Made some flyers it was very easy to send pictures from my phone and have them Uploaded at staples to make my flyers very inexpensive also

This store is not overly cramped with product. I was looking for office chairs and found a great selection. I would definitely recommend this store for the Bangor area since there are few options available. This store was clean and organized and had a large variety of chair options. I would recommend it.

I tried to ship something. I asked how much it would cost. Well, you know, it would be a lot. Can you tell me how much. Well, you know, is have to get a box and weigh it. So sorry.It would have been better if she just was honest and said she didnt want to do it.

Bad customer service.No one greeted me as I walked through the door. I stood and waited at the printer center for a few minutes and no one greeted me there either. I had to go looking for an employee to help me. The employee that I got the attention of tried to help me, but explained to me that he did not work in the printing section. A page printed with little to nothing on it and he said that I would be refunded for that. He asked me to wait for the printing expert and walked away.An employee came to the printing section and never asked if he could help me. Did not acknowledge that I was even there.I walked up and asked for help and instead of helping me, he continued to do whatever he was doing and, without looking at me, told me what I was doing wrong.I noticed that another customer had asked the original employee who “helped” me for help and he also, continued to work on stocking shelves, without helping the customer find what they were looking for.Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on. (I also never got a refund).

Outstanding customer service provided by Tech Supervisor Andrew. My wife and I were shopping for a professional grade laptop and Andrew dedicated a significant amount of time to patiently answer all of our questions. We are very pleased with our purchase and grateful for his assistance.

Called to make sure they had item in stock, arrived at store from out of town to be told havent had it in months. If they havent had it for months they shouldnt be advertising the sales price and maybe should train their employees on how to inventory so that this does not happen. Easy to see why staples is going the way of the Dodo bird. Better off asking for help at Walmart and we all know how useless they are. .

Totally awesome!! Made my printing needs as simple as possible and the turn around time was within a couple hours. Couldnt ask for better service. I would give a ten star rating....but they only go to five !!!!!

I strongly preferred and greatly miss the old Airport Mall Staples location, but since they closed several years ago, we are now forced to shop here for our office supply needs. I feel like the selection of products at this location isnt nearly as vast as it was at the now defunct Airport Mall store. I came here recently in search of a new office chair and it was very slim pickings. They didnt even have a fraction of the chairs that were available on their web site. Long story short, I ended up placing my order online instead, which I was hoping to avoid, because I wanted to see the chair in person and test it out for comfort before purchasing it. My husband couldnt even find a decent day planner here. However, the store is clean and well-organized and the staff is friendly enough, so that bumped this review up from 2 to 3 stars. I just wish that they would have kept the Airport Mall location open and closed this one instead!

I got my laptop here, 1,500 for it. The thing stops working so I bring it buy to get it repaired. $60. 1 week later it’s doing the same exact thing it was doing because they didn’t actually repair the problem.

I love Staples! The folks are always on top of customer service without making out intrusive. And the store manager is out there helping as well. Keep it up!!!

I use the copy center and the young folks there do a first rate job on my projects. Very courteous too. Ive had issues with a printer that I purchased there and the manager went out of his way to make things right. They try very hard. Not easy to please people today.

Employees are very helpful and you can get some great deals.This store carries no Android phone covers...only Apple. Makes no sense 🤔

Twice, I purchased items at Staples, only to discover when I returned home, that one or more items were missing from my shopping bag. Hmmmm? I had to return to the store to pick them up, a huge waste of my time and energy! Then I purchased a chair, for $315. I paid $10 to Staples to assemble the chair. When it was assembled, I came to pick it up, and was puzzled as to why the chair looked collapsed. When I asked a sales assistant to look at the chair, because it did not look like it was assembled correctly, she rushed me out of the store, saying that it was fine, and to adjust the chair when I got home. When I got home, the chair could not be adjusted properly. I called Staples. Over the phone they could not give me adequate instructions to fix the position of the chair. They told me that my only remedy was to bring the chair back to the store. When I had time, weeks later, I brought the chair back to the store. An associate simply sat in the chair, and used levers to adjust the seat and chair back, and fixed the chair. Now why didnt the person I spoke with on the telephone give me these instructions? There was NO APOLOGY, no offer of assistance to get the chair back into my car. Do I like shopping at Staples? Not right now!

I have used Staples copy and print services and they are fast, inexpensive and friendly. An excellent choice for your business needs!

Very unorganized pads if paper were in several places. I was only looking for Steno pads. I went through 3 isle. Also looked at some place. I found they were way over priced. I got frustrated and went to a store I hate because of the crowed Walmart found them easier and almost have the price. Miss the Union Street store. Was convenient easy to use

Do not buy from here bought $250 computer chair to get it home to find no wheel base all tools screws thrown all over the place this is why brick and mortar is dead sad employees not caring or knowing how to function at a simple job

I still shop there from time to time if there is a deal or something on cheap office stuff but I was dismayed today when an average run of the mill Desk Top Calendar cost $24.99. Seriously thats what it costs to buy a simple calendar made out of paper and thin cheap cardboard. I had to bring it up to the counter and have them scan it because I thought that it was a pricing error. I didnt buy it.

Stopped to use their fax machine. They were helpful as always.
