Im happy i choose CA Realty at Keller Williams in Bakersfield CA. I just finished the 3 month in class training course last night. Jason, Dana & Ray were knowledgeable, enthusiastic & truly dedicated to getting us prepared for our state exam. Each instructor gave us great insight, they all have different personalities & teaching styles which kept me alert while in class. The difference in their approach as R.E Agents also gives us an understanding of how diverse the industry is. Its so nice knowing that not everyone is in it for just the money. I appreciate their dedication to teaching future agents, it shows their desire to see others succeed. Its humbling, especially in such a competitive career. Ive given myself the next 35 days to focus on completing the rest of my online coursework & focus on all my weak areas in order to take my state exam after the holidays. I hope to join a Keller Williams brokerage once im licensed. Their willingness to continue teaching new realtors how to become successful has driven me from the beginning of this journey. I know further training/guidance is needed to succeed in the field and from what i see Keller Williams will give me that and make me a confident R.E Agent. Thank you Jason, Dana & Ray ❤

So just to give you a little back story of how amazing this school is. In March of 2018, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma (Blood Cancer), before my diagnosis, I took the in-class courses and purchased a crash-course I planned on taking before my test. For obvious reasons, I had to put the pursuit of my real estate license on the back burner. A year later I reached out to CA Realty Training in hopes that they would give me access to my crash course that I purchased a year prior, and never had the opportunity to use despite the crash course being active and expiring. I spoke with KIAN and LOVISA and let them know my situation, and both of them went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and accommodated. I was given full access to the crash course and given access to all of my previous permissions on the dashboard. I was able to use those resources to pass my real estate exam, and begin a new career just 6 months after beating cancer. Their contribution can not be understated! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THEIR LICENSE. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!
