The word Family says it all! This store has everything you need for the family and friends... There merchandise consist of BRAND NAMES at a low price suitable for shopping... QUALITY, BRAND NAMES AND LOW PRICES!, What more could you ask for! Good job!

Went yesterday and the store is a chaos, they don’t have the item with the right price, the employees act like they are doing you a favor, customer service is awful, I’ve been in some other Stores like El Monte Location is neat, well organized and customer service was great, avoiding to go to Azusa location again. They need to train their employees first before putting to represent the company.

Its cool, mostly has what I need, hardly too busy, clean, friendly. My go to quick stop.

Nice place to do some quick last minute shopping, prices are a bit high for being a place called family Dollar but like I said if its quick last minute shopping and youre in a pinch its a good place to go could use a little bit of more management as they dont seem to change the times on their door so theyre supposed to be open until 9:00 or 10:00 but they close at 8:00 other than that employees are pretty friendly I suppose somewhat lacking in knowledge of the items that they sell but thats common nowadays.

The store is great, but Mr jesus needs to learn how to be polite to customers.

Good stuff to buy but never ask to break change. Just asked to change a $5 For bus fare and the lady acted like if I was going to take all the money. Good thing there is a Family Dollar closer where i live because I am not coming back to this location.

This is overall a good store:) the manager is so nice and helpful. Employees look like they cant wait to get out of work. (Some of them smile when you walk through the doors, others look like they could care less). The only trouble I find is that there always seem to be long lines when you go up to pay and the cashiers are so slow (at times). I have noticed countless of times that some of the makeup including nail polishes are expired (yet they still leave them on the shelves to sell). Many times Ive noticed that my foundation is botchy and has clumps in it after I buy It. It also causes allot of irritation. (Not every foundation I buy from this store is like this, but they do have a change in color). Please if it is expired; throw it out.

One question???!!! Where are the $1.00 items, i saw a lot of items overpriced... be smart people go to $99 cents store first!!! There name brand items are over priced more than Walmart or any other big store!!!!

I was also trying to communicate with the store, so when we went in to make a purchase. I asked the cashier, why dont they pick up the call. So the store associate told me the reason that they dont answer the calls is because they dont have a phone but the line works. The store manager needs to be more responsible and request the company to add a telephone since their is an active phone line. I called the family dollar store in west covina ca and they do pick up the phone, even the store manager in the family dollar west covina, that when she calls that they do not pick up

Discrimination at its finest.

Very difficult to connect with someone by phone. Second time now over a period of 8 months no will come to the phone despite repeating calling.

This store is very dirty and disorganized. The toy and makeup aisles are the worst! There are a lot of bums that hang around near the store.

Employees are great. Many cool items.

I found the measuring spoons Ive been looking for.
