I just went to get 1 copy of a bill of sale for my car. They were very helpful.

Chris who works in the print department, 10/10 service . Very polite , and made the whole experience much easier. He also answered any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip there , thanks to him.

My mother went there yesterday to have copies printed from her email. My mother is in her 60s and is not very tech savvy, so she needed help. She said the lady that helped her was very rude and short with her. The papers she needed were very important and if the gal had been more patient with my mother, I would hope the process of getting in and out would have been much faster. But my mother walked out of that store empty handed and embarrassed because the employee couldnt just be nice and patient with an older customer. She also mentioned this is not the first time this woman was rude to her and does not feel comfortable going to the desk when this particular worker is there.

Poor service in Printing CenterI respectfully greeted the 2 associates in the Printing Center while they were talking about stuff. If they really knew anything about customer service, they would have put the conversation on hold to acknowledge me as a customer. But no, I waited for 3 minutes and they continued to talk as if I wasnt there. Thankfully since I filled out the survey, the manager Kimberly was nice enough to call me and apologize for the service I received

I had a rush print job and the staff at the copy center was so helpful they were able to take my order and have a one hour turnaround. Incredible. I would definitely go back again and again.

My report looks great and the minor error was quickly corrected. Darius was very professional and wrapped my spiral bound manual in paper and plastic to protect it from the rain.

Great customer service. Store is clean, easy to shop and always have what I need in stock.

They only have scan machines to transfer to a sub or to make copies. They need a scan that works so you can send it to an email. And now top of that their fax machines didnt work. It was very inconvenient. They only had one employee helping everyone, I was there for 30 mins because the machines they offered were in my convenience & now I had to wait for someone to assist me. This is why Staples is preferable.

The store was clean and appeared to be stocked. I went to print out a form, which I was able to do. They do not have envelopes individually to mail. So now another stop.

Its OfficeMax. If you need office/school supplies, they probably have what youre looking for. They also offer an assortment of print services.

I tried to purchase a clearance smart watch here that the office max app said they had inventory of. But when I got there they said no where available. I was more than disappointed.

Got 60 copies and the total was 18 bucks.......hahahahaha these people cant even count how namy copies they made they tried to charge me for 120 copies. No thanx. NEXT!!!!!
