My daughter is special needs. We were using their services from selpa. We made a complaint because her bus driver named hector left her at school and didnt even show up to pick her up for school. This happened a total of 7 times!!! We started to realize that our daughter was acting different around him and even broke down crying. We called first student to complain and even selpa office to complain also. We were getting no where till we asked to change drivers. And she became her happy self again. We believe that he was mistreating her. We also found out by her new bus driver that her was intentionally leaving her at school to go train a new bus drivers. But he would check in saying that he picked her up so he can get paid for that. He was getting paid twice. He was also talking badly of us to our daughters new bus driver. Because we didnt like the way he was treating our daughter? The nerve of the guy. We ended up calling the head supervisor at selpa and we explain what was going on. He was furious at what was happening. First student bus and even the people of selpa didnt let him know what was going on? I hope they fired that bus driver and other people in the first student bus company because I hered a lot of bad news about that company. Looking at the news on TV about how bad bus drivers are treating special needs kids are making me believe that bus driver hector was mistreating mistreating our daughter. I hope he goes to jail.

This bus driver just cut in front of us and then flips us off like we did something wrong, what the hell is wrong with your drivers I would never let my child drive on of these buslui! Too bad you cant post pictures cause I have the bus number and the Lic plate picture!!

Good place to work

I was hit on my bicycle by one of your drivers on forth and arrow. She told me I shouldnt have been in her way.going to the hospital now.
