples instead. that employee was clearly being disgusting as she hated to be bothered for the job she is paid to do. BRITTNEY its not my fault that you work there its not my fault if you hate your job or if you had a bad day....i come there to pay for service i expect to be serve with dignity. Folks if you see BRITTNEY pick another agent...even though im sure after this review is published she will be on her best behavior....for how long? lets see

Clean and easily accessible restroom. OfficeMax hasnt gone third world yet. A true pleasure to shop there.

Stopped by in search of an engineering ruler. No cashiers were around. And when one finally did show up, he didnt seem happy to work for OfficeMax. No Hi, no sorry to keep you waiting, no thank you, just cold and emotionless. He would rather be somewhere else. Just WOW.

Had to shred a huge box of old papers then mail a Fed Ex package. Very nice staff and great customer service. They even weighed the papers to shred in the box, then weighed the empty box after to deduct its weight from the papers to shred...you pay 99 cents a pound. Help for the Fed Ex was great also. Wanted a price before I committed to mailing the item. Very reasonable!! 5 stars from me!! Nice people.

Claudia is amazing at this location. Not only did she help us for a couple of days, her personality and professionalism is outstanding. She definitely needs to be rewarded for all the information she knows and ideas she has.I would make her manager!!!!

Let me warn you. Never, and I mean never, shop at Office Depot. Go to Staples or literally anywhere else. They failed to deliver $100 in ink and they refuse to send a replacement or refund. I’ve been battling their customer service for 4 days and they constantly call me at 6-7am when I can’t get to the phone to avoid addressing this. It is the worst customer service I have ever received. They are trying to screw people out of money knowing they are either jobless or struggling financially. So crooked and corrupt.

The cashier named Alyssa did such an amazing job helping me. Very friendly and gets you what you need in a breeze. I highly suggest to go there and have her assist you. Best service I’ve had in a while, thank you Alyssa for making it easy and quick!!

Helpful but expensive on items

Great place to grab office supplies and get copies really quick. Never crowded, friendly supportive staff, and great prices! Perfect place of youre running short on time and need copies or just need to pick a quick item or two.

Overpriced. I saw dollar store binders(very simple) that you would expect to pay a couple of dollars, for like 8 or 9 dollars! Insane. 3 stars because they had what I was looking for and very quickly in and out, always someone at the register. I also dont like how they let someone walk around asking if you have done your taxes and offering to do them for $150. I did them for free.

I needed some 24x36 inch pages printed. There were 3 people in line ahead of me, one gal behind the counter, & still only waited 5 minutes before being helped by Harleigh. She really knows what shes doing. She got my stuff printing right away, & came back quickly after it was done even though she had at least 2 other customers orders going. I was really impressed with the service.

Went in to have some posters printed today, November 21, 2018, and the woman in the printing station was extremely rude. When my husband said nevermind, we will just go elwhere she grunted and said whatever. They werent even busy. Someone better fix her attitude before you lose more customers.

Good selection of office supplies, much more so than at Walmart, although the prices are higher. I didnt realize they have computers, tablets, etc. Some of them were cheaper than at Best Buy. They also have office chairs, some furniture, and of course printers and fax machines, and some other electronic stuff.

Always clean but looks like it is closing soon. The shelves are sparse and they are constantly changing layouts. Only office supply store in the area though.

I purchased a Serta office chair online for store pickup. When I went to pick up I figured Id test all the chairs. Unfortunately the Serta I ordered just wasnt very comfortable for me. The quality appeared to be there, just not comfortable, to me. I found another brand chair that felt comfortable but the quality just wasnt on par with Serta. Anyhow, they were the same price and I asked if I could swap the two. All appeared smooth until he noticed I had paid through PayPal online. He said they cannot do in-store returns with PayPal payment. He finally told me, go ahead and take the chair you like, Ill work the paperwork out later somehow. I thought that was great customer service and Im sure saved me a lot of time and trouble.

Nice store, I think everybody likes OfficeMax, the only funny thing I found out on every OfficeMax store is: The funny way they all look at you, its a mix of a James Bond with a Psychopath!... Lol, I dont know what brain-wash they get there, but this happens to every Single OfficeMax I visit... Lol.

Unbelievably, the fax machine here is ancient! Having to rescan everything multiple times is not cool. You would think a business offering business services would actually use modern equipment. Yes, I know, faxing is archaic, but some stupid company doesnt allow scan to emails! Crazy!

Its always hard to find someone to help you in that store.Finally when someone did approach me asking me if I did needed help they were out of the product. So I asked can you find a OfficeMax location that carries them he did so, I asked can you please call that location & put them on hold for me so Im able to pick them up the gentleman stated no it will be easier to go online when I get home & order them myself for that store.In addition I was explaining that for some reason Im not receiving coupons from OfficeMax can you look into this for me he did so, he explained that I was no registered in the system & I would have to go online to do that as well.At Staples they would have registered me right there in the store so I would receive coupons & would of called another Staples to hold my order.Big difference between companies, I am a business owner myself & this was unacceptable to me. I spend hundreds of dollars a month in office supplies & I probably wont be returning to a OfficeMax in the near future.Going the extra mile for customers is a huge advantage for the future of any company

Not much to say about this place; it is just your basic OfficeMax. Its big and clean, Ive never seen it crowded, and there is plenty of parking.

Never coming back to this store. I had my baby shower invitations printed and they were all blurry so I figured it was just a bad file I attached and their computers needed more. Then come to find out its a charge for them to cut them so I decided to cut them at the school I work at to save some money. I needed a few more last minute invitations and did the same online ordering process with the same file and clicked to have them cut because I didnt have time and it was almost 6 dollars just for them to cut them!! Well I get them and the picture is crystal clear which was great but cut like total crap!! A blind person could have done better. One edge is 1/8 inch from the invite and the top edge is 5/16 of an inch off!! 6 dollars for them to cut them and they are all different sizes on each side of the invitation!! Never again.

No wonder Officemax stores are closing all over the place. I stood in line at the business services area for 5 minutes, not a word or eye contact from the single person at the counter. Another associate kept walking but but did not help or acknowledge a single person. This manager is failing miserably.

Used this store for a 16x20 sign on foam board yesterday. The order was ready on time, the staff was friendly, but the finished product was definitely not worth the price. The ink on the image was smudged, it wasnt centered and it had a crooked white border that disappeared entirely in one large area making it even more obvious that it was crooked.Ive done professional photography and have used several different print services. This was just a simple sign from a high-quality jpg image and it was $26 for a 16x20 on foam board. I could have done a better job myself using two pieces of printer paper and taping them together on a piece of cardboard. I wont be using OfficeMax/OfficeDepot again for any of my printing nor would I recommend anyone else use them.So disappointed.

Alyssa in the specialty area was great ! She worked to getting my project done, even though she had to deal with rude people coming to the counter so they can get there last minute Christmas stuff done.

I stood waiting at the print services for at least 10 minutes (with no one in front of me that hadnt been helped) and wasnt acknowledged whatsoever so I just left. Terrible customer service.
