It is one of the biggest and cleanest, well-organized Dollar Tree Ive ever been to. It has clean shopping baskets and has shopping carts that you can take outside to the parking lot. The cashiers are pleasant as well. It is situated nearby the public library.

Found what I wanted but the cashier was not in a good mood. Just snappy and wasnt very friendly, lack customer service, acted like she didnt want to work, But to the guy behind me she was friendly to him. I hate going to this store because the male manager is not nice either. Honestly if I had the time I wouldnt shop here, I will make it an effort to take my business to Ontario or LA Grande

THIS is the best Dollar Tree Ive ever shopped in and that is saying something! Its clean, orderly and HUGE. The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. What a great discovery. I live an hour away but Ill be driving here in the future for all my party and entertaining needs.

This is a photo of my favorite aisle at the Dollar Tree. It is clean, well organized and stocked very well. The Baker City employees were very friendly and helpful. I noticed there is a dress code too. It is the Christmas season yet the store is in great shape! This is only the second Dollar Tree I have been in. Well worth the 45 mile drive from La Grande, OR. Kudos to the staff on a great store!

Clean and doesnt smell bad and the arrangement for the items is very organized plus this dollar tree has something I have seen in any others and that is a cold section

My place of employment is doing a special project for the children in our county and were in need of a very specific item. The store manager was so accommodating to list shopping options for me, pull the product she has off her shelf, and do a transfer from the La Grande, OR store to meet my needs. What an amazing team of people to work with!

Hands down the best DollarTree Store I have been to in all my travels through the United States. This store has the best selection and its the cleanest and most organised of any by far. And the staff is friendly and fantastic.

Normally, I would rate this store 5 stars, but unfortunately the management at this branch has made me resort to 1 star.. the manager on duty on 1/9/19 was so unenthusiastic, rude, and all around a complete rip. My family and I shop there frequently and thought that the Baker City branch was the better one out of all the others. While I was shopping the manager unprofessionally came up to me and accused me of shoplifting. At that time I had a cart full of merchandise and the only thing on me was my car keys and my phone charger that I obviously bought months before. She then proceeded to have me empty my pockets and unzip my coat in front of the entire store and had no discretion about the whole ordeal.. obviously I wasnt shoplifting and she found that out quickly.. Im lead to believe that the only reason she ASSUMED I was shoplifting was because I was wearing a hat with marijuana leaves on it.. she had no reason to think I was shoplifting and something I would never do.. now because of her, my family and I will NEVER shop there again and will always refer business elsewhere.. the other employees were amazing as always and I feel horrible that they have to work under such a horrible supervisor.. get her out of there and I think your store will be better than 5 stars..

Been to a bunch of different dollar stores, but I gotta say that this one is close to being the Cleanest and over all has a variety of literally anything that you could think of for a dollar, Almost anything. Great store tho!

I witnessed a wonderful cashier helping an elderly woman who didnt have enough to pay for her purchase . This cashier was young pregnant and one of the kindest people I have dealt with in retail ( I was a Manager for over 20 years.) She discreetly paid the balance for the woman who was trying to decide what food item to put back. Kudos to this young person she literally brought tears to my eyes! You have a wonderful team member on your hands take care of her!

I go here all the time. They have a lot of cute things. Now food, too. I usually pick up Awesome cleaner, TY & other cards, candles, candle.holders, pretty much everything I need. As with other other stores that sell overflow you need to watch what you buy but this store will take back defective items, too.

This has to be the best Dollar Tree store in the Pacific northwest! The store is large... well stocked, organized and clean. Employees are friendly and staff is ready every morning at a few minutes till 8 am to give good service. Nicely done.

This is am awesome place to shop for Christmas stocking stuffers to Valentine gifts, to childrens toys, thinking of you cards, a little house decorating, plastic containers for organizing your home, hygienic needs and even for food, snacks and drinks! This store amazes me of how busy they can get with the neat things they have. The employees are hard working and keep the store clean. A cashier are always kind and no matter how busy they are with stocking shelves, someone always comes up when lines get full. The only changes that need to be made are with the managers; they walk around with a chip on their shoulder and dont have a smile on their face like the other employees. For that, I give it 4 stars. Otherwise, Id be more than ready to give it 5 stars.

That is certainly the go to place in this town they have some AMAZING staff and an even more AMAZING store manager, the store is kept up and neat, you always see the employees maintaining the upkeep on the store to ensure things are convenient and readily available to customers great job staff!!!

Everyone knows everyone in baker but regardless of whether you live in baker or are just passing through, this location is a great place to stop and buy snacks or anything else you might need in an pinch. They carry a wide variety of products and always greet customers with a smile. The staff are verry helpful and most times know acsactly were things you cant find are.

I never have any issues finding what I need and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I enjoy all employeees and service i recieve here. except for one certain manager that makes it a habbit to speak rudely to customers, especially when it comes to closing a register.

Its always fun. The hardest part is getting through the whole store in one day.

I am employed at this store so I visit it oftain. It is one of the biggest in Oregon and used to be Albertsons. Dollar Tree opened in this location in 2003.
