Worst school district.Security is very disrespectful,rude.Director of transportation treated me like trash.He thinks I cant spell.J.R spelled his last name for me.He promised me to call me later he did only to disrespect me.You cant call my house to give me order.I called this morning and spoke to someone very nice and when J.R. called he told me the same thing the lady told me this morning this time he was rude

Love this school , my daughter Tiana has always struggled in school w her grades . She just didnt like school . Since my girl started Hastings she loves loves going to school. She is in the criminal justice program and Shes truly interested in learning. Not only that she amazes me with how much she actually remembers . She talks about it all the time .. This place isLike a God sent !!!!! she went from cutting school with all failing grades to a 98% average .. Thank u to all you amazing teachers and staff at Hastings . My baby finally feels like she belongs somewhere. I finally met the staff the other day. ( I live in Florida ) and one of the women said to me she has a lot of mothers here to take care of her and that made me feel amazing knowing my girl has such a strong support team .... U guys are truly amazing and I just wanted to make sure u all know that !!!!! Thank u all again

The grass at Plaza School has not been mowed this season. Landscaper on LI are working and taxes are being collected. Intended fields create a health risk for neighbors with increased vermin and mosquitoes.

Office of transportation was very hostile with my husband this morning and hung up the phone after my husband mentioned that from the beginning of the conversation he wasnt pleasant. My husband said good morning twice to Phil and he never responded, he said he did then hung up the phone. We had him on speaker, even though my husband was doing all the talking and I just couldnt believe how rude the gentlemen was. Well he wasnt gentle, so this is the reason Im writing this review

Honestly, do better. They make cuts almost every year and take out fun, yet educational programs out of the system.
