The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and they offer a variety of activities.

I have stayed with the JCC the whole time during the covid lockdowns (virtual classes) and with registration required, masks and social distancing and then no masks and now back to masks in the PH location (masks are not so bad). The instructors and classes are just the best. The attendees are the best. Amy and Surena are the best!!! Thank you, JCC , for staying open even with all the lost membership money! You kept safety procedures flawlessly and exercise options wonderfully!

I LOVE the WONDERFUL JCC classes!! The instructors are outstanding, and the supervisors are quickly responsive to our needs. There is a GREAT variety of classes to enjoy! And I deeply appreciate that there is a diverse roster of terrific Zoom classes in addition to the awesome classes on the roof of the Park Heights JCC in the evenings too.

Wonderful staff and programming! They have been so committed to continuing to offer us invaluable services during these crazy times from zoom programs, to drive-in movie nights, to modified in-person fitness classes to curbside pick-up crafting kits for the kids. They are innovative, flexible, and caring and make Baltimore Jewish life vibrant.

Everyone is very friendly there. They provide many fitness options that are sensitive to Orthodox Jewish tradition (for example, separate gender swimming hours, separate gender exercise areas, kosher food...). My grandchildren absolutely adore the J-Town room, which is temporarily closed to covid.

Love the fantastic preschool, the group fitness classes, the aquatics programming, the summer camp options, the extracurricular activities for kids, and the family events, shows and carnivals.

The JCC has created a very safe environment for exercise during covid19. We register for classes, get checked upon entering the building and wipe down equipment. The cleaning crew keeps the building spotless. It feels very safe to be there.What has not changed is the JCC as a fantastic exercise venue. I have been exercising at the J for 20 years and have taken advantage of the really great classes with top notch teachers and a great facility.2/16/21The JCC has really been here for me during this pandemic! First just virtually, then opening live exercise so carefully. And the virtual library is still fantastic.

My son goes to preschool here and it is amazing plus they have so much for us to do as a family. Their sports leagues and swim lessons are great for him and they have arts classes too!!! We also play everyday after school and he wakes up looking forward to going! The prices are good and even as a single mom Im not going out of my pockets too much and my son LOVES it!!

I like the fitness workout area. All the employees are friendly, including the desk staff, fitness instructors and maintenance staff. The building is well maintained, secure, and convenient.

I always enjoy going to the J and have attended many events there as well as working out in the gym and playing basketball. Its got something for everyone!

Been a member here for 14 years. Past few years have been a terrible experience. Staff members are rude and unwelcoming. Security staff acts inappropriately and extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions a security member has walked into the locker room with 15 minutes until closing and yelled at myself and others while watching us change, saying we are staying too late, I feel extremely uncomfortable when this happen. Another common occurance is when the female cleaning staff walking right into the mens locker room during regular hours to collect garbage without warning, I dont know how this is acceptable, I have brought these concerns to office staff and they say thank you for bringing this to my attention and then continue watching YouTube on their computer and do nothing about any of these serious issues. Gym is mediocre, heavy weights which is good, often not enough equipment to go around on busier nights, lots of waiting. I only go here out of locational convenience. If you can, go to another gym, unless you like being constantly harassed, then this may be the place for you.

Very racist environment they act nice to you (if your black) , I dont know what it is but once you give them money they try to be your friend. They stare at you and watch you.

Go work out, swim, and pay attention to your schedule. People who cannot afford a better gym and dont care about the hours will do fine here.

The park heights jcc is a waste of time if your black everything is catered to the jewish people that come . Really friendly at first but once they get your money they look at u like a zebra . The scheldule changes at will when they(jewish people) want the basketball court .They use the basketball court for everything but basketball unless your jewish then u can jus go down the other end of the court and they wont mind. Waste of time and money if u wanna play basketball they give you a 3 hours out the week to do so , but damn it if u cant go swimming when ever though . If u like to swim and play racket ball this is the place for you but if u jus so happen to be black and wanna play basket ball u can forget . Place is totally racist .

The guest fee is way overcharged at $15 and the staff are rude. Might aswell become a member then or not come at all.

Go elsewhere or waste your money.
